I cannot recommend this shop enough! After having a run-in with a deer, Superior Collision was able to squeeze me in on an emergency basis and were so helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. My insurance was being difficult, and they fought to get me covered for everything that was needed to make my car safe and related all the information at each step of the process. They were even able to lend me a courtesy car as the insurance and a part shortage made the repair drag out for several weeks, saving me quite a bit in rentals that were not covered by insurance. After the car repairs were finished, the battery stopped working shortly after leaving the shop. They immediately sent someone to help me jump the car and, after buying a new battery, removed the old and installed the new.All in all, I can say with complete confidence that Superior Collision will take care of you at every step of the repair process and fight for your safety!

They don't put your emblems back on after they fix your car. If you want them back on, you have to buy them and put them on yourself.

I have been a customer at Superior Collision more often than I would like to admit. I ve had no issues with the repair work and they have repaired multiple vehicles multiple times for me. The loaner cars are clean run well and look nice. On my most recent visit some work was done that neither myself or my spouse recalled requesting. They had replaced a rear wheel well molding that was scratched. It wasn t part of the repair my insurance was covering so the cost would be out of pocket. They were going to drop the repair charge for the molding. I was happy they had fixed it so I said I would pay for the repair. They said if I covered the $90 materials cost that s all they wanted. They actually refused to let me pay for the full cost of that repair.

They had my car in and out in less than 3 days when they estimated 4 days. They also took the time to do a fast vacuum and wipe down the inside of the car. They were so friendly and professional. I recommend a hundred times over!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Excellent customer service, very professional and friendly. I have had three vehicles here with 100% satisfaction. Once after the dealership already botched the paint job! They provide itemized list upon completion and gave me a loaner truck so I could continue to run my business. If you bring your car here it'll be a worry free easy experience.

My daughter, that was in a car accident, lives in Marquette and I live in Milwaukee, WI. They were so helpful even from a distance. They really kept us updated on the progress of her repairs and were very pleasant to work with. Thank you for the "Superior" service! Overall a good experience with Superior Collision! They had a nice courtesy car available and the repairs only took about 2 days (considering the amount of damage, it was a pretty fast turnaround time). My insurance had no problems working with them. The entire process went very smoothly.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I've taken my car in twice now- and it was a great experience. The staff is friendly and do a great job- quickly. I took my car in Wednesday morning and it was done Thursday afternoon. They went the extra mile by vacuuming and wiping down the interior of my car, even though I just needed my bumper fixed.

Highly recommend Superior Collision! Their price was way lower than other places that I got quotes from. They did an amazing job fixing my car and in only 1 day! Not only that, they cleaned the outside AND the inside free of charge (and after a long winter, my car surely needed it). Thanks so much Superior Collision for you honest and friendly service!

I've gotten two cars fixed there and they did an amazing job. And it only took a couple of days. They also have a loaner car! The people that run the place are extremely friendly!
