I have bought a lot of new cars in my lifetime and have never had as good of service as Tia and the others gave me. Tia was so very helpful and easy to talk to. It was like talking to one of my sisters!! Very friendly service all the way around. We met with a handshake and said goodbye with a hug!

I met with Jim on Thursday and decided to purchase the 2024 Silverado 2500HD the same day. I went back on Friday and finalized the transaction with Roger. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the overall experience with Jim, Roger, and all the staff at the Fox Marquette Dealership.

James Grundstrom made our experience top notch. Not only did he not make us feel rushed, he was patient with our timeline and our indecision. He found multiple cars that met our specifications and gave us his valuable insight. He found a number of ways for us to save money. The finance guy was also very helpful and professional. Jim Grundstrom in sales, Travis and Bailey in service along with the entire service department - have done great helping myself and my company with both sales/service of our vehicles. Customer service at Fox Chevrolet - Marquette is top notch. Bailey and Travis in service took care of us like family when our car seemed like it was suddenly not safe to drive and we were two hours from home. Good customer service seems to be a thing of the past most places but not at Fox! The service dept is second to none. A rare gem in the Upper Peninsula! Thank you for reaffirming that quality customer service is still of utmost importantance!

Although it took awhile to get the truck I ordered I can't fault the dealership for that. Beyond that working with Jim Grundstrom was an excellent experience. He was knowledgeable, responsive, he was very patient with me and all of my questions, and he made my shopping experience fun. I came away knowing I had made the right decision for me. Fox Chevrolet had the a Tahoe Z71 in transit and it was the only one in a 200 mile radius. I did a two car trade in and my trade allowances were low based on KBB, but I got them to come up slightly. I asked for free mud flaps ($150 value), and they agreed to cover half the cost. They charged about $175 labor for a 45 minute install, which was ridiculous. So in the end I'm paying around $165. Delivery went pretty well however, the windshield hadn't been cleaned. There were still suction cup marks from the factory installation and it was so dirty and cloudy, I had a very difficult time seeing while driving home looking into the setting sun. I nearly hit someone head on turning left, because I couldn't see. The Salesman, Jim did a good job during our phone and email conversations. He suggested rust proofing and got that done for me. During the vehicle delivery, I had technical issues logging into the My Chevrolet app. Jim apparently had somewhere he needed to be and got out and went back into the dealership. So, I wasn't shown anything about the vehicle's options or functionality. I'm figuring that out as I go along. Love the Tahoe. Likely won't buy from Fox again. Their culture isn't my cup of tea.

Service was fast - I was in and out quickly. Each staff member that helped me was friendly and kind. The service department went above and beyond during my tire rotation when they found that one of my tires was fraying. They made great recommendations and came up with a cost efficient solution to keep me safe on the roads.

This visit was good. On time, timely service. Courteous helpful staff. Clean comfortable waiting room equipped with coffee water and snacks. Car was returned to us clean and in the same condition we left it.This visit was much better than when we accepted delivery. When we we picked it up we found the carpets were filthy under the floor mats. They were full of sand, fuzz and threads. It toke me 1 1/2 hours to clean them. Inside windows had not been cleaned. Outside was clean but had some spotting because it had not been wiped down after washing it. This is not what you would expect to find on car which cost almost $50,000.

We were waiting for our local dealer to get a new vehicle in but they told us it was stuck in transit and they didn't know when it would arrive, so we decided to look around. We ended up buying a used vehicle (Brian Kelly-Sales) with very low miles and a much lower price than new at Fox Marquette Chevrolet. Everyone we encountered was very pleasant to deal with and went above and beyond our expectations. I have even been back to take care of a couple of warranty issues and have had the same experience with the service department (Travis). When they knew it would take longer than expected they even loaned me a vehicle to get back home (1-1/2 hrs. away) so I didn't miss a full days work. It takes a team and you have a great team. This was my first time buying a vehicle from Fox Marquette Chevrolet and I highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent service experience, thank you Bailey Bevins and others involved in the recall retro fit installs. Fox Motors has been great.BUT, GM has really left a very, very sour taste in our mouths, as we were told by GM (My Chevy) and Fox that the 'rear park assist' and the 'heated steering wheel' options included in the purchase price would be installed mid 2nd quarter 2022, 1-1/2 months after purchase. They just became available now, 1-1/2 years after purchase. Not to mention the many calls to 'My Chevy' , the 160 mile round trip to the dealer, and the time involved. What really stinks is GM has been shipping new cars to dealers lots for 1-1/4 years with these options on some cars. So much for GM's promises.I feel very sorry for Fox Motors for the spot GM put them in. It would have been easier on me if I had not seen many later assembled cars on dealer's lots with these options. Prior purchasers sure got thrown under the bus by GM.

Bought a certified preowned 2019 traverse and brought it back the very next day after hearing a noise going over bumps. They find it s missing a bolt on the caliper. They get that fixed and I drive it off the lot and it s still making the same noise. They get it back in the shop and find nothing. Take their word for it and continue driving it. The noise starts getting worse. Try calling several times and leave voicemails and hear nothing back. I don t feel safe driving this vehicle we just bought, especially with kids. Finally get ahold of service and they can t get me in for 2 weeks. Absolutely enraged at this situation and not at all impressed.

Always easy to make an appointment that fits my schedule. Friendly staff, good mechanics. Recently had a intermittent problem with my truck, the technician was able to figure it out and we got it fixed all under warranty.
