Kelsie was amazing. I was shopping for my first ever truck and she was super patient and very knowledgeable! I wanted to make sure I found the PERFECT truck and she was so kind and polite every time I changed my mind haha. In the end, I found my perfect first truck! Thank you Kelcie!!

Took my 2012 Nissan Murano to get the lift gate fixed, after three hours finally came out and said they couldn't get it open and that they cracked the plastic panel. Had a friend who has a body repair shop look at it today and he took pictures of the damage Riverside did, totally broke and bent the latch on the passenger side. I was also informed that mine was the third one they couldn't open, what the hell are they doing there? Update, local repair shop fixed it in one hour and the inner panel was broken beyond repair that would cost another 300 dollars, can they be held accountable for the damage?

We had a great experience buying a Subaru from Nick at Riverside. The vehicle checked all of the boxes we wanted and the price was perfect for our budget. Nick was very friendly and it was a pleasure doing business with him. The business manager Colin got us a great rate that is below average on our loan and was very personable as well. Overall it was a much better experience than the other dealerships we visited on our search.

My 4WD wasn't working due to a bad sensor. The maintenance team was able to get me in without an appointment. Mr. Nino was very helpful and get the issue resolved quickly.

Unwilling to work with military. I recently entered an agreement with this company. I paid a $500.00 deposit to be first on the list to purchase a new Toyota upon arrival. Their company stated no terms upon our agreement and payment was made. No policy was sent to me stating any terms. And now there is a term of 48 hours to finalize the purchase which has been communicated after all parties were in agreement. This is unsatisfactory. I am active duty military and unable to be available for the purchase for only 2 weeks. Their window of delivery wasn t to conclude until the middle of June. Horrible customer service. Why should you work for money and then work to spend it.

The service bay was very busy and my issue was a time consuming job. The manager gave me a car to drive while the service was being done which was very nice. I didn't have to sit in the waiting room for many hours, and the job was done to satisfaction the next day. I picked up my vehicle and returned the loaner car which took just a couple minutes. Done!

The battery needed to be replaced on my 2023 Pathfinder. 9000 miles on the car and the battery was failing. That has never happened on any of the cars I have owned. It took the dealer 6 days to get the replacement battery. I live 60 miles away from the Dealer so it took 2 trips to get this issue resolved.

My experience with the ENTIRE TEAM was Amazing!! Everyone is extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough and nice. My salesman was Keven, and he did an outstanding job! He was able to work with my husband and I across the states (I live in WI, purchased in MI) without missing anything. Our communication was exceptional and I felt he was concerned with my needs when assisting me with the purchase my vehicle.He seems very trustworthy and honest, and that was a great feeling!! I highly recommend Riverside Auto Mall and Keven..as a matter of fact, I have been!!

Joe Espinoza did an exceptional job of communicating with me via phone, text, and email to answer any and all questions or concerns I had with purchasing my 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. When I met him in person he was pleasant and respectful and attuned to my questions as well as with showing me how my vehicle operates. The gentleman who sold me my Extended Service Agreement and finish the paperwork for my vehicle purchase was also very accommodating and pleasant to work with. I felt no pressure in purchasing my extra services and, in fact, felt a genuine concern with regard to my vehicle purchase needs.

I bought my 2019 Nissan the end of April. After getting it home I notice a cosmetic issue that needed some repair. Upon returning to the dealership the sales person (Nick) , the business manager, and the two people I dealt with in service are (Martha and Abby I think), were all fantastic and took care of my issue. I appreciate all their efforts it making it right and highly recommend them. I've been letting my acquaintances know how well I was treated at Riverside.

We wanted to lease a Nissan from a dealership on our way to our new house in Houghton, MI. We contacted Sean Stewart at the facility few days earlier and he took care of everything (paperwork, etc.) before we arrived there to pick up the car. He was very friendly, approachable and answered all of our questions and concerns. At the Riverside facility, you feel everyone genuinely want to help you to have a great experience. We appreciate that. He hope to have same experience next time we go there for the service.

I went in to trade in my lease and buy a new lease. I worked with Sally, who was very knowledgeable and found me my new Rogue Sport. While I was with finance, she went to my old car and loaded everything into my new car. She was very nice and very helpful.Thank you again, Riverside you outdid yourself.

