Second visit and same great service each time. Returned home after a long trip and seem to have collected a nail on the road. They made short work out of correcting the issue and had it resolved quickly. Will use them again when I need tires. Thanks

Professional, courteous, quick, and about half the price of a dealership.I had a custom lifted Jeep Wrangler, and was no problem for them.Would recommend to anyone getting an alignment!

Always a very professional experience with Mr. Tire. They did a great job as usual, this time taking care of the nail that made its way into my tire. The repair was handled promptly, and with very reasonable prices to boot. Great customer service. What else can you ask for.

At the beginning of Covid when many businesses were closed and restrictions were super tight I needed tires for my car. I called around but nobody could get me in for a few days. Mr Tire said if I could get in before they closed that they d get me in that day.This time I needed tires for my little go-getter pickup. They were good to me before so I didn t hesitate to call them first. This time I was able to schedule my appointment. Today I showed up about 20 minutes before my appointment. They were just finishing a job so they got me in early.Their prices are good, the guys are all super nice, and they re quick.Highly recommend

I had a slow air leak in one of my tires, the staff politely showed me how to fill the tire with air using their free air-pump located outside of the Marquette location. They then set-up a time for me to have the tire patched a very reasonable $22.As a precaution I asked for an advanced quote for two different replacement set of tires. They printed out both quotes and explained the advantages of each option. The staff was very friendly and patient answering all of my questions. I will definitely be purchasing tires from them in the future.

Awesome tire shop. I had a quad tire with a nail in it. I was traveling through town and called lots of places. These guys were able to get me in right as I pulled in and got it off the trailer. Half hour and I was loading it back up.

I have come here 7 times for new tires. I have always had excellent service. They are always fast, friendly, honest, competitive prices, great quality and service. Each time they were able to get me in that day! I will always come back here. Can't say enough good things about them.

The mechanic is a very awkward guy and does not explain things well. They told me that replacing the ball joints would fix the problems with my car's alignment, then later called me to tell me that it didn't work. Not necessarily the mechanics fault, but frustrating nonetheless. The staff here is not very good about responding to emails and voicemails, it took 2-3 weeks for me to get a hold of them to even get the appointment made. I'm hoping this has just been a one-off bad experience with them, but I'm definitely considering taking my car elsewhere.

They were fast getting me in to check out two bad tires, the price to replace both were very reasonable. I took my Yukon back to them for mechanical problems the week after and they were honest with me on what I did and didn't need done. Highly recommend them.

Great store. We had a blowout and leaving for New York the next day. They got us in and took care of our issue. Can t thank them enough. The Goodyear stores told me I d have to wait 4 days for them to help me. Again, Mr. Tire helped the same day.

Helped us out during a family vacation in Marquette. Based on the descriptions in reviews of what we re the easiest to get into, I stopped at 4 places who didn t have time to patch a nail hole. The last place said why not check with Mr Tire? So glad I did. They got me right in and got us back on the road for our 8hr drive home.

I was in MQT today to fix my daughters front brakes on her Jeep, I live 2 hrs away, i ran into an issue with the lugs and called the shop. The gentleman I talked to said We could come in right away and he d help us out. I cant thank the guys that work there enough! They saved me from having to drive two hours home, then two back to do what I needed to do. They so generously did this free of charge! So thank you guys!! This place is great! If i ever have problems while around MQT, I m def going here, and sharing this with everyone!!

On vacation right drivers side tire cores broke causing severe vibration . Stopped at local auto shop . They changed tire with my spare. Spare tire didn't look the best . Looked up tire shops near me . Several came up . We stopped at one with no luck . Mr. Tire personal was beyond professional . They went to vehicle to check size of current tire . They noted tire on vehicle was a little undersized compared to factory recommend specs. They had tires in stock . They brought several tires out for review . We decided on Cooper tires which were on sale . They scheduled me in. We returned at appointment time . In and out less than one hour. I was beyond blown away by there professional customer service. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone

While on vacation, we made Marquette our destination for 5 days. During our stay, I noticed one of the 4 RV tires had steel belts that shifted resulting in a dangerous tread shift and had developed a significant bulge in the tread center. I visited Mr. Tire and spoke to Ron about buying a replacement. The tire was ordered and arrived in two days, exactly as he said. He was up front and honest about the shop workload but true his character, he somehow worked magic to complete the change-over before they closed on the night before our planned departure. Yeah, those guys are on the game!
