I went to go get an oil change, within the day my check engine light came on. When I looked, I saw a part of my evap system had been broke during the oil change. This is something that can easily happen when placing the cover back on my model of car. Called 30 minutes before close. Was told to come in and when I arrived they already had the part on the way. They had it replaced and me back on the road before they closed for the day with no arguments and an apology. I appreciated how easy it was and felt very supported. Would definitely continue to go back!

I ve been going to this place for a couple of years now and let me tell you the service is always top notch. They treat me with respect and never talk down to me and explain things in a way that anyone can understand. When I m in a pinch or I panic and don t know where to go, I always stop in and they give me the best advice or quick repair (tightening bolts, replacing wipers, ect.).THANK YOU!

Best oil change service I have ever received! Friendly, fast, helpful, and thorough. Made sure I got the right oil put in my car (learned my old go-to place hadn t been very honest with me). Physically pulled out my engine air filter to show me it was in dire need of replacing- something no other place had ever taken the time to explain. I had new wipers sitting in my trunk for months as I couldn t figure out how to put them on (not a car gal, clearly) and they offered to put them on for me. Finding a new service place, in a new town, as a woman, can be a bit daunting- but my experience here beyond reassured me I went to the right one. Cannot recommend enough!Service: Oil change

i am on a vacation to marquette and it appeared to me i completely forgot to get my oil change before my trip and I came here as a walk in,no appointment. They were super handy explaining everything i needed to know while also being extremely fast getting my oil change done in no more than 10 minutes. I would come back if an opportunity presented itself.Service: Oil change

(Updated review, original below!!!!)First off, I would like to say thank you to the employees and management of Pioneer Quick Lube, amazing customer service, and a very friendly team! Within two days store management contacted me regarding my previous review, the management was extremely polite, offering to complete the rest of my service free of charge for the feedback. After finding the transaction, they explained that though I thought I was receiving a full service, I must have been misheard. They could have stopped there! Yet Pioneer insisted I visit again and said they plan to restructure their pricing to include the "full service" aspect along with every oil change! Now that's customer service. Pioneer is quick and friendly, they stand by their service and pay attention to their customers. While stopping back in they let me know I was low on the coolant again and as they could not visually see any leaks, gave me several things to watch out for, ultimately suggesting I take it in if the issue persists... In short, Pioneer is a hard-earned 5/5 from me!V Original review VThey're fast, and can be a little too fast sometimes... Went in for a full service and immediately after my car began to overheat, I pulled over to realize I had zero coolant. Not a big issue as my coolant is super easy to fill, and I had a spare in the rear, however this is a service typically done along with an oil change and easily noticeable when servicing a car. I've even had oil change places tell me what belt is squeaking and needs replaced. Not a huge deal, just expected more attention to detail....Service: Oil change

The woman who wrote up my service was unbelievably rude and impatient. She did not ask but told me the oil they would put in. The price she quoted me was twice what I had paid 6 months earlier. But more than this, her attitude was angry, unhappy. I felt like I had done something wrong just by pulling in. It s too bad. I used to like this place.Service: Oil change

Have used this shop several times for oil changes coming to and leaving town for my daughter at NMU. Today they did me a huge favor, outside the norm and got me squared away quickly. Always friendly and always quick. Really appreciate these folks.

I was visiting Marquette from downstate and needed an oil change. This place was great-wish we had them this good down state.My (now) previous oil change place downstate said my prior leak after an oil change was just overflow . The awesome attendant helping me showed me my oil cap filter that had chips in it and, worse, was missing a piece!! Thankfully they reassured me I would get home-and I did- and my car is great. If it wasn t for going to Pioneer and their knowledge and help; I would have gone back to the previous oil change downstate place that messed up in the first place. I usually come here and have no problems. They are fast and efficient.This visit the woman with blonde hair and flower tattoos brought me in. She did not have a good attitude, and was very short with me. The older man working with her was much friendlier.I don t typically write reviews, but she rubbed me the wrong way. I ll drive the extra 5 minutes to the Ishpeming location next time.

Prices for Synthetic is a little high, but it's quick and fairly friendly service. Been going here for about 5 years, and have never had a problem.