I knew the vehicle I wanted, it was just a matter of buying or leasing it. Sean did an excellent job of getting me all of the information I requested. He was a "normal" sales man and I appreciate that. I didnt feel he gave me the run around with purchasing, he was straight to the point, fast but accurate and very professional. I appreciate his honestly and just being a normal person like myself. It's easier to relate when you have someone like Sean, it makes me feel like I made the right decision.

Brought in our recently purchased used Nissan because of vibration felt in the steering wheel and while braking. New rotors fixed the brake issues but the vibration remains in the steering wheel. They could have realized this quickly by driving it. We also asked for old rotors and they did not give them back despite saying they would. Sent email to service manager about these issues and got no response. Will not be back.

I am extremely pleased with the timeliness, courtesy from employees, and work completed on my vehicle. However, the main issue was not covered by my warranty. The mouse nest found in the blower motor area was more than likely there before I purchased the car in December. The first time I turned on the ac the debris caused the blower to malfunction. I m happy the cost was not exorbitant, but I would believe that a dealership would step in and absorb the cost with such a new car.Once again, I am not dissatisfied with the service rather I am ideologically opposed to the thought that animal damage is not covered on a five month old vehicle.Thank you.

Bought my first car here today and the staff was so helpful and friendly! I even got free coffee and snacks lol. The process of buying a car from beginning to end is really easy and simple. I had an issue with my lock on my door and they ordered a new part. When I was about to leave Michelle, the very friendly service lady and also the service manager, I believe his name is Dan asked me, "What is this stuff above your windows, it's all around the top of the car?" I had never noticed it because it was not very visible unless you looked at it very closely and when I did I couldn't believe I never noticed it. it looked horrible. The service manager was very certain it was from the white vinyl wrap they use to protect the car from scratches and thought it was residue from that and it had been burned into the paint. So he told me to get a hold of the dealership where I bought it from. I bought the Nissan Murano brand new from Bergstrom in Appleton, Wisconsin 1 1/2 years ago. I called and talked to someone there and basically told me there was no way that the wrap on the car caused this and told me to bring it to the nearest dealer (Appleton is 3 hours from me) and get their professional opinion and we'll take it from there. I brought it back to Riverside Nissan Marquette the next day(one hour from me) with no appointment, they looked at the car, got the residue off and waxed the car for me and I was on my way. They never even charged me! What great service and a great staff, not to mention the gorgeous new building with free coffee, hot chocolate, tea and popcorn. Thank you Riverside Nissan Marquette.

It was great. I purchased my vehicle from another state, which explains my response that I probably would not use this location for service work. However, the process was seamless and incredible. I will actively refer families and friends to Keven Hagans at Riverside Marquette.

We did not even intend to purchase a vehicle that day but our sales man Sean Stewart was knowledable, proficient, polite, patient with my hesitations & answered each and everyone of our many questions. Sean explained everything with our new Nissan Rouge and all about the warranty and protections to and for the car. Sean went above and beyond to take his time and ensure we knew and understood the Rouge's system and smart technology. The staff involved in this sale was phenomenal! And treated us like royalty. Our purchase could not have gone more smoothly, they transfered our plate and contacted our insurance so when it can time to sign on the dotted line everything was done for us. I highly recommend Riverside Automotive and our sales man Sean Steward. He can get you into a vehicle better than your expectations! Thank you Riverside and thank you Sean! I love our new Nissan Rouge!

We were a captive audience from 1:00 p.m. until around 5:30 p.m. The little bit of service they performed shouldn't have taken anywhere near this much time. We felt they were working on other vehicles besides ours, as people sitting in the waiting room after we arrived were getting serviced and gone while we still set. We needed a part replaced that was covered under an extended warranty, as I called the coverage company, and Marquette refused to use the warranty. They didn't even make an attempt to call regarding using the warranty nor were willing to work with us to see if it was a possibility. It is unfortunate that we may have to work with them in the future. If there was somewhere else to go for Nissan work we would choose that option. Would have given them zero stars except we couldn't post without choosing a star.

We were extremely pleased with our recent visit at Riverside Nissan Marquette. We metso many members of the staff were both welcoming & professional, including with our dogs. We love our new Nissan Rogue! No one could match the deal we were afforded. The paperwork was thorough & ready upon arrival. We drove off completely satisfied & in record time. 5 star recommendation for Riverside Nissan, Marquette!!
