Great team and experience. Ashleigh made finding and setting up my truck a breeze. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The finance manager was quick and wasn t pushy about add on s which was very refreshing after my last couple of interactions at other dealerships.

Bought a used Ford Explorer with less than 90k miles. This Vehicle is a lemon, I've worked on this vehicle more than my old suburban with 200k miles on the dash. It eats wheel bearings, sensors, non stop brake problems. I pray daily that a semi truck backs over this vehicle in a parking lot and totals it. I will never buy another Ford and definitely not another vehicle from this dealership.

The lack of communication from the used car salesman was absolutely awful. First off, trying to buy a vehicle remotely is challenging, but also trying to get it delivered down state is more logistically challenging from the dealer (I understand that coordinating drivers around winter weather is tough). Although on multiple occasions the salesman promised he would return my text message, call, or voicemail before the end of the day - but never did - a few times I felt I was deliberately being ignored. On one call specifically (on Thursday the 18th), he promised me he had drivers lined up, and the vehicle would be delivered the next day on Friday the 19th.Now finally after 2 weeks, Friday comes and I'm expecting a delivery. No word from the salesman, no response to his work line, personal cell, or calling the dealership to be transferred to his desk. NONE were returned. Also no response from the "Customer Experience Advisor".Did the transport drivers even leave? Why cant the salesman let me know what's going on, instead of keeping me in the dark? Saturday comes and same same - no response from the salesman. Meanwhile, I'm wondering if the vehicle was sold out from under me.Monday rolls around, and finally the Business Manager saves the day - she was outstanding, clear, precise and exact communication. The vehicle was delivered Tuesday when she said it would be.It took from January 7th to January 22nd to get this deal done. Didn't know it was this hard to buy a car nowadays? Maybe this is how Yooper salesman communicate.....

Sooooo...you might not think that if you lived in Kansas City the best, most wonderful way to buy a car would be to find the exact one you've been searching for online 1000 miles away in Marquette, Michigan, and then seal the deal sight unseen and have someone drive it to you! Well, then, you might just be wrong-- because I worked with the most delightful product specialist, Ashleigh Beauchamp, who made my Subaru dreams come true and bent over backwards to answer all my questions, provide detailed photos, and basically make the long-distance transaction seamless in every way. Super upbeat, energetic, great listener without a speck of pushiness, and unfailingly respectful of my wishes--and time. She's the fairy godmother of car buying and I would recommend her in a heartbeat. And also, a shoutout to finance manager Tom, who went out of his way--after I had bought the car, mind you-- to explain how things are done to my local motor vehicles bureau. And the man who carefully drove my spankin' new car for twelve hours right into my driveway? He was, well, exactly the type of person you would hope would be driving your new car. What can I say?! In their literature, Fox Motors says that their people have the energy and passion to come to work each day to provide customers with the best service and strive to make the experience a truly remarkable one. Believe them. They aren't kidding. #AshleighBeauchampforthewin!

Wanted to recognize Hunter, one of the sales colleagues. I recently leased a new Bronco and Hunter did an excellent job during the transaction and more importantly after the transaction, personally coming to my residence twice to follow-up on service items.

100% satisfied with the purchase of our truck! Josh was absolutely awesome and Levi was speedy and kind with finding us the right financing. The biggest thing I have to say I enjoyed the most is how LOW PRESSURE they were through this. I seriously felt like I was in control and they did everything they could to meet my needs. They even really helped us out with our trade in which made everything possible. I ll definitely be back here to buy again in the future, and recommend Fox Marquette Ford to everyone!!

Just leased a new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek and Riley Dobson was so helpful in informing and guiding me through all the steps to taking home my new car! She was excellent in providing the best customer service and answered all of my questions about my options and was able to help me figure out the best car suited to my needs. Could not recommend her enough!

I brought in my 2022 F150 that was leaking gasoline badly. They took it in right away and in a couple of hours had replaced a leaking gas line that was on top of the fuel tank. I was back on the road. What a great job. Thank you all.

Carissa was able to get me scheduled for a Saturday oil change in a timely fashion over email. Everything went great and I had no issues and the works package was finished within an hour. The waiting room could use some updates, but no complaints other than that.

