They do whatever they can within their ability to accommodate their customers. They get things done fast without sacrificing quality! It may take some time for parts but that is out of their control. Look for yourself.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

We've been here frequently, with both our vehicles. We got hit in the back of our dodge Nitro. & we pulled our bumper off out Dodge Ram at Devils Tower, there was a spike sticking up!! They always do great work. They are honest & don't do anything that would cost us more than we wanted without asking

Very honest about whether we should fix the vehicle we have or not. Nice car runs great but it had rust on it. We ask them about fixing it and he said no it would not help. So he could have said yes they would do it and we would have said okay but he was honest enough to say it's not going to help and we saved that money

Hoover's was recommended to me by Joe's Auto. That right there speaks volumes. They squeezed me into their booked schedule due to the safety concern that the car damage posed. They generously gave me a steal of a deal to fix my crushed baby after a deer hit it. I did not even recognize my car after they fixed it. It looked like the deer never touched it! Amazing service. Amazing people. I am eternally grateful for their service.

Mark is an amazing guy! I can honestly say that I had the best costomer experience, treatment, and value of anywhere in my entire life. The cost was so low that even tho I tipped him 50% I still felt like it wasn't even worth his time how much service my car recieved for the price. My vehicle is looking better than new and this level of result should've cost me at least $900 more MINIMUN than he asked for. I give this place the highest recommendation of any store I've ever been to. The price is so low and they are so kind and helpful it feels like you've taken advantage of their kind nature when you get the final bill. Please support this buisness and have it flourish. I can't imagine a shop and owner more deserving of success than Hoovers Auto Body. Thanks again Mark! The polisher and that amazing compound restored my cars paint beyond what I even thought possible.

After hitting a deer on our vacation, the front end of our Prius was gnarled up pretty bad. The folks at Hoovers were very pleasant to deal with, gave us a very competitive estimate, and were able to finish the work in half the time all the other shops quoted. There was more damage than could be seen at the time of the estimate and they fixed it without any further cost. The car is still running great weeks after the accident, and I could not be happier with their service. Thank you. GREAT PLACE!

Heard a lot of good things but I wasn't too impressed after using them. The hood was crooked/gap uneven when I picked it up the first time and they just said it was due to them underestimating the damage originally even though my insurance paid for the complete repair. Fit/finish were ok in the end. I wont' be going back there for anymore repairs.

Mark stayed late to help me weight my options and sort thru the insurance paperwork. Ultimately, he helped me decide to not get the body work done and to take the insurance money instead. It shows he's not out to make a buck but to serve his community the best he can. I hope I don't need more body work done anytime soon, but when I do I'm calling Hoover's!
