Super fast, great service, and always friendly! Ordered tires on Monday, they called me Tuesday and said they got them in already to come on in and they'd put them on for me even though my appointment wasn't till Saturday! Even set me up with a good full size spare as one of my tires was still plenty good. In and out in 40 mins. Can't beat it! I always recommend this company.

I can t believe how incredibly nice and knowledgeable all the staff is. I just went there for my third time, this time to get my winter tires on. They charged me $0! They said it was on them . They gave me sound advice on which tires to purchase as my summer tires when I come back in the Spring. Thank you Discount Tire. I will be back! :-)

I had to wait over two hours at the store even though I had an appointment that I booked online. The whole time I was there, people were calling/walking in to ask and see if there were any appointments for the next day and they kept being told "Oh, no walk-ins are welcome! Come on in!!" well that certainly explains why I was waiting over two hours past my appointment for my car to be done. My car was back in the shop for a grand total of 25 minutes. When someone books a simple seasonal swap at 5:15 (arrives early at 5:00) and has to wait until 7:25pm for my vehicle that is excessive and you don't need to be encouraging walk-ins and not disclose the expected wait time to those people. It affects everyone else down the line who prepared for winter and booked over a month ago. I was also not the only person in the very full lobby that had to wait that long past their appointment. I was extremely disappointed. Cherry on top: I received a text at the end of my service stating: "Next Visit Tip: Buy & Book online for a 30% shorter avg wait time". - I did book online, so we see how helpful that tip is!Additionally: They broke my tire stud, told me, but stated "we don't replace studs here" you'll need to go to another shop." Well all of the other shops have quoted me over $100 to fix something that they broke. Completely unacceptable.Overall the salespeople were nice enough, but the entire experience was infuriating and the level of service was disappointing.

Don't even bother making an appointment. I scheduled a winter tire swap-out appointment online 2 weeks in advance. It said to expect a 30 minute appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, they said the were running behind and it should be about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I sat and waited. They didn't even start working on my car until 1 1/2 hours after my appointment. I waited over 2 hours before my car was finally finished. What a waste of my time. So frustrated. Won't be back here again.

I had the pleasure of working with Sammy to get new rims on Aqua Fin, my Toyota Carolla. She was incredibly knowledgeable, and when there was any kind of issue, she came out to the waiting area, talked to us, and literally RAN back into the shop to take care of things!!! Talk about a go-getter!!! She could run circles around anyone of the men in the shop!! Check it out for yourself, and be sure to ask for Sammy!!! She will take care great care of you and your vehicle!!! Great Job, Sammy!!!

Since I got the tires they kept leaking, where I would have to put air the in tires once a week. All 4 tires. Kept telling me it's the rims, tires I had one before I never had to put air in them. So took them there today they told me the same thing, so they redid the tires so hopefully they wouldn't leak. Well got there n good thing I noticed but my rim was bent, so needless to say I had to buy rims too because of it. They gave me some what of a discount but was not expecting to fork out money for rims when I just needed my tires done so 800dollars later I was not happy. Won't be getting tires from there again

I had an appt at 915. I would expect that my car would be in the shop within ten minutes. It took me complaining at 45 minutes for them to get my car in. At 10:20, my car went into the shop. I was also told that it would cost me $88 to put winter tires on from summer tires, all of which were purchased at DT. They declined to give me the military discount and a refund for their despicable service. I have purchased all my tires and services from DT since 2014.I was told the reason for their slow service was training new people. Not my problem. I have things to do and based on my previous awesome experiences, I thought I could make appointments for other things today. I ve already cancelled two appts for my car is still in the shop at 10:30.I wonder now that I complained if my car will be serviced correctly. Time will tell. This is the Marquette Mi location.I will not do business at this location ever again.

Ordered and installed tires through them which went well. Have since been back on several different occasions to repair a bead and valve stem leak with zero success. Will be taking my wheel and tire needs elsewhere.

I went originally to drop off my friends car but decided I should check on my tiers too. They filled up my tiers for me then told me one of them was flat. They fixed it up for free!! And I had my car back in a few hours from a walk in appointment. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful!!

The low tire icon on our car dash went on during our trip from Grand Rapids to Marquette. The right front tire was noticeably deflated. After a stop at a service station air machine, we finished the last 300 miles of the trip without incident. However, the tire was low again in the morning. I showed the receipt from our 2020 Discount Tire purchase in GR to Austin at the DT in Marquette. His courteous take-charge response was awesome. He gave me a wait time window that allowed me to go shopping nearby. In a call on my walk back from shopping, he said me the car was ready. The tire was fine but the valve needed to be replaced and was done so at no cost. The technician also replaced a missing valve cap on another tire. I returned to a vehicle ready to go and with another Discount Tire document to add to the glove compartment. It s a guarantee of a trustworthy warranty and professional service. Why would you go anywhere else for tires?

