Scammers Don t trust them they also try lying in there response to try making people think conversation happened that didn t so they look like they weren t in the wrong. I have that phone call on my dash cam recording to since I had my phone going through my vehicles radio so try another lie. If there was an option for zero stars I d give zero starsI was set for an appointment Friday 13th at 10 a.m for a vehicle inspection. Since it was the soonest available I postponed my plans I had to leave town by a day. I dropped my vehicle off a few minutes before 10 & was told they would be done in an hour. Regardless of the lie they are now stating in their reply I was told an hr & was told $100 (there was no discussion of not charging me before hand of not charging me or it taking longer than the quoted 1 hour regardless I had an appointment for when they could look at the vehicle & they didn t) 1 p.m rolls around, so I call them only to get lied to. They told me they figured out some of the issues but not all and they would need another hour. Around 2:20 they started ducking my calls. So I had my buddy drive me up there only to find my car hasn t moved from where I parked it. After going inside & talking to the lady in the office she lied & says my trailer brake issue is a wire problem but they can t find it & the issue with my vehicle driving rough is probably an issue with the back tires. When the lady realizes I didn t believe a word she said, she says she not charging for the inspection cause they couldn t finish it knowing if they charged me for not inspecting it that there would be a lawsuit but not realizing I m still gonna do a review so others don t get screwed over. Apparently this shop is not aware of dash cameras especially ones that can be hard wired to work even when the vehicle isn t on or keys in the ignition. My dash camera footage clearly shows that the only time anyone was in my vehicle or opened the door or even went near it after I dropped it off was me getting in it to take it home 5 hours after dropping it off. So apparently they will claim to inspect your vehicle so they can lie about what s wrong so they can trick customers into paying them to fix what more than likely isn t wrong with it. I had to lose 2 days from my plans cause they wanted to sit around & do nothing after setting an appointment for no reason. All positive reviews on this company are either paid for reviews or the workers making fake profiles to talk up their business & I can guarantee any negative response from any of those reviewers to this post will prove my point cause only they would receive the alerts unless it s a direct response to their reviews. So if you wanna get scammed into paying them to fix something not broke then by all means take it to Masters Auto Repair. I will be saving the dash cam footage & if Masters would like to make false claims then they can explain how I wasn t the only one that called to find out the price they were gonna charge for the inspection there was literally no conversation about not charging me prior to dropping the vehicle off we was told $100 bumper to bumper

Worst service ever . asked them to do a job. They Got paid for said job and the old parts was still on my vehicle part numbers didnt match the box and they kept the new part . And my change was missing from my cup holder . Wont be going again. .

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Called when job was done. And stayed after hours so I could pick it up. Labor pricing ignore than fair. Have used them before and will again.

Had some work done and there must have been a communication problem somewhere being nothing was done that was asked for and now the vehicle runs worse than before. We will see if they make it right or not.

Family owned, friendly and go out of their way to help. Delivered my friends car to his house the next morning after they fixed it. No charge. That's over 20 miles round trip and required 2 employees.

I was on a trip with 4 other people when my wheel bearing went out. The team at master auto repair did a great job getting my vehicle repaired. And all while we just went down the street for lunch. Great job and thank you!

Doug's repair gave me the run around, these guys picked my car up less then 10 minutes after calling and got it running again 2 hours later.

I was there for what we thought was a big issues , turned out to be minor . They ordered the pets and had my car fixed in a under an hour . I can t thank you guys enough for helping me not to be stranded 4 hours from home .
