Super professional and knowledgeable in all areas they serve. I have had the pleasure of being taken care of in the Marquette branch recent. I had a slight tire shimmy and I was being cautious to have it looked at. The first thing on the phone they asked me was to be certain my lug nuts were tight for safety and verification. They could have simply said just bring it in , but they were concerned first about the status rather than making a dollar. I say that as the tech told me if that resolved the issue, no need to call back. That was so refreshing in this day and age.In this case it did not fix the issue so I brought it in after scheduling an appointment. I did not have to wait once I arrived as the tech went right to evaluating with a test drive. After 30 mins only he came back and told me I had lost a weight on one tire and he rebalanced all four tires. So fast and accurate he is because the car actually overall is noticeably smoother.The service price was great, the attendant fantastic and I truly felt listened to and respected with my concerns for a minor shimmy. I cannot say enough about my experience and the great folks at Pomp s.

Pomp s is the best! Their staff and service is top notch. As someone who knows nothing about replacing tires, they walked me through all my options in a way that I understood and helped guide me to the best choice. Not to mention they got me in and out of there in an hour during a crazy storm! Highly recommend using Pomp s.

My experience at Pomp s was great. My tire was going flat fast. I pulled in and they worked on it immediately. I interacted with 4 workers and they were all very clear about what was happening. There was a piece of metal in the tire and I was charged a very reasonable price to plug it. The price was much lower than I expected. We are from out of town and have a child attending NMU. I would highly recommend Pomp s to anyone in Marquette or anyone who has children attending NMU.

Pomp s was able to get me in last minute for a tire replacement due to a wrecked tire, and also found a control arm that was failing. They got the part and got that replaced within a one hour time frame! Great customer service!!

Great customer service for a problem not created by them, oil change issue caused by the Green Bay Pomp s. I very much appreciate all they did to make it easy for me! A little miscommunication regarding when my vehicle was ready to be picked up, but all ended well!

The employees I talked to were very knowledgeable. I ended up needing a whole new set of tires and they helped me picked out wheels that would fit me and my budget. I am really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend.

Very good customer service I called them to see if they had a spot to get me in for brakes the same day and he said yes brought it In and they where fast and the job the did was awesome definitely will be back and definitely recommend them

Everyone was real nice and the service was quick for my two new tires. There was misinformation from my end on what type of tires I needed (thought I had all seasons but they were winter) so when I came in for my original appointment, they weren t able to service my vehicle with the tires they had already ordered. They then promptly ordered two of the correct type of tires for me and were able to get them on the very next day. So, my bad guys! And thank you for making my vehicle safer for this coming Winter!

Up from Ohio and got a flat due to a screw in my tire. Despite being busy (which is a good sign) they squeezed me in, patched up my tire and was able to make the long drive home the next day. I appreciate the service and the price was very reasonable.

John was very helpful explaining the options for snow tires, the requirements for an EV, and great service including tightening the lug nuts without stepping out of the car.

I was visiting from out of town, sno-biking, and needed some work done and they really went out of their way to get my truck done fast. Everyone I spoke to was helpful. These guys give Marquette a good name.Thanks fellas!

I have been a Pomp's customer for years. Pomp's is always helpful, friendly and efficient. Had all new tires installed in an hour. I highly recommend Pomp's Tires.

They did a great job on my alignment!! Very courteous, fast service. Got me in right away, actually 10 minutes before my appointment.I ve been doing business with them for years. They have always been honest, reasonable, they do great work. I live 50 miles away from Pomp s, but it s worth the drive to get their quality of service. Highly Recommend!!

I was traveling through Marquette, Michigan after leaving Copper Harbor when my front tire started making terrible noises. We were heading back to Columbus, Ohio. I stopped at the car dealership service to see if they would look at it to see if they could figure out the noise. They would not even look at it until the next day even though it was only 11:00 A.M.I drove a little farther and found Pomp s. I explained my problem and that I was traveling. They got my car in quickly. They immediately found my lug nuts on the front tire were lose and nearly off.Had I not gotten this taken care of when I did we would have likely had a serious accident driving.Thank you for caring about the safety of others!

Brought my car in for a wheel bearing replacement. Pomp s was clear and honest about what repairs I needed (turns out my tire had been worn to the threads as well). They had my car done the same day and kept me updated regarding the repair process. Great customer service and genuinely helpful guys!