Very slowEven if you are on time for your appointment, expect 30+ minutes before they start working on your car. Work to plug a tire took over an hour.Front staff is trying to do well but whatever computer work they have to do takes a lot of time before they announce how long you have to wait.

Jeremy was very knowledgeable and communicative about the entire process. He was very on top of things, and willing to answer any questions that I had. The service was quick and efficient.The only note I would make is that at the time of my service, the younger staff didn t know how to drive a stick shift so I had to pull my car into the bay, which wasn t an issue at all, but just as a general note for y all to know (:No complaints here, will definitely be coming back when I need tires service.

Discount Tire is just the best. We have been customers of the company in several states, and when we needed new tires for our vehicle, the Marquette location took great care of us.

Friendly, courteous, kind, patient, efficient. These words represent the workers and the service I received and you will receive from Discount Tire. Half the time I get service with no charge, as was the case today. Of all the adjectives listed you may be wondering how 'parient' applies. As I waited for my vehicle to be serviced I listened to other customers as they interacted with the front of the house staff. Sometimes the customers would go off on tangents but the employees never rushed them and based on their responses were listening attentively. Discount Tire is definitely all about doing great work, efficiently, and exemplary customer service.

I called Discount Tire and Samantha P helped me over the phone. I needed a specialty tire. She ordered the tire on Tuesday and said it'd be in Friday. It arrived a day early. Samantha called to tell me it was in and that I could come down any time before 6 and they'd put it on. I went right in. Samantha took care of me immediately and even though they were busy she promised she'd hurry and have the tire mounted in approx. 45 minutes. It only took her 34. She and Jeremy were helping me out and they were both extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a more satisfying experience or better customer service. Everything was exceptional from start to finish.

During a road trip, my tire pressure light went on so I stopped at the Toyota dealer who told me there was a puncture near the sidewall that couldn't be fixed so they sent me to a tire place to replace the tire. I chose Discount Tires because my husband is a loyal customer.I was offered options for purchasing and I chose tires that could arrive at the store the next day and paid for them. They offered to put on the spare so I wouldn't be without my car. After helping to unload the back of my car, filled with camping gear, they took off the tire to verify the puncture. Turns out the tire could be repaired so they did the repair, refunded my money for the new tires and put everything back in place, even checking my other tires to make sure they were set and did it all free of charge with a smile. I couldn't be happier with the service and kindness I received. I will be back to Discount Tires for my next tires, and would return to this store if it wasn't two states away.

Stopped by to get a slow leak tire repaired. I did not have an appointment. They got it done in about and hour. They did not try to sell me tires or push any other services. I really appreciated that. We will be back when it is time to buy tires.

My bf called to see if this store could get 4 new tires in for my brand new Buick, the girl he spoke with was Samantha, she called around to multiple different stores to get all 4 tires here for us. They got us in Saturday morning at 10am for install, she took photos of our vehicle prior to installing, we waited 45minutes, she came out explained everything to us, we then went to our vehicle in their garage there was someone on both sides of the vehicle to open our doors for us, she backed us out and sent us on our way. The whole experience from start to end was fantastic! Samantha was awesome and I highly recommend going there for any of your tire needs. She was absolutely wonderful!

Quick and somewhat easy website to get started, then a very swift trip there to get your tires. Nice place to sit and chill while you wait. Never takes all that long. Bring your Switch and play some ToTK, maybe Sea of Stars, idk.

These guys are so friendly and exude happiness and compassion when talking with customers.I sat in the waiting room for about an hour and observed many interactions both in person and on the phone.Wonderful place and always willing to go the extra mile.Thanks so much!!

These guys rock! If you have the slightest idea of what you want done, Jeremy and Joseph are your guys. They take the time to help you out and make sure you're happy with your decision. They got me in in a timely manner and made my build complete with an awesome outcome and experience the whole way through. Couldn't be happier.

I'm a big fan of Discount Tires anyway, but I had a great experience at the Marquette store today. Grateful to Austin for inspecting my son's tires and patiently explaining to him what he was looking at and what will be needed to keep him safe.

Currently sitting in the waiting area. These people are amazing. They are courteous, knowledgeable and patient. Austin has a great customer service personality and made me feel like my business mattered.There were some communication difficulties with a customer that had hearing problems and they went out of their way to serve him with respect and kindness. I will be a lifetime customer.

Excellent!! The Saturday crew on April 29,2023 couldn t be better. They changed tires on our 5th wheel camper and side x side in the rain with a awesome attitude, always friendly and smiling. I advise everyone to go to Marquette Discount Tire.

Needed a new tire since getting a rather large hole in mine. Joseph was incredibly helpful, informative and friendly. He was able to recommend affordable and appropriate tires to get us on our way. Other shops were quoting us minimum of 2 days and up to 2 weeks before they could provide service but Joseph assured us that we would be on the road in an hour. 30 min later we are pulling out and on our way. Greatly impressed with the entire experience.
