Positive experience throughout the quoting/scheduling/install process. Jeremy was always quick to reply via email, and pleasant/knowledgeable to speak with in person. He worked with me on finding the best stereo equipment for my budget and vehicle. I'm confident that if I run into issues, or have further questions, that I will receive the same quality of service even post installation.

Went in with patience and a desire to ask questions. Got a intelligent education on the state of the industry and what my options were for my specific vehicle. Booked the soonest time possible, got a friendly phone call reminder, dropped off car, picked it up the next day, couldn't have been smoother. Car sounds great and far better than when I brought it in. Friendly at every turn, can't recommend them enough, solid work.

Just picked up my truck from an inside and outside detailing--it is superb. It wasn't super nasty, but all the crud that gets dragged in from a Marquette winter plus all the dog hair from my black lab (who is with me 24/7) does build up. Highly recommend the shop and they will be seeing me every fall and spring. I'm sure their other services are just as good--and reasonably priced.

Jeremy answered all my questions and responded promptly throughout my buying process. He did the work and finished it in a timely manner. I was impressed with his constant communication. I'll be back!

try somewhere else, same service across town $200 less and didn't require a $500 deposit to hold the time. Work here was overestimated and front desk people are rude and don't follow up. So perhaps the devil is in the details. Enjoy the day.

I called 3 times on two different days and no one answered the phone. I also left my name, number, and left a brief message about the service I was inquiring about (window tint). I never received a return call. They must have too much money.....

A couple of years ago I got a stereo and a few other toys for our trucks Jeremy was phenomenal. And after the body work is done on my truck I will be bringing it back to him for the lights and stereo in my rig.

Installation of lift kit on my 2020 ram rebel went flawless. Great team there and truck looks amazing. Would gladly do businesa with them for any of the servicea they provide.

They will not sell items over the counter. Lost all my business. Will not recommend to anyone. Guess I'll be buying online instead. Have two vehicles to equip with sound systems. Your loss Driven. What a joke.

I have to say this up front. Driven Sound & Security is the absolute best Car Audio Integrator in Marquette County! Their location is flawless, well focused and very customer oriented. I really can't say enough about Jeremy and his crew at DS&S. Please check them out yourself!
