We shopped around and ended up choosing Marlette RV, Chris Kopacz was extremely helpful with absolutely no high pressure. They were very thorough explaining and showing us all the features. The price was extremely competitive. I would recommend this dealer and would definitely visit again for any future needs. Thanks Chris and Marlette RV !!

Wanted a specific floor plan so had to drive a bit to come to Marlette RV, but Chris made it worth the drive! After a bad experience with my Dad buying his from a large national dealer, Marlette RV was a 100% totally different experience! No pressure and no last minute fees! Got a great price on my RV and my trade in. Would 100% recommend buying your next RV at Marlette RV!

I needed a circuit board for my refrigerator they had one in stock .Fast friendly service.Did cost double but i got it for my camping trip leaving next morning.

They didn't have to service our camper but did and they were great. Found issues we didn't notice, fixed them, and priced reasonable. They even washed our fifth wheel for us. Would definitely recommend them.

What a great experience! Chris was our salesman and he was wonderful. Walked in to let them know we were looking to buy a trailer and we re told that we can wander around and look at any of the campers. He gave us a run down of the layout and that was it. We were able to freely look at the campers and narrow down the ones we liked without a sales pitch. We came back and found Chris, did a walk through of the campers we liked and got prices from him then he left to let us decide. No pressure at all. 10/10 experience. And we got a BEAUTIFUL camper!

We had an issue in our front pass through storage compartment of our 2019 Keystone High Country where 281TH water had leaked in from somewhere and weakened the wood under the linoleum. We had a 3 year structural warranty from Keystone so we took our camper to Marlette RV at the end of 2022. They were able to take some pictures and submitted a claim to Keystone for warranty repair under the structural warranty that was getting ready to expire in February 2023. Keystone rejected the claim. I spoke to Melonie in service and asked what else we could do because I still felt that the damage was due to an issue when they made the camper. She suggested that I leave the camper and that they will dig a bit deeper to see if they can find where the water was coming in. I received a call from Melonie saying that after dug a bit deeper and found the issue. The water was running down the arm from the awning which was right above the opening and it was leaking into the compartment because they didn t seal it correctly when they manufactured it so they said that they would pay for the repairs under the structural warranty. I was so happy that Melonie suggested for me to leave it there and let them look a little further to see if that could get Keystone to warranty it. I have had to take my camper there for a couple of smaller issues but this time they really stepped up and helped me save some serious cash that I would have had to pay if they wouldn t of taken the time to listen and really care about my situation!!! Thank you for all your help and support!!!

100% do not recommend service here. I dropped my camper off to get ready for summer this year and they kept pushing it off till the last min... completely filled my grey tank and water was backing up in my shower along with a water leak that I took it in last year to be fixed in the shower. Emptied over 70 gallon of grey water and I only showered 2 times since I parked it. They apologized and said it was a mistake and must have forgotten it... not harmful at all. Yet I can garentee if it caused water damage they wouldn't be held responsible for that either. Find somewhere else to go!

We purchased our RV from Marlette hoping for a "small town" customer experience and we are so pleased. As others have said, the buying experience was very straightforward (even during Covid) and the service department is just fantastic,working well with Keystone to resolve small warranty issues. We highly recommend!!

Rude. Stopped in to look at an RV we saw on line. Drove quite a ways.Salesperson was less then enthusiastic. Sort-of like we were bothering him. Never been there before never going back.

I can't say enough about my great experience with Marlette RV. I had been looking for a specific 5th wheel and narrowed it down to "the one" and they had it. From the moment I spoke with their sales rep, Chris Kopacz, I felt like I was at the right place. He was informative and very easy to work with. I felt like I got a great deal on my trade-in as well as a great deal on my new 5th wheel. I have worked with 2 other RV dealers in the past and this was nothing like the way the others operated. No high pressure sales and no misdirection to add-ons that you don't need. I have to say that even though we had to travel a few hours out of our area to deal with Marlette RV, I would do it again for sure. Thanks again Chris we appreciated the whole experience. Thank the Techs as well, they did a great job explaining the operations and getting our new RV ready as well. All in all, a fantastic experience.

Purchased a new Avalanche 5th wheel this spring. Chris was awesome zero surprises the price with tax was it! No nonsense like the bigger stores. Taking in for service tomorrow and I anticipate the same level of customer service from them.

Not an awful buying experience... but service experience was awful!!! Had my camper since October. Repairs were finally done in the spring... when I went to get my camper after repairs had been done, my battery was missing!! Cheryl is possibly THE rudest person I ve met in my entire life. She tried to blame me for my battery being missing. Even though someone had obviously locked up the housing and strap in the locked cubby. Just a terrible experience with a terrible staff member. Sad that something so simple turned into such a big mess. And how one bad egg can ruin it for the rest. A formal complaint had been filed with Forest River s customer relations department. Enough said.

