Tom and Chris were very friendly and helpful. We purchased a used vehicle from them and Tom was very accommodating and diligent. There were a few minor issues with the vehicle that they kept their word and fixed free of charge. They did the work to find best rate for financing and answered any questions we had honestly and thoroughly. They kept us updated during the whole process and gave us a fair deal on our trade in. I will definitely refer friends and family to this dealership for future purchases. Thank-you guys! Loving our new/used Mini!!!!

Kayla and the team took exceptional care of my wife and I. I ve never experienced such a great sales experience! No pressure and located our desired vehicle quickly. Kayla even spent extra time to make sure my wife understood all the features of her new vehicle. Just great people to deal with. I d give 10 stars if google would let me!

My mom bought a Jeep from here and it was perfect. We got to hang out with the salesmen Tyler. He has to be the nicest guy ever. She is so happy with her purchase and we are so happy she got such a reliable SUV for a great price. If you ever need a vehicle please go there. Everyone is so helpful and friendly.

This dealership went above and beyond. All the other dealers I stopped at actually didn't care to get and keep a customer. Anthony found the model we wanted. Everyone at this dealership was awesome to deal with and talk to. We will definitely be return customers. This dealership has great people that want to get you into the vehicle you want. Not a vehicle you will settle for.

While searching for a use car we found a very nice Traverse here. The service here at Marlette Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram have always been great. We have bought several vehicles here and the service is great. I would fully recommend this dealership for your next vehicle purchase. John the Service Manager is awesome to work with. Anthony dug right in and found a Gladiator with the options and color we wanted. We were at the dealership 2 times, one time to test drive a Gladiator and discuss our wants. The second time was to pickup our Gladiator. Anthony is a knowledgeable Jeep salesman.

Bought a 2018 Chevy Malibu, drove it for 2 weeks and now it will not run. They don't inspect any of their used cars. They don't even change the oil, which is usually a given. Would not recommend this place.

This was the best experience I've had with a dealership. They had the right year, make, model and with low miles. The price was unbelievable compared to the other dealerships and private owners. I actually called because I thought it was a miss print. Let s just say I got a whole lot of car at the lowest price in the state! Dennis you re a good man!! Professional, friendly, courteous and without the annoying pressure tactics like most dealerships. He went above and beyond for me even a couple of months after I bought my car! I will definitely be a return customer. And Dennis Thank you again!

I saw a Facebook post by the dealership advertising a new Ram 1500 lease at an incredible price. I called them thinking the deal was too good to be true, but I received the exact payment for the exact truck they posted pictures of. My sales person was Marla Hunrath. She was amazing to work with, and made the car buying experience my most enjoyable one yet. Everybody that I met was incredibly personable and transparent with everything. No games! I appreciate that very much, and will be back there to work with Marla in the future.

PLEASE READ So this was my first car buying experience by myself at a dealership. I go in at around 5:15 they close at 6 and they re rushing me to sign the papers before I even see the truck or ask questions but because I had bad credit and because they re a Chrysler dealership I signed the papers and trusted the branding. I didn t check the suspension because it only had 85k miles well I needed thousands of dollars in the suspension one of the sway bars was completely rusted out and ripped in half and also brake work after buying the vehicle. The oil was the nastiest me or my buddy ever seen the air filter is going bad I didn t expect a dealership to be so unprofessional I didn t even check such minor things it was like they bought it and threw it on the lot. They also conned me into giving them an additional $2500 for a warranty I never received. I paid 23.5 with all the lying and my fake warranty I paid for and still couldn t change the oil!?? Not to mention parts like doors, door handles etc are falling apart at 86k miles? Pretty sure they took parts off it and gave me old ones. I mean honestly those people don t care about you at all completely lied and spun the truth and got as much out of a young guy as they could. I promise you they don t care about you making it as a person at all as long as they fill their pockets. Horrible business and unprofessional as it gets. Not only that the employees were drinking beer in the parking lot the day I was there and they closed. Need better employees. With the workers they have in there the owner must not care about quality or satisfaction just greed. Find another dealership for your own good

After speaking with a salesman on just getting approved on a very similar truck and price at another dealership even giving him my exact credit score that I just received... salesman stated he could do better than that on rates and has options for my score. Well after sending out my score to multiple lenders he shoots me a payment $200 more than I had just told him that I could get on my previous dealership... and never heard from him again after telling him that was way to much. Guess I should have known better with a 3.8 rating

DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. When I bought a used truck from this dealership there were about 5 or 6 items on the vehicle that I wanted fixed. I asked the dealership if they would fix them and they said absolutely. We can take care of that . That led me to believe that they were going to fix those items. They held the vehicle for a week while they presumably fixed up the truck. When the truck was delivered, 3 out of the 6 items they promised to fix were done and the car wasn t detailed (they sent me a check in the mail to get it detailed). I m not mad because they didn t fix those things. I m mad because they gave me their word that they d fix those items and then led me to believe they had fixed them all the way up to me signing the paper work. I wouldn t have been upset if they had just told me they couldn t do it. I tried calling the used sales manager, Jim, and left multiple voicemails and now I m being ghosted. Its my fault for trusting them as much as I did. The one redeeming feature this dealership has is their salesperson, Jess. She went above and beyond to do everything she could for me.

