Brian H was extremely helpful. We were traveling and found out our highlight was out. He quickly located the light, installed it and helped us get on our way. Lifesaver!

I called in advance to see if they carried a trailer hitch tightener. They did, so I went in to buy one and they had already pulled it off the shelf for me and Wade (I believe was his name) even offered to come out and install it for me! Which was greatly appreciated because we would have needed to find installation directions and did not have the ideal tools for the job. Thank you for the amazing customer service!!!

Had a flat with on of Michigan techs vans and the store team members went above and beyond to help us find where the tire was leaking and then walked us through how to patch it

Karl and his team are sincerely the most helpful people I've ever come across in any auto parts store. They give helpful advice, have excellent service and always help me get whatever crazy stuff I have going on fixed! If they don't have the exact part I need they know know what part will get me rolling again and will even order me the proper part for later. Don't mess around, just go see them and get going again.

We had battery problems and stopped in for a battery check. We were assisted promptly, the staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Friendly and pleasant. Definitely recommend AutoZone.

My daughter and I were visiting in the upper peninsula when my air conditioning went out we stopped at Auto zone and one of the workers by the name of Karl was so helpful he showed us what could possibly be wrong we purchased the product he went outside with me and showed me how to administer the cooling system worked right away we are happy as can be super great store super great service

Wade was so helpful! I came in with a hole in my tire hoping to find something to patch it, the team there let me know that is was not something I would be able to repair and asked if I knew how to change a tire which I did not. Wade came across the highway to help me change my tire with his own tools. Not only was he incredibly helpful, he was humble too. He told me about his time as a firefighter and as a first responder- truly a man that every community needs and AutoZone is lucky to have such a good person on staff.

I asked for help finding a product with specific sizes to my vehicle; but the computer gave us the wrong info. The staff quickly corrected the mistake and ensured I found what I needed for the right price.

A young man named Mitchell helped. He jumped right in to see what it was that I needed and had things taken care of before I knew it. I always have found very courteous and helpful staff there.

My husband & I have been long term patrons of Autozone for several reasons; this is one of them. I recently purchased a "higher-end" windshield wiper from them that had given me some problems; I contacted Autozone about this situation yesterday (2/24/23) & had the employee, BRIAN, go out of his way to understand & try to correct the problem. Unfortunately, I ran into some more difficulties today that caused issue with the same wiper, so I contacted the store again. I spoke with a very pleasant, helpful employee named ABBY who, after explaining the situation & that I'd be at the store shortly, assured me it'd be figured out. I met with both ABBY and another employee, CARL, and between both of their efforts, the problem was solved. The (3) of the aforementioned employees went above & beyond what was necessary to make sure I received quality service. Thank you!!

Ben Hewett (I believe that is his name), one of the store managers, took great care of my daughter s car. After confirming that her battery, which was under warranty, wasn t holding a charge, he issued her a new battery and quickly changed it out for her. Thank you!

While headed to Houghton this weekend our wiper blades decided it was a good time to start shredding. Oh no, Saturday night, who the heck is open at 6:30? Well, these guys are! Thank goodness! Walked in and was immediately greeted by a smiling friendly employee named Alec. He got our new blades, put on his coat and came out in the nasty cold to put them on! He wasn't concerned with the cold, the sloppy snow or the nasty road sludge getting on him from our van. Just leaned in and got the job done. What wonderful service!! We were in, out and back on the road in minutes!! It's very rare these days to find such wonderful service.... the wiper blades are great, but more impressed with the friendly knowledgeable help we got from Alec.

I have been buying my auto parts from Auto Zone since they opened. I love their service! Last night my several months old wiper blade fell off in the freezing cold. I tried to get it back on but couldn't figure it out. (I am 69 hahah!). So I went back to Auto Zone because that is where I bought them. The very sweet and kind young lady, Sam, came outside and installed it correctly! The other one was on wrong so she fixed that too! Thank you Auto Zone, and especially Sam, for getting me back on the road safely!

Amazing team great selection of parts. Recommend this store for your parts these guys at Marquette know how to treat there customers with respect and help get you the right parts. Thank you Marquette store for helping me out get ball joints when no other parts store could.

Our truck had a problem and was diagnosed quickly, but unfortunately it wasn't an easy fix. It was Friday afternoon and they called all over the place to get us help ... Unfortunately there was nothing available until Monday morning.... As we waited for a tow truck, a guy came up and asked if we needed help.... He was waiting for parts from AutoZone, and saw our luggage on the sidewalk. He and his friend were able to find out what was wrong, and although AutoZone didn't have the part in stock, they called around and found one for us. Then the loaned tools to fix it and jumped the battery to start it! Unbelievable help from Wade, and the other workers, And such wonderful guys who fixed the truck. They saved us so much money and grief! Thank YOU!

I had just gotten pulled over for a burnt out headlight right next to autozone and I told the cop I would get it fixed right now if he let me off with a warning. Luckily he did and Karl found the correct bulb for me(I picked out the wrong one) and he even installed it for me! I was in and out and on my way home in about 10 minutes. Excellent service

Brian was very helpful today. Came in with a check engine light on my Grand Cherokee. He checked the code, explained what it meant, and gave me a printout. Five stars !

Excellent knowledge within the staff. Store is always kept clean and anyone there is willing to help. The manager is great as well and treats both his staff and customers great as far as Ive seen.

This is a great store. Sherri replaced my windshield wipers in two seconds flat, and was so friendly and knowledgeable. I called two other stores in town, and could not even get through (waited for over 3 minutes each time). I would highly recommend.

Staff VERY helpful. Carl came out and installed our headlight, we were on the road in 10 minutes. He acted like it was no trouble at all. Would have been a challenge for us with decreased vision. Would highly recommend.

This is a great Auto Zone store. I worked with a young lady by the name of Madison, who was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I needed assistance with the use of an ODB Scanner. I had seen them used but had never had to use one. She provided me with excellent instructions on the entire process and saved me some $$$ by helping me to get this done.

Wayde provided amazing customer service! Came there for a battery replacement and he happily went out in the rain, replaced it and even replaced the terminals that were corroded. I will recommend!

Visiting Marquette for a long weekend, two days into our vacation the engine light comes on in our truck. We stop by the AutoZone (in a small panic, as we are 6.5hrs from home). They kindly run a diagnostic test & assure us it's nothing major. The knowledgeable folks at AutoZone explain what the problem is with a sensor. Very appreciative for the immediate answers they provided us in under 10mins versus going to a dealership & losing 2-3hrs waiting for a tech to get our truck in to get it looked at.Thank You AutoZone!!!!The Peterson's

The store manager tried for 20 minutes to help me with a specialty part, then gave me step by step instructions if what I needed and needed to do. Really helpful. I shook that man's had and told him it meant alot!

Keith was a lifesaver! Aunt s battery on her car died after going through the car wash and he changed it for her! Amazing customer service to say the least! Very nice, polite, and knew what he is doing! Greatly appreciate and we will both be repeat customers in the future!

When the battery in our Jeep Cherokee needed replacing before we drove 600 miles home from vacation not only was AutoZone the only parts store in the vicinity with the correct battery in stock, but Karl installed the battery for us in less than 10 minutes. It might seem like a little thing but it gave us a great deal of peace of mind before we got on the road. Greatly appreciated!
