They have a coin operated car wash attached to the oil change. There's been an old Jeep Cherokee sitting out front for about 3 years. Piece of junk, never moved, looks like garbage. None of the bays are working right now. I tried to use two of them that weren't blocked off today, and neither of them would accept money or my credit card. This place is horribly managed. And I would not recommend it to anybody

I always get a GREAT oil change here. Fast, friendly, efficient, affordable service. Wouldn t change anything about it. 3 stars is for the self-serve car wash. It s bad. Most times there s more wash bays out of service than are useable and if you find one that s open it s trash. The water is ice-cold which doesn t help in the winter. The labels that should show what you re selecting (engine wash, pre-wash, rinse, hot wax (cold), etc. are worn away so it s a guessing game. Don t try to pay for your wash with quarters. The slots eat your coins and don t register or give you time credit. Overall the self-serve wash is severely lacking and it would be great if the new owners would fix the problems as it s the only self-serve wash in town. Again, outside of this their other services, including the touch less wash, are great and I couldn t be happier with them.

I hadn t realized I had a coolant leak when I took my car in for an oil change. They let me know and refilled me, only for my radiator hose to explode! The manager went herself to the parts store down the road, got the right part, installed it, and had me driving away fully fixed in less than 45min and with everyone able to go by closing time. Which is great considering I had to drive 7 hours downstate the next day. Thanks for your help and kindness in what otherwise would usually have had me in stress tears.

I ve been coming to this location for years and have always had great experiences! From oil changes to new tires. I came in today thinking I needed an oil change and they were gracious enough to notify me that it was technically necessary, saved me $100, and sent me on my way with my oil topped off and everything checked - without charge! Took my car in for rear brake issues, master cylinder, brake line repairs, parking brake repairs, and to have my clutch replaced. They advertised this kind of work and I'd heard from a couple people that they do good mechanical work at a fair price. Brakes were done quickly and at a reasonable rate. Made an appointment for the clutch, showed up with parts in hand and it took them TWO WEEKS to get it up on a lift.Anyways, a couple months later, I start having issues with the brakes. Turns out the parking brake was repaired incorrectly and was able to come out of alignment somehow and over time begin spontaneously engaging on the right side. None of the other brake work I paid for was actually done. They fired the responsible mechanic between my visits, and the new guy seemed more stable and knowledgeable, and they replaced all of the parts they originally charged me for and more and sent me on my way.The new mechanic didn't tighten down any of the lug nuts and I just about lost a wheel.If you want safe, honest, and timely work done on your car, this shop is not the place to go.Services: Transmission, Brake service & repair

Car started making terrible sounds and smoking under the hood. Quickly turned off the highway and into their shop. No wait time and an immediate diagnosis! Bad news is the car was done for. Good news is they were kind enough to let me leave it there until I could get it towed! Absolutely the nicest interaction and customer service possible under the circumstances. Told me that because my oil pan is too rusted they were afraid that cranking on my drain plug to get it out might damage the oil pan.I took it for a second opinion to a mechanic I know and trust. He said the drain plug was pushed into the oil pan. No rust around the drain plug, hardly any at all. Drain plug is completely rounded (from them trying to torque and crank it off, I could feel my car rocking from how hard they were kerning on it to get it off).So they were trying to get the drain plug out, and pushed it into the oil pan, which happens I understand. But, they lied to avoid having to avoid compensating for the damages.Will be contacting the BBB about this situation with pictures.Service: Oil change

Came here with my old Jeep twice after wheeling and was able to get it clean in under 30mins each time. Self serve wash works easy with credit/debit and the gadgets provided work substantially well, especially the power washer. I can't vouch for their other services but I will definitely be back for the DIY wash.

Price was a bit higher than I would like to pay, but I was only in for about 15 minutes for a full service oil change. Pretty good as far as time goes. The attendants are very friendly and curtious , and I have never had a problem with anything they have done in the past. Will use them again the next time.

Went here to use the car wash because they have diy bays and I wanted to be able to scrub the bugs off. The brush was not working. Then the vacuums had barely any suction. There don't seem to be any quality car wash options in or around Marquette.

I accidentally dumped a half gallon of wiper fluid in my coolant reservoir, and when I went in and explained my situation, they drained it out and topped off the coolant, free of charge.They also do oil changes on my girlfriend's car, and they're up front, honest and quick. They never give you the dreaded "run-around". All around, great place for an oil change.

Full service oil changes are best here, can't believe how amazing the service is, very respectful young lads, and a young lady that does incredible work! This crew and company is my go to. No where else I'll get an oil change plus when you get full service you get a car wash ticket for the automatic what a plus! Keep up the good work!!! P.s my girlfriend loves the roses on lady's day. (Wednesday)

Went for the car wash. Really great if you want to seriously blast bugs off of the front of your car. Bad if you want to get any kind of wash, soap, wax, or rinse. Despite dumping $6 worth of quarters into the machine, all I seem to have done is blown the dust around my car in little circles, and then left a bunch of hard water spots to dry.Oh well, I suppose. For the money, you're probably better off just visiting an automatic one like Cupcake or UP North.

Awesome staff and service taken care off from start to finish, Leslie was awesome and stellar made everything hassle free for me and couldn't be happier. This is the oil change spot to go to zero issues!!

Bring at least $12 in quarters or go to a fully automated car wash. There you won't kill yourself trying to keep the machine feed with quarters every 3 mins. You waste more time putting quarters in the machine then washing you car. It's $2.50 for every 3mins. But it takes 30secs to change between different wand settings (i.e. rinse to soap brush back to rinse or tire cleaner). So yes don't waste your quarters.By the way, that stupid hose mounted on the ceiling will tear up so stuff. It will beat your truck to death. Trying to be careful & fast doesn't work. If someone spends over $12, at least let them rinse off the soap.Getting all soaped up & then run out of quarters after just spending $12. It's Ok they take debit cards but of course it doesn't work. That was the final straw, making me write this. Then I trying find a bill changer to rinse off the soap. They only take $5's, not 10's or 20's. All I had was a $10. So now Im crap out of luck, my truck is dripping with soap trying to find quarters @ 12:30am on a Tuesday in Marquette, MI.So remember the bill charger only takes $5 bill, the debit doesn't work, you need to be lighting fast to wash your car for $15 & that hose.

I am extremely disappointed with the FULL SERVICE oil change I received on this past Sunday !!!!!! I am leaking oil on my driveway AND discovered that the oil filter was NOT changed.....unless they use the same brand filter as their competitors.I am hoping for a satisfactory explanation when I call there tomorrow.

The owner Rob is a jerk. He's not a nice person and could care less about anyone other than Jim's self and having his nails painted and taking trips to the mountains to ski or whatever he's always yapping about. Pretty sad if you ask me.
