I ve been working with Mike Hall at Dave Hall Chevrolet for 35 + years. He has always taken care of me and my family. He and his team are professionals. It may be a bit of a drive out to his dealership if you re in the Flint and Detroit area but it is well worth it. I highly recommend this dealership.

Braydon Kinney made buying my brand new car the EASIEST process i have ever had buying a car. Even delivering to my work because my busy schedule made it difficult to drive to saginaw from Jackson. I would absolutely recommend buying from Braydon at your dealership

Terrible experience, drove 9hrs (8/16/19)to buy a used classic car that was in a state of daily driver quality decay, never even tried to make things right, before I left. The 1989 Pontiac Turbo Trans Am 20th anniversary edition which appears to have more than 23,000 miles on it. Lots of rust, missing bent, crack or distorted trim. The car is basically undrivable, can't build turbo boost do to undiagnosed engine problems(Ford fuel injectors). Ronald Ouvry, really made this an unforgettable trip from Saint Louis to Marlette, Michigan.....DO NOT BUY THE CAR AT FULL PRICE, IT NEEDS $5K TO $6K IN RESTORATION WORK....

The overall expreienc was perfect. After getting the vehicle home i did have an issue with how a decal was installed on my vehicle which was kind of a let down. Other that that the experience was amazing.

Everyone we encountered was so nice, on the spot and answered all questions. The dealership is very clean and organized; our car purchase went so smooth and quick and the communication with Chance was outstanding, definitely would do business again!!

Steve Hutchinson went out of his way to find me the exact vehicle I wanted and also the timeframe that would work for me. The paperwork was all ready for me to sign, it was the best experience I had in purchasing a vehicle at a dealership. I would not hesitate to come back or refer McDonald's Chevrolet to everyone I know.

I m not sure why no one at this location can seem to get the online scheduling of appointments figured out. I scheduled an appointment online, but never got a confirmation. I called to verify, and was told they can t see the appointments . Same thing happened 6 months ago. I asked for an oil change, tire rotation and new wiper blades. When I arrived , i was asked if I just needed an oil change. I said No. I also need new wiper blades and a tire rotation. The new blades were not put on my car. Why have the option to schedule online appointments and add comments on the website, if it s not actually an option?

Steve was amazing. We waited over a year to get a truck from another dealer. We called mcdonalds and within in a week or so he had us in a new truck. We love it!! Thanks so much for everything!!

I understand I was only in for an oil change. But I believe the technicians should respect other peoples property. I had mud all on the inside of the floor mats. They even stood on my assist steps where there is no cover. Just rude!

Steve Really listens to his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure that they are happy and that their questions are answered. I most appreciate his attention to detail. When you go to pick up your new car everything is in order and the process is easy and understandable.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Greg is a fantastic salesman who provided me with a no-pressure experience along with all the possible payment options clearly explained for full transparency. Most importantly, as I was coming from an hour and a half away to look at a particular vehicle, he was able to ensure that the vehicle would still be available when I arrived, something that a dealership only thirty minutes away from me failed to do.In summary, I highly recommend going to this dealership and asking for Greg.

A few years ago I had dealt with this dealership new car sales and had a bad experience, where I felt quite cheated. Fast forward to the past few months and we have had dealing with the service department twice now. Once with my son s Malibu and then again today with our volt. Very professional and friendly. They took great care of us each time and were outstanding to work with. They do wonderful work and were quick to get us in and back on the road both times.
