If I could give no stars I would.. Horrible place to work. Always Document any concerns and make sure you contact the labor board immediately. You will know what I mean if you ever work there. Please consider yourself as more worthy than this place.

If you work 2nd shift your not allowed to use the bathroom if you try media our new second shift supervisor will yell at you and tell you your not allowed to use the restroom unless it s brake time. I told her it s an emergency I can t hold it She told me, "I don t care you re not allowed to leave your station". This is not right!

Poor place to work. Oil constantly leaking from machines onto floor. Unsafe working conditions. Dangerous forklift operators. Reckless management. Poor quality. Poor communication when it came to needing a personal day or family emergency day off. Wouldn t recommend working for this S#it company

Ok Truckers, this place is open 24hr, Got here 2am got dock right away, got out in 1hour, friendly receiving, you got truckstop1 mile Hilltop fuels, restaurant Coney Diner, friendly clean and fair priced, recommend the steak omelet is wonderful.

I worked there for 2 months they have all the rejects work there and when they have a good worker they fire them. Hr is a joke and picks and chooses with people such as someone who works there physically touched another employee and still has a job there, I threatened another employee outside of work and I got fired. Absolute joke of a work place. I do not recommend trying to work here.

At first, I wasn't sure if I could do what the other employees were doing. But, with the right training, I have to say that I love working there. Still learning everyday.

Terrible place to work. Btw if you had food in the fridge there today they just literally took everyone's stuff and trashed it. Heads up.

The worst production factory I've EVER worked at in my entire life. Poor Supervisors, Line-leaders, and management. An absolutely rotten to the core place to work! (I would give it less than a 1* if that was an option here. I forgot to mention that even though Grupo claims "High Wages" on their sign posted on the side of a truck in Marlette, because they have such a hard time hiring enough people because of the huge turnover. MANY other factories in Sanilac, Tuscola, Huron county etc... have higher wages than Grupo. The production factory I work at in Sanilac county pays over $3.00 an hour more than Grupo, and many of the other factories in the area have better wages (Not to mention much better working conditions, supervisors, management & so on.

I haven t got paid for when I worked called up there numerous times no one answers still haven t got my money the line leaders are lazy sit and talk the entire time while you struggle especially when your training they leave you by yourself I would not recommend working for them

I keep seeing this place listed as a auto parts store. It's actually a factory. Its tour normal run of the mill place, they make headliners. They have had some very serious turnover problems there. Like 70% in a year. But they have upped the payso it's fairly decent for the area. They also have good medical benefits and match your 401k. They also have a small profit sharing program.

Do not waste your time trying to get a job at this company. They hire through a temp service which that in itself tells you it is not a great place to work OR management is LAZY OR BOTH!First you are in a hot box, you are working with fiberglass and a glue, that if it leaks, can and most likely will, kill you. No masks are worn. Almost the entire third shift is wondering about the shop in WORK AREAS AND WORKING WITHOUT THEIR SAFETY GLASSES ON. They cannot hit their production numbers. This place is so inefficient that the first day you walk in there are literally five things you can see that a simple change would increase this places productivity. But the workers are threatened by any temp that comes in. It is because they aren't doing a good job and are most definitely replaceable. The owners own about 160 facilities worldwide. So....that is my review and this is putting it nicely.

Nice little casting company. Loaders were friendly, helpful, and on time. Their driveway is a little hidden between the taco bell and mcdonalds, but it's there.

I used to work at grupo in marlette its a nice place to work yes it gets hot in there but its a good job. One thing i didnt like was i dated a guy name phillip krol from there n ig if i broke uo with him i had to quit

Very nice location for truckers. Been there since many times. Shipping nd receivers are friendly nd it's fast in there.
