Got stuck in a snowy ditch while out doing field work for my job and called Burns for a tow. They arrived within 10 minutes and quickly pulled my truck out so I could go about my day. Fast and friendly service.

Our family van broke down while traveling back home from out of state on the side of the highway in the FREEZING cold. This AMAZING man came right away, jumped us, followed us, jumped us again, and made sure we made it safe to the closest hotel. This man is truly a life saver, blessing, and just all around AMAZING. Needed a tow after an accident and Burns arrived and loaded my truck to take to the Dealer. But while enroute to the destination, the driver was dispatched on another call the opposite direction. So in mid-tow, my disabled truck was dropped off in a bar parking lot so that they could pick up another vehicle to take to their yard. In the meantime, I have no ride, no way to get anywhere, and I'm at the mercy of Burns Towing running other dispatches. Ultimately, I had to make numerous calls to arrange for a ride to make it to a rental place.... all while an hour FURTHER away than the original accident scene. I strongly DO NOT recommend this company if you are in need of a tow. Short staffed or not, you're supposed to service the customer that you had their vehicle ON YOUR TRUCK first.

My sister and I broke down on us 2 just outside manistique around 9:30 pm. Burns towed us to his shop near by and swapped the alternator in a very timely fashion. We were back on the road within an hour and we made it the 300 miles to home. Very great prices, quality work, and friendly people!

My strut uncoiled and slashed my tire at 2am on the side of US 2 and of course one of my tools broke while trying to get my slashed tire off.. George came out at 2am, with the right tool we needed, got my tire off, and my donut on super quick. We would have been stranded all night since he was THE ONLY person that picked up the phone and actually helped. I recommend Burns for any roadside assistance or towing if your in the Manistique or Escanabaish area.

My vehicle went down on me Father s Day weekend in Munising leaving me stranded Burn s was able to provide a tow as well as take me to a hotel in which they got me a great rate they also have been great which storing my vehicle as it has been extremely expensive to bring it back over the bridge and equally as expensive for me to ship my new transmission to them for repairs they have been extremely professional as well as kind I am extremely grateful for them and would highly recommend them

We were on vacation stranded on the side of the highway; George graciously picked us up and dropped us off at a nearby hotel and helped us out immensely by getting our car running again so we could continue with our vacation. Great service and very friendly!!!

5 hours from home my car decided to blow the oil cap off, called him bright and early in the morning and he was so quick to drive out find a cap and put in on my car! Very helpful and a life saver!

We were traveling from Wisconsin and blew an oil hose. We lost all our oil. Burns came and towed us back to Manistique. The driver was friendly and professional.
