Russell came right out to my house very quickly. He backed up, hit my car with the loading arm and put a couple dents and scraped off the paint on my bumper. He didn't apologize, so when I called the office to let them know what happened. He told me he would not be making this right with me, I should expect this sort of thing when getting towed and we have no fault insurance. Justine, with customer service was wonderful to work with though. I will not use this company for a tow again, I strongly advise you not to either. I would love to give them 0 stars.

I took our truck to Kraft after a deer collision. They did a repair on the same truck years ago and did a great job. This time not so much. When I first picked the truck up it looked good. The next day I noticed missing bolts in fender, paint run in fender and grease prints all over interior parts. I called Greg and expressed my concerns. He told me to bring truck back and they would make things right. Keep in mind this is being paid by insurance. They did fix paint and some of the missing bolts. The headline they are blaming on a defective part but you can clearly see the greasy finger prints. They never attempted to clean deer poop or the dirty or bondo dust. They told me to get back with them about headliner. My calls are not being returned. I will take some of the blame on this as I insisted they worked on my truck in the past and did a good job. But this time it was like dealing with Earl Shieb. They had a chance to make things right and chose not to.

Great people, great prices, fast service and I love walking into their building as it like walking into a museum with as many antique cars and other items that are there.
