Riverside was great to work with today, specially Joe Living. We wanted to sell our Suburban because we no longer needed it. I put in Kelley Blue Book to see what would be offered and they called right away. Met with them today and received the price we wanted, so we sold it. Joe made the process easy. If you are looking to sell your vehicle talk to them.

I wanted to start by saying I have been a riverside customer for several years. I also referred my sister to purchase a car from Riverside a few years ago.On 11/15/22, I brought the car in for an oil change and a seasonal tire change to have my summer tires removed and my winter tires mounted and balanced. First off, I waited for five hours in the waiting room for a simple tire swap and oil change. After the service was complete, the technician forgot to reset the oil life Indicator. I knew Riverside was busy that day, so I didn't complain about the wait and reset the oil life myself.Then I find out that Riverside damaged six of my tires when I had them dismounted in the spring (Riverside had mounted and dismounted those tires the last few times). So I reached out to Riverside by sending an email to the service advisor that helped me out on my last service, the service manager, and the general manager to talk about my experience and I have not gotten any response, they don't seem to have the professional to respond to a simple email from a customer.I canceled my upcoming service on my Honda and am actually in the market for another Honda/Toyota product but won't be taking my business to Riverside.

I do NOT recommend this Honda dealer! I was have an issue with the emissions/check engine light. Three months ago I scheduled an appointment and the light went out before the appointment. They told me if the light is on they can't retrieve the codes. The light came on again last week and I called the person I had been dealing with in service. I got her voicemail and left a very detailed message and was never called back. It's been 6 days since I left the message.I contacted another Honda dealer who was able to get me in right away, they retrieved the code and had the parts (fuel injectors) in stock. Now that is SERVICE!!!

I have a 1990 Civic Wagon I have been on a hunt for key blanks for and nobody in lower Michigan had or could cut them. I was vacationing and saw the Honda dealer and called. I spoke with Sandy who was fantastic. She found two keys and got them cut and helped me out so much! I can't thank her enough for going above and beyond for me so I could have some extra keys!

Went in the dealership to check on buying a 2023 Honda Pilot. They had just one in the showroom and it was marked "sold." I tried to inquire about incoming inventory, but NO ONE would even acknowledge my presence. Not so much as a "Hello." I could have been standing there naked and no one would have noticed. After a few minutes of foolishly wondering around aimlessly, I just finally left.

Worst sales team ever. Two different times there and both were an absolute nightmare. Used cars are ridiculously overpriced also, and they can t get anything you actually want new.

I agree with the previous review. I would not let these mechanics work on my kid's tricycle. We had our Honda minivan break down in Munising and had it towed to Riverside.They knew we had a party of 8 to get back home (8 hours away.) We had kids and elderly people with us. We had the van towed there on Monday October 11th and they were unable to do a diagnosis until Tuesday October 12th in the afternoon.They determined after listening to the engine that we needed the entire engine replaced to the tune of 8k. We have had to stay overnight (2 hotel rooms + multiple meals) and wait over 24 hours to even get this incorrect diagnosis.We decided to rent a Uhaul and haul our van home to the tune of 1k (for rental + gas + additional car to get everyone home) Luckily we go the last rental car and Uhaul in the entire town of Marquette. We got in at 3am and our Honda dealership called us by 10am with a diagnosis.We needed a new tensioner, timing belt & water pump. Done in less than a day and far less than 8k for a new engine that would have taken weeks.I did call Riverside and talked to both Nino (service dept. ) and Tim (general manager) to no avail. They both could have cared less about what happened and had no explanation whatsoever as to how the mechanic determined we needed a new engine.We would have been better off not wasting the day and just hauling the van home ourselves as soon as it broke down.This dealership is not somewhere you want to go if you have anything wrong with your vehicle! They will take their sweet time with a diagnosis, and then take you to the bank.

Called on the phone 4 times, the 1st and 2nd time I called, the transfer lady was rude and couldn't answer a simple question, she then transfers me to people who weren't even there both times. the 3rd time I got transferred to someone who hung up on me. The last time I called, the transfer lady was even more rude and I had to hang up myself on her, I will not deal with rude people when I am trying to spend my money at your dealership over others. I rarely write reviews, but I felt obligated after the way Riverside Honda in Marquette dealt with me.

Extremely difficult to get service on the phone. I was recently there for almost 2 hours to get 2 tires put on. I called today to try to get in to get a problem diagnosed and it seemed like an inconvenience that I want to get my vehicle in during hunting season and near Thanksgiving! 2 weeks to get in to see what is going on..unreal. Every service staff member I have encountered in 5 years of dealing with Riverside has been rude or just plain subpar customer service.

Underwhelmed. I called to schedule service 3 times one day, phone just rang until voicemail. I left 1 voice mail at 9am and by the next day i still hadn't received a call back. I called the front desk and told them that i wasn't able to get a hold of their service department, the guy was the GM and he couldn't get them on the phone either. He took down my info and said he'd personally walk over to service and make sure they returned my call. A lady from service called me back and couldn't schedule an oil change for me for 2 weeks and seemed very stressed out.I was already feeling like it was poor service, so i called honda in Rhinelander, WI which is the same 1-1/2 hour drive for me as to Marquette. Rhinelander Honda answered on the 2nd ring and scheduled me for tomorrow and the lady was super nice and friendly.I call Marquette Honda back and cancelled my appointment, i just don't trust a service place that can't even manage to answer or return calls.

The worst service department ever.. I wouldn't let them work on my bicycle.. as an ex mechanic I can tell you right now they are the worst.. no experience in the garage.. the other thing is that when you call them they never call you back. The service and experience is absolutely appalling..
