Light went on, on my dashboard, regarding tire pressure, they explaned, due to the cold temperature, that morning, can cause that light, to go on, they checked the tires.

We were on vacation and had stopped across the street for lunch. When we got back in our car, transmission just quit - car could not move. Walked over to Team Chevrolet where Jim did everything he could think of to help us out. We ended up buying a vehicle from them and continued on our trip. Great group of people; very helpful, patient and kind. Great warranty too! Thank you!

Absolutely do not recommend. They do unapproved work to your vehicle and charge you for it, which just happened to me today. Everyone else I know has had horrible experiences with them. Horrible customer service. I won t be going back.

We were on vacation in Manistique and leaving in the morning. The truck started dinging and warning of a trailer brake failure at least every 30 seconds, (no trailer in tow!) It was driving us CRAZY! They made the dinging stop! We explained the problem and the gentleman ran out to help!! Thank You for letting us enjoy the rest of our vacation because we could not have driven another several days with that warning going off!! We are very happy that it can wait until we get home to have it looked at! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I put this review on Yelp as well because I want people to know what these guys did for me. Here's the story. We were vacationing in the UP when our van overheated just outside of Manistique. We knew there was a coolant leak but didn't have a clue how to fix it. It was evening, everything was closed, we were 300 miles from home, and we had 3 kids in the van on the side of the road in the middle of NOWHERE. Without any other option, we let it cool for a while and carefully drove it a few miles back to our hotel in Manistique. My husband walked to a gas station and bought coolant to fill up the empty tank and we just let it sit at our hotel overnight. The next morning I started making phone calls to find someone to fix our van. We were only halfway through our vacation, but at this point, I didn't know how we would even get home. A few places were totally unsympathetic to our plight, telling us they were too busy. I called Curran and the lady who answered the phone was kind and seemed genuinely concerned. She told me the mechanic would call me back. Within a few minutes, the mechanic called us back (sorry I can't remember his name!) and said he'd take a look, even though it was a Chrysler product and I'm sure he was busy. We got the van over to him and he fixed it within an hour. He had us back on the road, we enjoyed the rest of our vacation, and got home safely. I owe these guys so much for saving our vacation and getting our family back home! Thank you, Curran!

I went in wanting to buy a new car and have never been so ignored...especially by a place that can't afford to pay the electric bill for lights. I went in knowing what I wanted, asked for help in finding a deal and was ignored. I stated what I wanted, it wasn't on their lot, so I was quizzed as to why, was never offered so much as a cup of coffee, never asked if I had a trade in, and I got to see the back of my "salesperson?" the entire time I endured my time there.I am picking up my Ford in 2 days.

My girlfriend (first time car buyer) and her mother were looking at a vehicle on the lot. The salesperson (Dennis) didn t provide a carfax, and told her that it *may* have been in an accident. I wasn t able to look at it with her that day, but decided to look at it the next day. I decided to run the carfax, as I ve been burned before. Turns out the vehicle was totaled, and had a salvage/rebuilt title. It also had a check engine light on the day she looked at it, but when I got there with my scanner, the codes had been cleared. I decided to ask the salesman about the status of the title, and if they knew that it was branded. He then lied directly to all of our faces and said that he had disclosed it, which was false. I imagine the guy thought he was going to pull an easy sale on a first time female buyer in her 20s. I can t speak on the dealership as a whole, but if thats how their salespeople conduct business, I d stay away.

Quick, professional, reasonablePassing through Manistique on our cross country tour, I heard ujoint failing in my 04 Silverado. Other local garages booked solid into next week. Advisor Eric treated me well and got me in next morning. Parts obtained and repair made within the hour at reasonable rate. Clean facility, roomy waiting room with TV, coffee and magazines. Highly recommended.

Wanted to get parts I didn't need .told them no power to back .so they couldn't give it ... Stoped at Don's auto I Gulliver he had it fixed in two hours was a stolen wire .