Everybody there is so nice. I brought my dad's car in to get the airbag replaced since there was a recall and they gave me a paper showing what is running correctly or incorrectly on the car and told me where I could go to get new front tired since they are bald. I was not expecting that since the visit was a free visit due to the recall. I feel like they go above and beyond and are very friendly.

Bought my vehicle from there a few months back. Very helpful and easy process. Also had service done to my vehicle today, they picked it up from my work which was very helpful. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. Will come here for anything needed in the future! Justine Montgomery

I am incredibly disappointed in the service I had with Fox Marquette. In January, I purchased a 2016 Ford Focus and was excited to have a newer vehicle that would be reliable. In July, I started having an issue in which the car would not start in some instances. While at an oil change, they diagnosed the issue and got me an appointment a month later. After it was "fixed" at that appointment, I still had the issue, and it was getting worse. It was an electrical issue that had to due with the starting system in the car. There were times when it took 15 minutes for my car to start, and I would never know if the car would ever start. I brought the car back in and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I did this a few more days as well until I finally left it there for an extended period of time. It was there for 8 days and I was not given a loaner vehicle. As a college student, I need to get to work and class, and not having a vehicle was incredibly stressful. However, the worst part of my experience was the lack of communication from the dealership. I called on a few occasions to get an update on my vehicle and to see if I could get a loaner vehicle. The only answers I got were "we don't know" and "maybe". I left a couple of voicemails that were never returned. I spoke with a manager who said he would speak with the general manager of the dealership to try to figure out why I was not getting any updates on my vehicle or why I was unable to get a loaner... That manager never called me back. Finally, on the 8th day of my vehicle being there, I went to the dealership to find out that they had my car fixed for the last 3 days and they had just been testing to make sure that it starts, even though when I had talked to them a couple days prior they said they didn't know what was going on with it. When I picked up my vehicle, they said it was "probably" fixed. 4 days later, I had the issue again. I called and the person I talked to in the service department said they would get back to me the next day. They never got back to me and that was 4 days ago. I decided over the weekend that I had had enough of Fox Marquette. 2 months of this issue and getting nothing more than a "we might have fixed your vehicle and you can't have a loaner" was more than enough for me. I traded my vehicle in and purchased a new vehicle from a different dealership. While I was at this new dealership, I saw customer service that was lightyears ahead of anything I experienced at Fox. I did not hear a single phone call at that dealership that ended with we will call you back tomorrow or next week. They went out of their way to ensure that customers that were on the phone got answers right there on the spot, even if they had to speak to someone in another department. If you are looking for a vehicle or for service, I highly recommend avoiding Fox Marquette.

I came here with a flat tire. They patched it up and I paid them. Twelve hours later the tire had lost 15 PSI so I took it back. They filled it up with air and told me I was good to leave. I asked if they had actually fixed the leak and they said no - that they had filled up the tire with air and not made any additional repairs. I pointed out that the tire had gone flat in less than 12 hours and that it was not practical to fill a tire with air every 12 hours. They just kind of shrugged and said that they had driven the car once around the block and it had been able to hold air driving around the block. I explained that this was nonsensical and asked if they were going to actually fix the leak. They said that they had filled the tire up with air and driven it around the block and that was satisfactory. I went out to the vehicle and checked the PSI (using the vehicles interior gauge). It had already lost 8 PSI since being filled with air - in about 15 minutes. I pointed this out to the manager and he said that the tire was probably not leaking and that the gauge on the actual vehicle dashboard was probably just wrong. I explained that the vehicle was under warranty and that if the gauge was broken then I would like the gauge fixed. He then decided he would look at the tire again. They finally fixed it but bent over backwards to try to avoid doing so. These people are very dishonest.

I was in to get my airbags replaced on my Fusion which were recalled. It was about a 3 1/2 hr wait in the waiting area. They also ran diagnostics and changed out fuses at no charge. Very pleased with friendly employees, all were masked during pandemic.

They made quick work of an easy but annoying problem. When I first called they didn t have any immediate spots but called me as soon as there was an opening. Oil change was done was well. Everything was completed quickly within 4 hours. Very happy.

I recently made an offer on a used truck for $31,500...$1,500 less than the asking price. My offer was denied claiming their used cars have a razor thin margin. When I asked what the trade in amount was they gave to the previous owner, they refused to provide it. The sales rep and manager both sat there and lied to me and refused to meet me in the middle.Three weeks later they secretly increased the asking price by $400 and made a big deal about reducing the price by $500.....illustrating some of the deceptive car selling practices that Fox practices regularly.

