George and his crew keep us on the road - and as Realtors who rely on our vehicles daily - this is huge! We recently picked up a roofing nail, who knows where, and discovered a flat tire while parked in our garage. They came over, removed the tire, took it back to the shop and repaired it. Within an hour or so, we were back in business! We feel like we have always been treated with integrity and fairly. You know....the things that matter! Highly recommend!

The two people with whom I'm most familiar at Burns Auto Repair are George and Kyle. I consider both of them to be excellent professional auto mechanics. However, there are a few more areas in which they excel, and these are characteristics that I unfortunately find lacking in a number of similar businesses in this geographic region. George and Kyle are friendly, make direct eye contact, and are patient and courteous in answering questions, or explaining aspects of needed repair. Those are things that are very important to me as a customer, and because of them, I put a great deal of trust and faith in this business. George goes over and above in taking care of his customers. I consider his to be one of the most fair and honest businesses in the Manistique area.And not to forget Business Manager Heidi! She is a tremendous asset for this business. She is prompt in providing repair estimates, and is in regular communication with customers - confirming appointments, reminding of an upcoming appointment, following up afterward to ask whether the repairs were satisfactory, etc. She also is professional, very easy to work with, and courteous. I would highly recommend Burns Auto Repair.

One star is too high! $170 to fix exhaust & it wont last the next month! Its not even any quieter! They added a flex pipe & 2 muffler clamps to the last 1 ft of exhaust & called it fixed! We even returned it, they cut off the ends of the bolts on muffler clamps & called us back up saying it's done! Unbelievable! We dont go to work to just give our money away! Stay away from this place!

Very professional and quickly got us in even being from out of state. They quickly diagnosed our problem and had us repaired and back on the road the next day!! Great appreciated!!!

My truck broke down while I was headed to Ohio after having deer damage repaired in Escanaba. Their tow service arrived promptly and got me to their shop. Even though their service bays were full, they quickly found and fixed the problem. It was a 25 degree day and they performed the repairs while laying in thr snow. Turned a bad day into a great one.Service: Transmission

Our Ford diesel truck broke down near Garden, MI on a Sunday while pulling a 5th wheel and fishing boat. These guys brought 2 trucks, one to haul our truck and one to tow the camper and boat. They towed us to Manistique, and, at our request, dropped the camper and boat in Jack s Fresh Market parking lot and the truck next door, at the Ford dealership. They were very professional and we were happy. On Monday morning, we went to the Ford dealership service center at opening. They were very uninterested in helping us, almost to the point of rudeness. We called Burn s back and they came and picked up the truck and took it to their shop. They were so kind and willing to help! They had work lined up for many days, but they knew we were hundreds of miles from home and had no way to get there. Somehow, thy managed to squeeze us in, and, on Tuesday afternoon, delivered our truck to us at Jack s. I can t say enough good things about the Burn s. These are the guys to go to.

Burns auto repair can t thank enough for the hospitality, great advice anything and everything every time I called great people answered with the most respect. If you need vehicle repairs or advice to do something this is the place to goto or call thank you very much I m am very greatfull there is still kind hard working people like you guys.

Cars been there for over a month hasn't been touched by anyone been. Took them 4hrs to go1 mile to tow it from the casino witch is quite litera?lly just down the road. What am I ever paying for

My husband REALLY needed his truck repaired in a hurry. They squeezed him in and got him rapaired in no time. Thanks to this place i didnt have let my husband take my truck to work. Lol

He is very rude and NOT good customer service at all!!!On his answer machine it said to call a certain number and I did call that number and he yelled at me for calling the number because he said it was his son's number..Never do business here and he's very rude and very bad customer service..And this was towing serviceService: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance
