I had the privilege of working with Cesar and Cullen and they are a dream team I swear. If you think you can t they will show you how. I am so grateful for the two of them and all they did to get my into a new car not only new to me but a 2024 new. They talked me through every step, had amazing communication. Two of the best men I have ever met and I look forward to seeing them when I come in for my maintenance!

Recently bought a 2014 Subaru WRX from here. Called to set up appointment with salesperson Cesar for next day, though when I was approved that day he even bumped up my test drive and appointment for that same day.Cesar and the business manager, including the service dept; were all very helpful and considerate, and the process was very easy to drive off that same day in a car I've wanted for ages. The entire team made me feel welcomed.. even got a tour. I know cars, I know the business, and it's a great facility. All of it is very clean and professional. Even after driving off they ensured everything was working perfectly. Cesar and the team made everything very simple to understand what you're getting and what they can help with after your purchase. They won't try to scam or manipulate you, and are very direct and honest about their vehicles and what you're getting.Ultimately, I'm very happy with the car, and very appreciative for the entire purchase process and thereafter. I would suggest to my family and friends to take a stop in, which is the highest compliment I can give.

This is Jeep number four! I ve been looking for a new vehicle for over two years!Finally found exactly what I had in mind. My sales associate Cesar was amazing to work with! Far exceeds any past experiences purchasing a vehicle.Very efficient and detail oriented dealership.Believe me I ve visited numerous dealerships and as a woman felt many were trying to rush my decision. This dealership is the most user friendly when it comes to service, guidance and assistance while making an important and wise vehicle purchase. Their entire staff is courteous and customer service oriented. Very pleasant and positive experience! I ll be back for the next Jeep! Was told by their service department that a newer Sienna we had serviced needed a new engine. After a second quote somewhere else it ended up being a fuel injector over fueling and diluting the engine oil. Another time we were told a Sequoia with brand new brakes needed a brake job. I would be extremely careful bringing anything to this place.

Mean to females. Asks my mom for her husband to buy something and she is single. So rude and all men. They always ask for a husband and that s why we always have to buy a car downstate or Wisconsin like 300 miles away. Thanks a lot Riverside. I can t even look at this place without being disgusted. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Will never go here for anything. Even if my car is totaled and there is no other option.

While the up front service people are kind and sympathetic, they really have no idea how to communicate consistently with me (the customer) and their service technicians. For just over a month, I waited daily (after having it towed or jumped three times by Toyota and AAA) to hear from them to update me on what they were doing to solve the problem. I did get two calls from Ed during this time perlod, and one call from the technician on the final day to ask me if I had done anything to the battery, which I hadn't. The finally tested and replaced the battery, which should have been done the first time. They are still unsure and are "hoping" that the new battery will solve the problem.I am very dissatisfied with Riverside.

It was very frustrating playing salesman games with Joe Espinoza after speaking about what kind of deal we were looking for over the phone before driving very far (6 hours) to meet him today. We are fairly motivated buyers, coming up first thing in the morning on a Thursday.... We had trade-in quotes from 2 other dealerships that were within $100 of each other from earlier in the week, but as soon as we arrived, our trade-in was worth $4000 less. I think he thought he had some huge leverage over us because we drove so far and expressed a lot of interest. We had entertained the idea of buying instead of leasing with outside financing for a better interest rate, which would have been more money for Joe, but he wouldn't budge on the numbers. We left, hoping that would encourage him or the manager to work closer to the deal we thought was more fair to us and them, but ended up deciding we didn't want to give any of our money to Joe and spent the day enjoying Marquette. On the way home we ordered a new Honda Pilot from somewhere else!

Unbelievably poor service. No returned calls, no follow through, no reply one there seems to know what is going on, promises not delivered or even acknowledged. I will never buy another vehicle from riverside. Once they got the sale, they were done with any efforts to even return calls.

Bought a new pickup in 2018 Nissan Titan. Had it serviced regularly, along with my 2013 Niasan Pathfinder. Parts department blew it for me today, I won't be going back.