Love taking my challenger and my other vehicles here! They are always professional, friendly and informative! Price is always great, they are pretty fast and get the job done right! I'd definitely recommend you take your vehicles here

Got all my fluids changed and 2 days later my transfer case conveniently quit working. A month later I noticed oil dripping so I brought it back cuz it looks like it was coming out of the oil filter. The guy at the Harvey location told me the oil filter was tight and it was my rear main leaking. I brought it to the Marquette location and told him it was dripping oil from the oil filter they told me my rear main was bad as well. I set up an appointment at a shop to get the rear main replaced and he was able to fix it with an oil change because the filter was loose. I called to try and get a refund and they wouldn't even refund me. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.Service: Oil change

Service was quick and that's all I can say positive. The prices are quite high, when paying for full service youd expect just that but no full service was given. For the same price you can take it to a dealership and get a full inspection of your vehicle on top of an actual full service oil change. They didnt even reset my change oil warning light in the vehicle after they did the oil change. They try to keep you coming back with their "rewards" program but the lack of communication and proper service wont be having me come back any time soon.

I just got my oil changed here 10 minutes ago. What a breeze! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, even with a wait! The guys were so nice and professional, and it barely costs more than when I do it myself. I ll definitely be back. Superb service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I've waited longer for a double cheeseburger, than the time it took for them to give me a full service change. Sure you can do it yourself but man these guys are FAST. Not to mention they give other critical components and fluids a quick glance and top up as well if needed. Like as long as there's not more than a 2 car wait (I was able to pull right in) one could easily do it on a lunchbreak, even a 30 min one.The name says it all folks. This place offers a quick lube

They were very professional, fast and found and told us about the oil stick wasn't put back on last time we went somewhere else to have it done, it is great place, but my synthetic oil change was 67.00 Expensive but I guess you get what pay for, and you won't have any mistakes under your hood, like I've had so much of. Just wish it was closer to home, and praying that I have appointment when next oil change is due. It is good for 6k miles to 7,500. Not your regular 5k miles. Worth the money

I am from out of town visiting family and my car needed an oil change, the folks recommended these fine people. The service was very fast, everyone was very friendly, unlike Chicago I got to stay with the car and chat while they did a very professional complete service at a more than reasonable price. I highly recommend these fine folks.

Used to have great service here. Today I pulled up at 10 to 5 not knowing they closed at 5 on Saturday. Two workers inside. I could see them talking and walking around through the glass bay doors.Neither comes out. Neither opens the door. The sign says to shut off your engine while you wait. So I do.And I wait 10 minutes until one guy gets on his bicycle and leaves and the other takes a cash drawer and goes into the office.No one can tell me they aren't going to do my 10 minute oil change? No one can inform me that they just arent going to do their job? Nice. Had either done so I would have understood. But the sign that says they close at 5 on Saturdays is microscopic from inside your car.I have gone here for the past 8 years for my oil changes, and I wont be going back. That kind of treatment of a returning customer is baffling. And they have lost my business for good.There are too many places offering the same service that will treat a customer with more respect than this.

Prices are a bit high, but not too high to be unreasonable. You pull in, tell the guy what you want, and the average wait from start to finish is about 20 minutes. Had basic service done to two vehicles here, and would recommend to anyone whom needs an oil change done on-the-fly.

I stopped by your place of business because I have just moved to the area, and I had just purchased my used Honda a few days prior. My oil turned out to be just fine\sticker said recent change....but I'm writing because your employee Ed went above and beyond for me. My radio wasn't working and in a very short time he had the code in, the antennae reattached and I had music again!!!!! He didn't have to assist me but kudo's to his Customer Service ethic. Thank you to Pioneer Quick Lube for employing such a great guy! I'll be back in 3000 miles!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Very nice, professional. They thought I had lost my mind because my oil was still very new looking. My sticker says I need to be here so, here I am! Didn't realize with my new vehicle it would probably have nice looking oil still even after 3000+ miles.

My first time in this type of quick oil service and I am impressed. Professional and friendly staff. Job is done within 20 minutes. They also check tire pressure, lights and windscreen wipers.

The people were super personable, friendly, and helpful. The last time I was there they noticed my brake light was out offered to sell me one and put it in, but I already had a bulb and they put that one in for me even though I didn't buy it from there.

17OCT2020- Stopped for an oil change for my CAR, told them (two teenage looking kids) that I wanted mobile 1, like I always get. They say that's way more expensive and said it would be 100 dollars!! I laughed and said no thanks. So instead of closing my hood and letting me get on my get on my way, they monkeyed around under my hood talking for a good 3 minutes... So if you like being taking advantage of, this is a great place for that!
