Normally I do my own oil changes, but we needed an oil change while traveling in the area. Theses guys got me in and out in under 20 minutes. They were professional and easy to work with. They said the shop is under new ownership, and it seems to me they are doing things right.

I love getting my oil changed at the express lube! Leslie and Dan always give great conversation and really know what they are doing when it comes to cars. Plus my kids get a coloring book to pass the time! What a great experience all around, making car maintenance fun for the whole family!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Non qualified workers at this establishment. Asked for a simple oil change. Attendant attempted to add oil to my vehicle after draining. I could tell by the sound that the oil dispensing hose was pumping more air than oil. Also evident due to the fact the attendant blew oil all over the engine. Upon completion of oil fill the attendant did not have me start the vehicle or check the oil level, just slammed the hood closed. I requested they check the oil level and guess what? No oil on the stick. 3 additional quarts were added to top off the oil level. Had I not asked I would have had a blown motor!Service: Oil change

Worst car wash ever my car came out still dirty with soap on it. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. When I went in to let the attendant know what happened this is the response I got according to the owner you got what you paid for so if you want to spend your money for nothing this is really the place to go do that. I for one will never go back. The best car wash I have found in Marquette is the Marquette car wash behind the old Pizza Hut. So not only did I get a still dirty car I also got rude customer service.

These guys are great and oil changes are no problem. But the car wash does not work well. My car was still white from salt after going through it. So, a few weeks later I tried again and got the same results.

My daughters are students at NMU and we live in Grand Rapids. Last week their check engine light came on and I told them to go to Auto Zone to have it scanned, it was a misfire code. My daughters personally went to Superior Express care to see if they could fix their car before heading home Thursday evening for the Holiday weekend. They told them to drop it off Thursday morning and they would fix it before they left to go home At 3pm.At 1:30pm I called to ask if they had started on the car and they told me no. I asked when they were going to get the car in and they stated that they were working on a big job since Monday and they weren't going to get to it. I reminded them of the promise they made to my girls and they said they wouldn't be able to look at it for a couple days then it may need parts which would take a few days more.They didn't care that my girls needed to get home for the week and were going to be stranded without a vehicle.I would stay clear of this repair facility due to the fact the don't keep their word and don't care about their customers.

Great service BUT DON'T EVER LET THEM FILL YOUR WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID!!! They dilute it with water and it will freeze and you will die from not being able to clean your windshield in winter. Other than that great job

AWESOME SERVICE! On a road trip when out car started backfiring and acting funny. After some seafoam to try and bandaid it went to get an oil change. They told us our oil pan was rusted and they didn't see a point in changing the oil. Informed us to make an appointment to get it changed when we get home. Informed us we can finish our trip and get home safely. Topped us off with oil then DIDN'T CHARGE A DIME!!!! Super nice, courteous ,quick, and helpful! Totally reccomend!

I was a customer at the place on Washington for over 5 years till the employees hid 10 minutes before closing. I stopped here the next day and got great service. The team was communicating back and forth about each step. I'll be using this place from now on.

Sparayed cold water on a hot engine, and charged me 66 dollars for a 42 dollar oil change.Never going back!
