I recently visited AutoZone in Marine City, Michigan while on vacation and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jackie, an exceptional AutoZoner and manager. He was incredibly helpful with a range of issues, from selecting the right wipers for my car to diagnosing a tricky engine problem that ended up being my Crankshaft Sensor. What stood out most was Jackie's willingness to listen attentively to my concerns while being upbeat. He dedicated time to thoroughly understand and address the issue, clearly demonstrating his expertise and commitment to customer service. It's rare to find someone who genuinely goes and spends the extra time on issues, but Jackie did just that. His professional and personable approach made my experience at AutoZone remarkable. Highly recommend this AutoZone and Jackie.

It s honestly sad what has happened to this store. At the very least you could get respectful, upbeat, and helpful interactions at this store. Now, however, I have been ignored 3 TIMES now by employees and made to wait for absolutely no reason. The last time I simply walked out and let the store manager (who was outside helping an elderly woman) that I left something to be recycled on the counter. During that specific instance there was 2 employees that ignored me. 1 was in aisle 2 putting away products (he looked directly at me and continued with stocking not a single word or smile) the other one was the commercial manager (who walked the length of the entire parts counter and went to the back of the store after making eye contact with me and not saying a word). The first time the commercial manager ignored me I told management but obviously that didn t work. I have been witness to employees (specifically Cyrus) ignoring phones ringing while standing there looking directly at the phone only to make the person that is helping me stop and answer the phone. I have heard the commercial manager calling an employee stupid behind that thin wall she stands behind. This place has just gone down hill so much that even after working for Autozone for 6 years I will not be purchasing anything from there ever again. I understand that maybe not everyone has good feelings towards me after I left but to be completely ignored by employees (especially a manager) is completely disheartening and disappointing. I really hope things get better. It s extremely disappointing watching some of this store s employees treat customers the way they do.It would get no stars if it wasn t for the few employees that have been helpful and respectful regardless of the situation.

David was such a huge help! I travel for work and was on an emergency job on nights and both of my headlights went out. He took care of it for me no problem, asked me some questions to help figure out the issue and was just so very helpful and kind it really took all the stress off my shoulders. Definitely give these guys your business, they saved our butts today.

Stopped when my window switch quit working. I could not believe it was in stock. The person behind counter was friendly and helpful. The place was also nice and organized.

This company has the worst hr and computer system for transactions that they charged my account $200 and could not pull it up in the system but I clearly had the charge at the time was taken and showed employee and here we are almost 2 months have gone bye and I have not received the money back. This also caused fees because of other transactions. So not only is auto zone screwed up but I have Huntington bank that is still twiddling there thumbs as well. I think it's time to talk to a professional about this matter. I have been patient enough, this transaction was done December 22 what's today!!!

A HUGE shout out to Bruce D there!! He was SO kind and helpful I have bought several batteries and various items there in the past. Today, Bruce really went above and beyond -fabulous customer service, very knowledgeable and a really cheerful attitude! This will certainly always be my go-to place for anything auto repair and/or parts. I highly recommend this location!

I was in the store looking for a car battery for a work car. Store manager Mike was very friendly and went above and beyond on calling other Autozones trying to help me. In the end he was able to get me what I needed.

Bruce installed a new battery for me today. Very quick and good service. He helped refund the core too since I ordered online and was charged for it. Experiences like these are why I wait until I am back home to get work done on my car.

Very helpful staff. They even put new bulbs in both taillights for me. That's why I go back. They know exactly what you need and don't try to over sell. Bruce even put new struts on my hood. And gave me a new windshield . wiper because I broke the clip on mine. Since they didn't carry the brand I had. Thank you for your help and installing anything from bulbs to wipers

The battery went dead in my rental car and we needed to coordinate the replacement with Hertz. Amber was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as well as patient, as we were able to get the situation resolved and get a new battery in the car. Nicely done!

Would like to give a shout out to Steve Brown, who helped me tonight with a seat belt hopelessly stuck around my head rest. He had me fixed up in 10 minutes when I came in asking just for the tool. He was nice enough to remove the screw and put the seat belt back together. Customer service at it's best. Thanks Steve =)

I go here for my wipers, oil change kits, you name it, makes it very easy for me to do the small repairs on my vehicle that I can do. The staff is always very helpful as well, they put the wipers on your car as a courtesy. They a friendly and knowledgeable.

Bruce went out of his way and I bought a refrigerator from meijer and he still went out and put it on along with 3 other cans in this 80 degree weather and now I have amazing air in my car and I couldn t be happier! So thank you for hiring him and for having him help everyone out like me.

I understand the social distancing guidelines that need to be in place right now but my visit to this store baffled me today. I came in wearing a mask to purchase spark plugs for my lawnmower upon putting them on the counter like a normal person would I was asked to not approach the counter and to step back behind the blue tape on the floor. So how are you supposed to put the parts on the counter??? While I m experiencing this I see two older guys in the checkout one not wearing a mask at all right up to the counter other guy right at the counter as well not to mention a fellow autozone worker not wearing a mask. I feel I m being singled out on this issue this is not my first bad experience with this store, I feel that the manager is a total tool therefore this will be my last time in this store and just take my business to o Reilly s in Algonac.

This is one of the best AutoZone stores you can come to for parts and service. They're very knowledgeable on vehicles and motorcycles and go above and beyond to help you leave with the right part or recommend where you can find it?.

Vernon store manager was most helpful when my windshield wiper broke this morning. He met me at the door as my hands were full with a baby carrier. He quickly identified which replacement I needed and had it installed in no time at all. Thank you! My day started out a little rough, but Vernon at Marine City Autozone helped out get back on track.

Gave us the wrong parts, even asked if they wanted the vin# for my Kia . They said it wasn't needed. Now they have to deliver parts to my home because my tires, break pads and roters are off my car! Still waiting on delivery 1 1/2 hrs later!

The employee named Tim at the Marine City store gave me a step up battery for my car due to the computer called for a larger size one.it wouldn't fit. So he installed the new one and gave it to me for the lower price of the original one the computer called for. Thank you again sir for helping me.

Great auto parts store. Always have or will get very fast parts you need. Would have got 5 stars but there is an older heavier set guy there who has been there for years who is always unfriendly and rude.