Terrible service department... They only have one diesel mechanic and half the time the mechanic is not there. My work truck has been there for about 6 weeks and they still haven't looked at it. I was going to have it towed to another Ford dealership but they said their mechanic was going to be back on that following Monday. So I left my truck there. When I got back into town a week later and called they still have not looked at my truck. If you have a diesel truck I would recommend you take some where else. They need to hire more diesel mechanics if they are going to sell diesel trucks.

I was thrown a curveball with what I thought as wrong with my truck and what actually was. Joe Z. worked with me and was able to find a solution. After that problem occurred and was fixed, another potential large expense happened out the door. Joe Z. again helped me out.

Couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from Fox Marquette, particularly our salesmen, Ross C. He was willing to come in on his day off to get us the car in less than a 24 hour time span. Highly recommend reaching out to Ross if you are in need of a vehicle. Thank you, Ross!

My 85 yr old mother-in-law and my 93 yr old WWII vet father-in-law recently came to visit us in Marquette from Cadillac where they live. They experienced power steering problems and took their vehicle to the SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT FOX MARQUETTE as they had been making payments on an extended service plan sold to them by FOX FORD CADILLAC for over ten years. FOX MARQUETTE said that the $3000 in repairs were covered but that Ford did not have the parts in stock and they would not use an after market part on the vehicle. That was over three months ago. The vehicle has been sitting in their lot ever since. No amount of complaining to the SERVICE DEPARTMENTS OF FOX MARQUETTE OR FOX CADILLAC has done a bit of good. They could not care less that my in-laws had to have their grand daughter come and pick them up and take them home. Over 700 miles. My next step will be to contact DAN DEVOS, of Grand Rapids, MI the Chief operating officer of FOX MOTORS LLC . I Purchased three vehicles from FOX Marquette in the last 10 yrs. I wont buy another. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY OFFERS FROM FOX in the mail.

Had an appt to test drive and then hopefully trade in and purchase a vehicle. Drive in from gwinn, they never contacted us, they sold the vehicle. We drove for no reason with the appointment still going as planned as we were not made aware. When we entered fox no one greated us, nothing, we were ignored. Finally someone sitting in a chair with his feet up on desk finally made eye contact with us, and ask very annoyed "do you know who your looking for?". We proceeded and he said "ohhhh hmmm yeah.... it sold.. did no one contact you..."ARE YOU KIDDING ME. No one made us aware, no one contacted us to cancel the appointment, and everyone acted like we were an inconvenience. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK when treated as such.

Not sure why they even have a trade in estimate on their website because they ll just insult you with a ridiculously low trade in offer that s no where close to what they estimate. Then when you call them to talk about trade in value they tell you they start on the low end but it always goes up. That s a lie because they offered me $5000 below their own trade in estimate straight off their website.

After driving Ram Trucks for the last several years decided on a specific F150 for my next truck. I visited Fox. Although they didn't have the truck I wanted they had a similar one I wanted to drive. The sales lady couldn't answer any questions I had, she basically threw keys at me. I took it for a ride which only solidified my decision to go with the F150.When I got back to the dealership the saleslady was nowhere to be found. Once she showed up she walked right past me to talk to someone else. I left the keys on a desk and ended up getting my new F150 elsewhere. No need to beg a dealership to allow me to purchase a vehicle. It's a shame because I used to like them but the other dealer treated me well so I will stick with them for my Fords in the future.

From out of town and needed a oil change on my F450. Called, made an appointment for a few days later and showed up 10 minutes prior to appointment time. I was driving out 50 minutes later, oil changed and truck serviced. The cost was as expected minus a military discount. Bada bing Bada Bang. Coffee & cookies in the waiting room. Winning!Great service.

You call to get service information and your put on hold for 15/20 minutes often with them hanging up on you. Then when you finally get through the service manager doesn't have any clue on how to quote a job. This dealership is going downhill fast

Horrible customer service for All of fox businesses. Never answer the phones and when you finally get someone they are absolutely rude and 9 times out of 10 they say take your vehicle somewhere else. Not a timely mannered company and threatening not warranty a vehicle when its absolutely covered when a turbo blows within the timeframe of the warranty.
