We needed a car, and Ryan and Tom made it happen quickly and with no pressure. We were treated with respect and they answered all of our questions with patience and insight. Ryan was knowledgeable about the Subarus and had the cars we wanted to test drive ready to go when we arrived. This is our fourth Subaru we ve purchased from Fox, and we ll be back!

I am loving my new to me 22 WRX I bought at Fox Subaru of Marquette. This is our second Subaru bought from Fox Subaru, and both times we were impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff are.We were a little bummed when we walked in to talk to our previous sales rep, Heather Swope, and didn't see her there, but we were happy to hear that she simply had moved to the finance department.Ryan Campbell was our sales rep this time, and he made our purchasing experience easily as friendly and enjoyable as our previous purchase. It was also nice that we got to work with Heather again when it became time for the financing. She made quick work of the financing paperwork, considering we came in rather late in the day (4ish) on a Friday, and I was able to drive my new WRX home that night.Ryan was great after the sale as well, quickly answering any questions I had.I can't say enough good things about the staff at Fox Subaru from sales to the service department they always make you feel welcome and appreciated.

I recently purchased a new Subaru WRX from Fox Subaru Marquette, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Joe and Heather went above and beyond to ensure that I was well-informed and comfortable. They answered every question, demonstrated the ins and outs of the car, and showcased all the features of the infotainment system, which made me feel truly valued as a customer.Joe and Heather were exceptional, both incredibly knowledgeable, forthcoming, and down-to-earth, making what can be a stressful experience feel seamless and enjoyable. Their communication kept me in the loop every step of the way.Needless to say, I highly recommend visiting Fox Subaru Marquette.

We just loved our service ! Our Sales Women Riley was very sweet and super accommodating! Riley made sure that everything was taken care of and ready before we had even gotten there ! She made sure that we felt very comfortable while we waited for the finishing details to be taken care of ! Tom, the business manager was also so very helpful in setting us up and helping us find the best deals and rates !!! We will most definitely be recommending them to anyone we can !!!

Riley is friendly, super sweet & extremely knowledgeable. She made sure we were comfortable & went over all options with our vehicle from bumper to bumper. Heather was awesome in the finance department as well. Great buying experience! Thank you Riley!

I have never taken the time to write a negative review before.Long story short: Fox Subaru pulled a "bait and switch" on me. I had expressed interest on an older, more affordable vehicle over the past weekend (one of the cheaper cars on the lot). I received a call Monday morning when the dealership opened and was asked if I'd like to take it for a test drive, so we set up a time. I had to rearrange my day and leave work early. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told that I couldn't test drive the car because it was being serviced, but I could test out a newer and far more expensive model to "get the feel for it." After my pointless test drive, I was told that somebody else had first dibs on the car that I wanted the whole time, so I probably won't be able to buy it anyway. Why did I drive all the way there to not test drive the vehicle I was interested in? Couldn't I have been notified beforehand? Why didn't they let me know that the vehicle was already spoken for? It seems quite obvious that they wanted to bait me into visiting the dealership to get me behind the wheel of a more expensive vehicle. Not only did this waste my time and completely turn me off from buying from Fox Subaru, "bait and switch" sales tactics are illegal. As I was sitting there waiting for the saleswoman to come back (she came back with payment plans I didn't ask for), I felt like I was actively trying to be taken advantage of. The fact of the matter is, I m probably not the only one who has felt this way after coming to Fox Subaru. I hope they can recognize this and change some practices in the future.

I had a positive experience with everybody here. I was nervous to get a new vehicle, but Blaine was very kind and mad it easy. He listened to what I wanted and what I was unsure of. He was informative without being pushy. After showing me all the fancy futuristic features, he paired the car to my phone! I feel safer on the road now with all wheel drive and relived that any backseat passengers will now have a lot of room.

I brought my car in last week with codes and a pull to the right, to which they sent me out the door saying they corrected and for the most part they did. However it still pulled so when they reached out to see how my car was doing and I explained it still pulled they offered for me to drop it off and they'd see why it was still pulling. I was never told of any additional charges to look at it a second time until they'd already begun the diagnostic and I was sent a form saying I'd verbally approved the $145 charge. I would never have brought it back to be looked at a second time if I knew they'd charge me another $145 diagnostic fee. I will add they so kindly dropped the fee down to $130 when I told them I would not have had them look at it a second time if I had been told the cost at the time of booking or even before they'd begun the service.

I have been not good luck to have vehicles too many years .I thought I can not buy subaru outback, my dream car .When I went to subaru , Riley helped me test drive and any of my questions she answered for me with strong confidence!!!After bought this vehicle Riley has been still helping me when I have questions .I feel 100% right decision I made and I LOVE my dream car !!Thank you Riley so much .

