Stayed till 7:30 pm. 7:30pm Jason and Carolina stayed and got us our vehicle signed and sealed. The integrity and honesty from those two just gained a lifetime customer. My family has had a rough couple weeks with losing our only vehicle in an accident and these guys worked hard for our family tonight. Even helped keep our daughter entertained while we talked and everything.Watson Motors Manistee is the BEST IN BUISNESS.

Brought our vehicle in for service and Watsons was tremendously helpful and courteous in helping resolve our issue. The staff did a wonderful job and Cody Watson was extremely caring and dedicated to help out a loyal customer. Thank you Watsons we truly appreciate you.

These people offered my elderly and recently widowed friend $2000 for a vehicle worth all of $10,000. Shame on you Watson s! You charged her $100 to add air to her tire? Terrible Watson s, just terrible .

This place was amazing!! I walked in with no hopes of getting a car. Every where I had went had turned me down. I have a decent credit score but no credit history. Brittany the young lady I met there was very kind. I explained my situation and this was on a Friday. She said with it being Easter weekend prolly wouldn't hear anything till Monday or Tuesday and that she would do every thing she could to get me in a car. Not feeling hopeful we left. Monday morning I received a text from Brittany and she said she got me approved with no money down and no trade in required. I asked several times to make sure I heard her right lol. We went in Tuesday still not feeling like this was really happening and she met us with a huge smile and we did the paperwork in about a half an hour I drove away with my first car a beautiful red car I nicknamed Red lol!! Thank you so much Brittany and Watson's. Looking Forward to doing business with you in the near future!!!!!

Recently became very fed up with the level of service I was receiving from Bill Marsh (Jeep) in Traverse City. I ended up taking my vehicle to Watson in Manistee instead. I would 110% rather drive the hour to receive the level of service and attention to my vehicle than ever take it back to the dealership in Traverse City. Special shout out to Josh the service technician that I dealt with while my car was in the shop. He communicated very thoroughly about my diagnosis and was professional during the whole process.

If I could give more stars I would!This was our 2nd vehicle purchase with Watson's and if I can, they will be the only dealer I use.It's very clear that Watson's and specifically Josh in Sales and Jason in Finance go above and beyond to make your purchase a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. This dealer has not lost the art of Good Customer Service, which is so hard to find these days.

They're not honest here. I work hard to support my family and this dealership wants to rip you off. They will inflate every price you see on their website with dealership add-ons and tell you to kick it if you want a fair price. Avoid this place at all cost honestly. If you want a car, buy directly from the manufacturer to avoid these middlemen.

Coming in for a quick oil change. Lisa and the crew are wonderful and the coffee was hot and hit the spot. Plus, if you need to catch up on your hunting and fishing reading, their magazine collection will do nicely.

I was looking for a newer vehicle. I've owned a few PT Cruisers and in between a Ram that I owned for 14 years. Needed a more reliable vehicle and with 4WD. Ryan helped me find my 2017 Ram Express 4WD and along with the help of Jason & Charlie I am now the proud owner of this beauty... Not only did they go out of their way to help me, but I am now rebuilding my credit and smiling every miles I drive. They even had this vehicle transported from the Benzie location to Maninstee. Josh was so amazing in helping me find exactly what I needed. With planning to grow our family, my car had to grow as well. My last car buying experience was so rough (in South Carolina) but Josh made me feel like family there. It was a night and day difference.

A great experience in total. We came to a agreeable price easily , I was given a good price on my trade in and the whole process was efficient and timely. The salesman Josh spent a great deal of time making sure I was aware of all the options my new truck offers. He followed up 2 days later to make sure I had no qusetions.

After three weeks of lackluster help from my local Jeep dealer, I was compelled to work with a dealer outside of town and I m happy I did. Ryan was the definition of efficiency. I able to order my Jeep with an hour of my call, he kept me in the loop on the status, and walked me through the details of the Jeep when I arrived. As a female and an auto enthusiast, I felt respected and heard the entire way through the process. I cannot recommend the team at Watson s enough. Thanks, guys!

Words cannot express my gratitude for the treatment that I have received from Watson s Manistee. The sales and service team have shone me kindness and great respect, made me feel like family while performing maintenance and service on my truck, very efficiently every time, with genuine concern. We are visiting Manistee from Florida. Our Ram truck showed air pressure low in all tires. Stopped in and talked to Josh. He could not have been more gracious and helpful. Told us to pull up to bay and he made sure all the tires were correct pressure. No charge just a handshake and exchange of names and pleasant conversation. Hard to find these days! Thank you again Josh.

Their customer service is amazing, I've been to Serra Toyota, Ford, and Chevy dealerships but Watsons surely delivers. They treated me with respect and were very courteous. I've purchased 2 vehicles from them since 2006 and each time my car needed a repair they made it easy by lending me a car at no cost and even coming to pick me up or swap cars to make my day easier. Peace of mind is accurate when purchasing a vehicle from their dealership.

I ordered a brake controller from Watson s when it came in they call and set an appointment the next day and installed it. Wow, what service!Very pleased. I wish all the other businesses were as friendly and quick about doing their jobs.

Knowledgeable and thorough without the stereotyped pushy sales. I especially appreciate cordial individuals who manage and maintain a business that is service-oriented in all aspects without compromising their needs (or their qualities!). Accordingly, based on my experience, I recommend Watson (Manistee) without hesitation!

The guys at Manistee Watson s were a great bunch to spend a Friday shopping with! Ryan Fennell was very helpful! This was the best vehicle shopping experience I ve ever had... listen I was going to go clothes shopping and these guys talked me right out of my clothes and into a new truck!! Truck fits way better than the jeans I needed anyway!!! You guys are awesome!!

They worked with me on my trade in, which really made me happy, the salesman was great at keeping in contact, they put me into a jeep that I wanted, except I saw on their site (and was told by the salesman) it had features it does not have. Really watch closely at what features their website has for each vehicle and what it really is equipped with. I am really upset about the lack of remote start, one touch down top, heated seats and steering wheel it said it had. Nothing was done to take care of any of this either, I was told it was an error on their website and I misunderstood the texts.

Joshua, our sales man, made buying a car remotely, an easy situation (from MI to FL!).From start to finish, this dealership was able to complete the paperwork and deliver our car, without me having to leave my house. They made buying a car enjoyable.