There was nothing lacking about Marlette RV except the man who runs it. We arrived and no other customers were there. He showed us a couple of trailers and when it was clear we weren't going to buy one, he brushed us off saying he had customers in the next trailer. We walked back to the building to leave but decided we wanted to see two larger trailers parked near the building. The woman inside was gracious and showed us the trailers which helped us in our decision we would be making. However, at the second trailer, the man came out of the building and told her he'd take over so she went inside. He promptly told us he didn't want to rush us but he had other customers waiting. WHAT????? She was doing a great job and TWICE, he brushed us off telling us he had other customers. Well, guess what Mr., you won't have to worry about us taking up any of your time EVER again!!! We hadn't been there before but since it was a bit closer to us, we thought we'd see what they had. What they had was an ignorant salesman who had no clue about sales manners!! See ya!!! We're buying from another dealer!!!

Polite, professional, and knowledgeable sales team that got me and my family into the perfect until for the right price. I refered a number of friends and family and they are all now happy loyal customers. The service department is also exceptional for the couple warranty items and winterizations we had done.

Horrible customer service in the service department, THE SERVICE MANAGER IS THE RUDEST MOST CONDESCENDING person I ve ever dealt with. Literally refuse to do anything to help a customer out, even lied about washing our camper for us after leaving it out in a field covered in cut grass for over a month after they lost our paperwork. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAMPER HERE FOR ANYTHING NO MATTER WHAT!!! SERIOUSLY THIS IS A WARNING. They will screw you over and then charge you for things that should be covered under warranty and then laugh at you for showing even the slightest bit of annoyance at the situation. Absolutely the worst customer service I ve encountered in my entire life.

Came here for assistance only to get Attitude! The guy working the parts has "No Clue" what Customer Service is. Expects you to accept what he tells you no matter what. Asked for his name to say "Thank you" only to be told ' its my name, personal and not giving it out! WOW! What kind of Customer Service is that. When I told him thats not good customer service he was not happy. He has none, will make a point not to come back to this location sorry

Terrible service experience. They had our 5th wheel for 4 months, did not even begin the repairs for the first 3 months. They never returned phone calls and everytime I did speak with someone in the service department it was someone new, people kept quitting and no one knew what was going on, When we FINALLY did get our 5th wheel back they did not even replace the decals where they repaired the damage and the color did not match the rest of the camper. When asked about this they told us they do not do fiberglass work! Are you kidding how do you repair RV's without being able to repair fiberglass! Worst service department we have ever seen.

Worst service for a camper ever! Our camper was there over four months for an awning and siding repair. They lied about ordering parts. Parts were never ordered until after 2 month of sitting in their parking lot, I found this out by contacting the manufarturer myself directly. When the parts finally were ordered and did arrive at repair shop, they contaced me saying they ordered the wrong parts and I had to wait even longer. All the while our insurance checks for the repairs had been cashed by this place and we lost half of our camping season! We will never ever go there again! Stay away from this place!

Worst experience ever!!! Have had camper for almost 3years been in service more than in our driveway! Left for service never weatherized it even though we called several time to make sure it was done...Spring came pipes broken everywhere!!! Getting a lawyer!! Now it's been bac to Keystone there worse than them!!!! Replaced floor etc.....Now more issues!!!!!! We are done !! Lawyer time!!! Never offered to make it right...Its been a complete nightmare!!!!Camper in shop again now seasons comin up who know when we will get it bac !!! Don't want it!!!!!Never be the same camper!! Makin payments on something we've haven't had!! I hope no one else has to live though this!!!!

My wife and I visited Marlette RV several times in the past and used their service department twice, to repair my mothers RV. We received excellent service. We also purchased a new Cougar on August 1, 2013. Anthony was very knowledgable of the products and answered all of our questions. He was not pushy and provided the opportunity for my wife and I to discuss the potential purchase in private. Elaine and I would highly recommend Marlette RV.

I stopped in to look at your RV'S . I looked through all of them and no one even came out to help us . I think that is quite rude in my opinion. I shouldn't have to go in and get them . When i have stopped in before they have came out on their own!! They seen me pull in and walk around and they had two sitting in front of their windows. So i know they seen me .

Service dept seemed like they did not want to be bothered with installing my 5th wheel hitch in my pick-up. McDowell RV in Deerfield, MI was more than happy to do it. Thanks McDowell!!