Unprofessional, don't waste your time. We had stopped in to see a van and were working with an employee for a few weeks with our search for a van. He let us know they just received one on a trade. We stopped in the day it was first able to view. He mentioned it won't be 100% detailed, but he would have it presentable for us. We test drove the vehicle and it drove great, but was filthy on the inside. We stated our interest pending the cleaning as there were stains all throughout the entire inside. Within an hour of us leaving, the employee messages us that "his GM notified him that another store is going to try to scoop up that vehicle from them tomorrow if they can't get a deposit down on it today." The vehicle hasn't even been detailed and has stains all throughout the entire inside, but they want a deposit when we already explained that we are interested pending the cleaning of the inside. Very unprofessional and total waste of time. Completely different experience than a great dealer right down the road.

Had an excellent experience with the sales department. Dan Valle was very welcoming and kind when it came to my car buying experience. I knew I wanted an SUV and I appreciate that he didn't try to sell me on a vehicle I wasn't interested in. Instead, once they had a few options he thought I'd like he reached out to me and we were able to find a great option. Furthermore, I'm an individual who is aware that their credit isn't the best. Regardless of this they worked with me and I was able to get financing and stay withing the budget I had aimed for. Not once did they make me feel bad about not having great credit, which really helped make me feel comfortable as well. All in all the experience was quick and filled with upbeat, positive, enthusiastic people looking to help get me into a reliable vehicle. They did a ton of work on my behalf and I appreciate it. If you're looking for a vehicle, give them a chance, they work very hard to take care of you.

Sales department was excellent. The service side has been absolutely garbage. Took 4 weeks to submit an estimate through the proper channels for my insurance. 3 weeks to get parts (I understand shipping is bad all around, and that s fine.) A week to do the work, just find out there was more wrong. And another week just have the frame checked. All said it s been 9 weeks and still no sign of getting my truck back. And only one call to give me an update. Very dissatisfied.

We went to see Kelsey (Marquette) about the new Toyota Crown and loved it! But we lost out on the one we test drove; however one we liked in color was coming to Escanaba. It came quickly and Kelsey had the car in Marquette the next day and we bought it. Kelsey isn t new to us; we got a Toyota Highlander from her two years ago! Kelsey is fantastic at her job and so personable!! If you want a vehicle go see Kelsey at Riverside Marquette. You ll be glad you did!

I just bought my new Tacoma TRD off-road truck today and I love it also Dan my sales associate and Kurt my business manager were so good to work with I would recommend going there and buying a vehicle from those two they were not pushy and were just as excited as I was to get me behind the wheel of my new truck. I will be spreading the word about Riverside of Marquette and look forward to dealing with them in the future.

Cesar hooked me up with a 2023 Nissan rogue sv and he made the entire process completely painless! Him and Cullen did all the hard work and I just had to show up and sign! It was the best experience I ve ever had and Cesar even sent someone to pick me up in Munising and bring me to Marquette to get the car since I didn t have transportation. Cesar is truly the best salesman I ve ever worked with and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend him if you re looking for a vehicle

We had the pleasure of working with Sean Stewart who was incredibly knowledgeable and knew everything there was to know about the cars we looked at! He was so honest, extremely professional and we felt absolutely NO PRESSURE whatsoever!! The finance guy, Matt was equally as friendly and professional and helped us understand everything throughout the purchase process of our new car!!! I bought my first truck from Riverside back in 1987, and was thrilled that nothing had changed!!! I highly recommend Riverside of Marquette especially to those that don't trust car salespeople!! And Tim, the GM was so awesome about taking a car off of the showroom floor for us!!! Wow!!! So impressed with the whole experience!!!! Thank you Riverside of Marquette!!!!!!!

Superior Service Team. Have used their service group multiple times while my daughter was in school at NMU. Recently had an unexpected issue with my truck while in Mqt to move my daughter home. Throughout the process, the entire team was professional and kind, doing all they could to try and get my truck back on the road for a 3 day drive home to Texas. Appreciate everyone who helped and would recommend this group to anyone looking for top notch service and friendly people.