Not pleased. We purchased an Enclave here the end of August. When we test drove it, it was filthy. They said it would be detailed upon purchase/pickup, it wasn't. We have pictures of when we picked it up. We detailed it by hand ourselves after getting it home. Tires were low and they put air in them when we picked it up. Only to later find out that 2 tires had rim leaks. The center stereo/navigation/backup camera unit has had an issue since the first week. We reported the problems immediately. They said they would take care of us and take care of the tires as well as the center unit. They didn't. They refused to let us have our normal place look at it and would only allow us to go to Muffler Man in Burton who was a joke.Now that we are searching for another vehicle, for my husband. It is a shame to say we will not be getting one from this dealership.

What an absolute horrible dealership! Will never go back and will never get tell anyone to go there! Told me I needed 2000$ dollars worth of work so because I got a second opinion they wouldn t even return my calls and after Jon the mechanic says he can rebuild the top half of engine in a day blindfolded, they then tell me they will not do the work only after I called numerous times .. what a joke this dealership is. Never ever go there!

Fast to take my 40k for a truck, but refuse to answer emails and send paperwork, that was missed on their end. Make sure you have them clean your vehicle before the inspection and don't let them rush you, because the salesman has to leave early. My trucks paint is horrible and I've found duct tape holding miscellaneous parts to the truck. Had to have sales go back and rewrite the paperwork twice because they kept "accidentally" putting the wrong price in. As others have said...my truck is a Canadian import, and they decided not to share this to me. I'm sure I could have done my homework better, but that's why I buy from dealerships and not privately. Great internet sale, delivered the vehicle to me in Northern Michigan, very smooth. 1000 miles in I begin having shift and drivability issues. Call the dealer they were nice said get it into a dealer up here and let them know what was going on. I was told the vehicle had been fully serviced and 168 point (est) inspection done. Well it took me a month to get into a dealer up here for service and $3600 later and three weeks without my work truck I m back on the road! Multiple calls to the dealership always that person is not available leave a voicemail no call back! If your going to be here take it to your mechanic first!

Called the sales person on Thursday asked if would be a problem to trade in my Ford lease car . I also asked if the car was clean and had no damage. He said that it wouldn't be a problem and called back that the vehicle was like new. So we drove an hour to look at the vehicle I was interested in. After test drive and negotiating we decided to purchase the vehicle. Sales person asked if it would be possible to get the financing taken care of on Friday and that they would deliver the vehicle and take possession of my current vehicle. Sounded great to me. Friday around noon I received a call from the sales person with the loan information. At that point he had stated that he was having trouble getting someone at Ford to assist him with the purchase of my lease. He said would it not be a problem if we waited until Monday " it won't be month end so we should have no problem getting the trade taken care of". I explained that I could get the Ford dealership to help if needed. He seemed to not want to get charged from the dealership to do the paperwork.At around 5:00 I received a phone call from the sales person stating the sales manager said that it was taking to long and they sold the vehicle to someone else. Sorry. This was the most shady thing I have ever experienced. I am not even sure this is even legal. They ran my credit and everything was fine. They found us a loan and we thought we just needed to deliver and sign. I am still dumbfounded. I am glad I didn't waste my money here. SHADY MO-FOES!

I picked up A used truck here a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier. The salesman Dan Jones was very helpful and was able to get me in the truck that I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the deal we made, right down to the wheels and tires. I must say, its nice to deal with a local guy that has ties to the community and wants to see his customers happy. Also, Markael Matterson the Finance Manager was extremely knowledgeable and went over all my options for financing and warranty. Both guys made my wife and I feel right at home with genuine personalities and great hospitality. I must be honest by saying normally I'm not very easy to make happy when buying a vehicle as I am very picky and skeptical of most people. These guys knocked it out of the park though, and we will be repeat customers. Five stars all the way.

Drove an hour to go there. Traded in my SUV on a smaller one. With all the talking with the salesman, owner & signing of papers I didn't realize I was only given one key, a valet key. Called back the next day asking for the second key that I have always gotten with every other car I've purchased. Never could get anyone to return my calls. They knew how much a second key cost, $530!! I found out because I lost the only one I had. You would think that repeat business would matter to them. Apparently not, as I won't ever be back. Happy to take your money but not cooperative if there is a glitch.

I bought a used Ford Flex from Jonathan. He was very helpful and very accommodating. Shortly after I had the vehicle I started noticing a very strong fuel smell in the cabin, which was not noticeable before. I took it to a mechanic who determined that the leak was at the top of the fuel tank. I went back into the dealership with a slight attitude and was expecting a hassle. I explained the problem and how unhappy I was. Wayne said to me we will take care of it. And that is exactly what they did. Being a small business owner in the same town I truly appreciate the customer service they provided and I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