We had been looking for a vehicle for several months and were getting very desperate with winter approaching. Riley Dobson was a godsend!She took a personal interest in our plight and saw us through every step of the financing and purchase process until we ended up with the absolute perfect vehicle for our needs!We were having so much trouble with the current seller's market even just getting anyone to help us with getting financing, much less actually holding a vehicle for us through the process. Other places kept selling the vehicles from under us before we could get the financing. It was VERY frustrating and we were at our wit's end.Thank you, Riley!!

What a great experience dealing with Fox Subaru in Marquette!!!! We ordered a 2023 Forester through the internet working with Heather Swope. I told her exactly what I wanted and she worked up a good price. I then gave her the details on my trade and we settled on a value. She placed the order, kept me informed of the status and today, 9/29/23 we drove over to Marquette to pick up the car. Everything was exactly as we agreed on. There were no last minute add ons or games. Everyone was very professional. Heather wasn't available the day we picked the car up but Joseph Oleksy stepped in, did the final paperwork, explained how to use all the features of our new car and was as patient and pleasant as anyone could ever hope for. Thanks to everyone involved!!! I couldn't be more pleased with the car or the professionalism at Fox Subaru in Marquette.

From Melissa, Scott, and to Levi in financing, this is a top notch Ford dealer. I called 125 dealer across the US and I finally found an honest dealer that took great care of me. Levi and Scott even came up on their day off to get my vehicle ready for shipment to TX. Even though 1,500 miles away, I will tell everyone about this dealership. Thank you for everything

We re from St Louis MO on a multi week road trip adventure across the UP in our 2023 Outback. It started to sound like someone was panning for gold in the back wheel. We called up Fox Marquette Subaru service as we d be driving through and wanted to see if they could do a quick check. We pulled up at noon and within 15 minutes they came out with a small rock in hand (sure enough it was caught behind the rotor) and sent us on our way, no charge . Thank you so much for taking care of us in the middle of our road trip!!

Ford Marquette did an awesome job taking care of my vehicle. Joey kept me informed throughout the whole process. He set me up with a loaner vehicle to ensure my family had a means of transportation while my vehicle was being fixed. My only complaint was the loaner was ten times nicer than my own vehicle so I was hoping my parts would be on back order a little longer.

We bought our first Subaru at Fox. Everyone was friendly and helpful and made it a smooth and stress free experience. I've always been happy with the service department also. They are always friendly, particularly Jon. I went in for a oil change knowing I needed new tires but hoping to wait until fall so I could purchase snow tires. I was told my tires couldn't wait any longer. Jon gave me a great deal on tires he had. He went above and beyond and is always patient and informative. I will always go to Fox service because of this.

The salesperson was incompetent. I bought the vehicle sight unseen after being told it had no major body damage. The drivers dropped it off and it had hail damage all over the hood and roof! They agreed to pay for the body work after going back and forth for a few days. When it came time for my vehicle to get repaired, I asked for a rental. The same incompetent salesperson told me for week yeah I m just trying to figure out how to get it to you . The next call was made to the general manager who allowed my calls go right to voicemail repeatedly until he finally returned a call and told me I could pick up a rental. Drive 3 hours in a car I don t have?! I would never recommend this dealership.

Terrific service! My service advisor (Joey Briggs) did a fantastic job working my vehicle through some unexpected and unusual repairs. No one likes having to repair a vehicle but Joey made it understandable and expeditious.

I recently bought a Subaru from Riley and can t express what an easy, fair, stress-free purchase experience it was. Riley was kind, knowledgeable, efficient and attentive. She will help you at either Fox Subaru or Fox Ford. Highly recommend asking for Riley when looking for a car at either location!

Absolutely love this dealership. Fair prices. Friendly staff Vehicle is done when promised. Went there for an oil change and tire rotation. Thought I needed new tires, nope they said mine are still in great condition

I always come here to get my regular maintenances as this is where the previous owner was getting them done. The price is a little steeper than elsewhere in town but I also feel like the quality of service is higher. They're waiting room is very nice

The entire experience was exceptional. After being denied a purchase in Detroit, arranged a better vehicle at a better price, with excellent service. Bill, Tom, and Erin made everything seamless & professional. Driving back to Detroit is the snow is a perfect break in for a new Subaru! Worth the trip! Fox is where it's at!

I recently swapped to winter tires, but still needed 2 mounted and all 4 balanced along with an alignment. I was calling all over town trying to get in asap so I didn't ruin my nice tires, Fox got me an appointment in 2 days rather than weeks out compared to almost everyone in Marquette. For that I'm incredibly thankful. Everyone was amazing and super nice. 11/10 experience would recommend to anyone! Free car wash also!!
