Every time I m in this office there s one rude lady with an attitude and one that s ridiculously kind and polite. I somehow always get the rude one. After reading the reviews on this office, I think it s clear why half of them say it was great and half say it was bad, that half is probably always getting the polite lady.

They are all incapable and rude to customers. The Manager was laughing at a customer TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER saying he didn't know what he was talking about...The customer went to Honor and they had to undo the things Manistee did wrong. Which was EVERYTHING!!!

Rude, no one in there just wanted Renee tabs . Nope can't do . Make appt. Sat I parking lot for 30 minutes. NO Body showed. What s up with that.Bad bad ladies

One person in the store and they wouldn't let me pay for my tabs without an appointment. I waited a while for them to tell me this. Terrible service.

You sign in the window says they service walk ins and appointment. It s does not service walk ins. They just send you away with a paper for making an appointment l. Take the sign down then.

Lady was so rude at this office multiple times now. Going to Ludington is a bit of a drive but no rude lady there. Lady at manistee has yelled at me a couples of times after sitting and waiting for over an hour for her to even call me up.

Irritating. I'm not from Michigan. The woman behind the counter has all the information but was really only interested in helping the people that had an appointment. So much that she stopped helping the person with an appointment to tell me twice I could easily just go online and get an appointment and she would be glad to help me during my appointment. She didn't want to hear that I was not from Michigan and could not figure out how to make an appointment. Only then did we figure out they will require additional info not requested on line while setting an appointment. Grrr. How frustrating. My wife told me after I got home that the lady treated her the same way but was the. Super pleasant when she returned at her appointed time. Customer service people. I was willing to stand in line for the opportunity to ask questions. I was really irritated to be shood away with an auto response of, book online!!!Book this online: X

Person working at the front desk was professional and calm, especially in the face of an aggressive person ahead of me. Very friendly service, straightforward and concise process. Thanks so much for helping me renew my license :)

Went in on 02/11/22 to renew my license, since I was turning 21 the next day. The lady that helped me, lord knows how she even did it, wrote the WRONG address on my temporary and I still haven t received it. My temporary expires tomorrow, too. Don t come here if you re genuinely trying to get stuff done, they won t respond either.

1 customer, 2 workers and a empty parking lot and they tell me I have to make an appointment! Pure laziness!! The web site says you can walk in now lol what a joke!! How about you open up like normal like every single other business!! Get it together SOS!

Horrible place. Told me that they couldn't help me without appointment.. but took the person behind me without an appointment. Place discriminates and plays favorites depending on who you are.. what joke..

Attempting to make an appointment, work 12/16 hours daily in a correctional setting, called the # at 3 pm today, 2as told I had over an hour wait to even talk, to a person. Have a CDL, Waiting in my prints for my hazmat, license is due at end of July, all am getting is hassle to even get an appointment, NOT going to jump thru hoops if this lapses..this is my livelihood, my job, lose this, not good...yet, not going to be on me, due to the not being able to walk in anymore to get business done, sad.,,

Not against Manistee, but the state! I m sitting here watching 10 people stand outside in inclement weather. Just ridiculous, are we in China? Walk freely in Lowe s, but get a license change wait outside. Come on Jocelyn get a clue!!

They only allow 10 minutes per person regardless of what you need to accomplish. So if you need multiple things done, make more than 1 appointment.

In and out (with new driver's license/residency and registration transferred from out of state) in about 20 minutes. The woman who assisted me was friendly, helpful and patient.

The worst attitude i have ever seen from someone getting paid to work. Do yourself a favor and don't even go there. Unhelpful and slow to work or move. They need to be fired.
