I gotta be honest and I ve kept this inside for awhile but do not buy from Pepp Motors. It was probably 2015-2016 when I purchased my first car, unfortunately it was at this dealership. Had my eyes on this 2002 Subaru forester, navy blue. I was talked into this car. I test drove it and everything . During the day. Upon purchase the vehicle I was pleased. They said they would clean it and update the car when I picked it up. Upon the first time I drove off the lot I noticed the car still reeked of cigarettes, the head lights didn t work, the entire hub lights didn t work making the vehicle useless at night, and it was obvious the vehicle had been sitting for a couple years. I brought it back the next day and was surprised by the absolute rudeness of the man at the front counter. It wasn t until I showed them the vehicle and they agreed to fix the issues that I was assured was fixed . And then I got charged for the repairs. This dealership will take advantage of you. Do not buy from them. Oh also the 2002 Subaru was a 2000 model not a 2002.

My husband bought a dodge ram from them its been a month check engine light came on. Having lifter issues. And the low oil light came on which they intentionally over filled the oil when he purchased it. 15k for a truck for a disabled vet and they intentionally scammed him and sold him this lemon. Reporting them to the BBB. Horrible business will never do business with them again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from them.

These guys are absolutely bar none awesome they went in and fixed a bunch of another shops screw ups, found the oil leak that I had spent over 2 grand at THE SHOP and had them fix it. Then they gave a sound review as to my motor when it came to the blow by we added some additive per their recommendation and the blow buy is almost gone. My truck has over 300000 on it and these guys saved my motor, after having poor diagnostics and suggestions from another shop, not to mention they have had to fix ninety percent of what the shop had done. Thanks pepp motors for doing it right.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

I purchased a used Subaru from here about 4 months ago for over $6k, literally would not budge on price at all despite many cosmetic defects and other issues we noticed just from the test drive. We had to haggle just to get the windshield replacement included which was cracked fully across top and bottom. It also came with no key fob or spare key so I m unable to lock my car because the alarm goes off when I unlock it with the physical key, the seat belt also doesn t latch correctly and it takes at least 5 tries to get it to latch every-time I get in the car. Since driving the car I ve already had to replace the alternator and battery, the exhaust rusted apart and I had to have it welded. The brakes are quickly deteriorating, the blowers and stereo will randomly turn off and on with no explanation, I have a tire leak that needs to be aired up every week, I haven t been able to use my cruise since about two weeks after purchase and a puddle forms behind my drivers seat at random. Definitely got ripped off and I would not recommend unless you re absolutely desperate but you d probably be better off purchasing off or Facebook from an independent seller.

Pepp motors is now carrying the Snowex snowplow, I've been plowing snow for 30 years and this plow hands down is my favorite, it's the easiest plow to hook up to your truck ,also has down pressure and automatixx attachment, very very durable, the led headlights have edge view so they shine off to the edge, super nice. Thanks everyone at Pepp motors

So if you're looking for a uhaul dealer I don't recommend going here as the guy at the front desk had charged me an eighth of a tank of gas when clearly the photos of before and after which have time stamps prove that the meter both times was just under 5/8. I only drove 21 miles according to his own words. He told me straight out that I have to take it up with uhaul as that's what he saw it as when he checked it this morning. I never had my vehicle services there so I'm cant say anything bad about that. But I do recommend that if you get a uhaul truck from them make sure to take a photo and compare it to the receipt before you move the truck.

Had a minor exhaust problem that came up in the end of my vacation and they got it all fixed up for me a few hours after I dropped it off. Good service and friendly staff.

Very dishonest dealer. These guys deserve 0 stars. I bought a used Subaru from them for about $6000. I test drove it and it seemed good and I committed to buying it. They were advertising it as having "all the updates". After I sealed the deal (had to haggle and still pay OVER BOOK price) and got it home I found a giant puddle of water in the back. I called the salesman and found out that the water should have been cleaned up because it was from a leak that they patched and conveniently never told me about.Over the next couple of weeks the car continued to leak water and luckily they fixed the leak for free after i got my interior wet several times. Meanwhile still within 30 days, my brakes we're acting up and getting worse by the day and the check engine light had lit up a FEW DAYS after I got it home (faulty catalytic converter assembly which is not cheap to fix). I was told by the sales man that it was just rust on the rotors and would wear off at the time of the sale so I had nothing try worry about. So I replaced them on my own thinking it would just be pads and rotors and found that a caliper on the front had been seized up and not functioning correctly since the day I bought it. As soon as the brakes were fixed, a squealing noise started coming from under the hood.I went to the office and spoke to who I believe is the owner and I was told that since they don't have a crystal ball they cannot see these problems coming with used cars and that I was welcome to bring it back and they could work on it and maybe charge me some money for parts or maybe not. I was told that since I replaced the brakes myself that I was out of luck even though they were unsafe the day they were sold to me. The explanation for that was that they "JUST DO NOT INSPECT THE CARS WELL ENOUGH" when they sell them to know if the brakes were unsafe. I would never recommend buying a car from this dealer because I do not believe that they check their cars over well at all before they sell them. I would never trust them to work on my car since this is how they do business.

Not an ethical place of business. Our son and student at NMU was involved in a minor accident. An older local backed into the side door of my son s vehicle in a downtown parking lot and damaged his door. The offender claims that his back up sensor did not detect his vehicle and persuaded my son that police were not required and that he would handle the repairs and cost of repairs locally with a l friend in the automotive business (Pepp Motors). My son agreed to this arrangement and exchanged info .fine.Repairs were subsequently coordinated. A used door with blown speaker was authorized by the OFFENDER, and authozation to proceed on the Pepp Motor s invoice was also provided by the OFFENDER and installed by Pepp Motors, thereafter.Upon the completion of the work, our son was presented an invoice for monies owed from this collaborative hustle job. Fortunately, the cost of work did not amount to large sums, but we we reluctantly paid (from GA) the invoice to avoid our son missing classes, but this is hardly the point. The owner of this business was complicit in proceeding with work on someone else s vehicle without providing the OWNER of the vehicle a detailed estimate or payment terms. (See attached estimate and approvals. Actual Owner of vehicle is NOT included anywhere on this proposal). Had this been explained, flags would have gone up and police called. What did happen .Pepp proceeded based on authorization and terms dictated by their buddy seeking to avoid points on his insurance for repairs to a door that he backed into. It is crooked and homespun deal devoid of a detail and consent which resulted in a life-lesson conversation with our son explaining the risk of allowing the want to trust people sometimes leads to conflict and loss.Service: Body & Trim

Just purchased our fourth vehicle in 8 years from Pepp Motors. These vehicles, and two others, have all been serviced at Pepp Motors. They always provide good quality vehicles available at a reasonable price and keep them on the road for us. For a family with 3 vehicles that have to be road-ready for work, school and travel, that says it all.

Bought a Subaru Forester a year ago from this awful place, the salesman barely told me anything about the vehicle, basically just gave me the keys for the test drive. Drove it and thought it was good. In the past year I have put a new clutch, timing belt (after it failed and messed up my engine), back brakes, and now a new small block. I have put what the car is worth back into it just in the first year having the vehicle. Dont buy from these people, you're better off going to Fox Marquette.
