Called about getting some breaks for our van. The lady my mother spoke to was actually very rude, from the get go. Other than that the price was right. I would pay more for better customer service though! I would be a repeat customer for somewhere that has great customer service rather than somewhere that is cheaper, just FYI. Word of mouth is better advertisement than anything you will ever pay for!

The last time I went they were nice and helpful. But that is hit and miss. I've been in there where they totally ignored me and I walked out.
