I reserved the queen suite for two week while working in the area. I stay in many hotels while working on the road. Different chains also. This place has a great room. Great staff. Room was very clean with no issues. Good location. The only issue I have is that the breakfast is not out until 6:30am. Lots of us working stiffs start earlier. 6am would be better.

The actual hotel is fine. Good location, rooms are clean, breakfast is decent. However, it is like pulling teeth to try to get a copy of your receipt! I tried to get a printed one when I checked out, but there was no one around to help me. And I have lost count on the number of times I have had to call to get it. I have been told multiple times that the system was down, and to call back later, always by the same staff member. And when I do find one that is willing to help right away, the emails somehow never make it to me. I am beyond frustrated with my experience, over something that should be so easy.

This hotel is very nice it has the feel of home, almost: staff are kind, friendly, quick to help and quite welcoming. The layout and design also has a casual, warm feeling and the rooms are incredibly clean, with a lot of thoughtful touches I ve not encountered at a hotel in years (notepads near phones, ice buckets that are a wonderful improvement on older styles, etc.). The only downside to this hotel is its location; fairly distant from the nearby town, unless you don t mind driving to get anywhere and everywhere, it s not the most ideal location. While there may be a Meijer right across the street, the lack of crosswalks and sidewalks makes it a treacherous journey at best to get there.Rooms: The rooms are gorgeous, thoughtfully designed and impeccably cleaned.Walkability: This is definitely not a walkable area.

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Our room did have a smell when you walked in (think it was the air-conditioning). Staff was very polite and accommodating. Free breakfast is a plus.Nearby activities: Shopping and downtown area are within 10 minutes.

Have stayed here a lot, but the last visit was less than great because of cold personality check-in and poor shuttle. Shuttle is not hotels fault, but the front desk was less than helpful. If going to casino for concert or to gamble, this will definitely play into my decision fron here on out. Suggestion...hotel should get their own shuttle on weekends for a small fee. I'd pay it.

Local folks in Manistee said this was one of if not the best hotel to stay in Manistee. Spent several nights here for work. Great location if you arent looking for views of the lake, especially with Meijer across the street- quiet and easy to park. Staff were top notch, especially during breakfast, constantly cleaning up after people and wiping tables. Breakfast is normal hotel breakfast. I had a room with a suite door, and I could hear my neighboring room very well without the air/ptac on. Also my shower didnt drain, so i would have a tub of water up to my ankles mid shower. One coworker had a toilet that wouldnt flush and another had some cardboard screwed into the ceiling to cover a leak. I found the tvs to be hard to watch with being up high, and the mirrors a little creepy covering the whole wall behind the bed. So overall, the infrastructure could use some updates but the staff are 10/10. Would stay again.Rooms: A little small but comfortable.Nearby activities: Minutes from downtown, the lake, or casino.Safety: Left my work car unlocked with computer in it. Didnt even worry about it.Walkability: Could walk to meijer (grocery) if needed.

Best room we have stayed in for our entire trip, so far. Got the handicapped room (finally) and it was definitely needed. Since we have been staying at Wyndham resort along the trip. I decided to sign up for rewards. It was a little confusing to understand where it was since there was outdoor building stuff at the turn in but we found it nevertheless. Would stay again. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was very easy to manage.

First stay in the hotel. Everything in the room was really nice. I only have one complaint about my experience here. Just got breakfast and there's an employee that just stands there the whole time and watches everyone. I find this to be so rude and uncomfortable. I have never ever dealt with something like this at any hotel. No one was sitting down. Why would you? It's wierd and like I said very very uncomfortable. I don't know if I would come back based on this. I love love love continental breakfast but definitely not this one.

Lucky to get room there - cancellation just minutes before we called. Very clean room (carpet cleaned day before). Nothing fancy, but kept very nice. Price was excellent as well. 2nd or 3rd time we've been there, although it has been about 10 years since last time. Just down the road from Little River Casino - a real plus, and just a few minutes from downtown Manistee.

Front desk was unnecessarily rude on the phone. My son was in Manistee due to his son having surgery, it was a last minute trip, he did not have a card on him but did have cash, policy says no cash so I tried to pay for the room over the phone she told me that there are plenty of other hotels in town and hung up the phone on me. Made a call to upper management and they will be addressing the issue.

I started by calling the hotel and i had a good experience with the agent that helped me on that call. Hotel is extremely clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I am not a big fan of the smaller room. One night is fine but not for longer stays. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very nice very clean rooms , a little on the small side and a little more expensive than most people would expect or hope for ! But with most places being fully occupied , we had no choice and I m not truly regretting it ! Just thought they could/should have better deals !Rooms: Clean but small

Our stay was warm and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft. I liked how they had an extra outlet on the desk so we all were able to charge our phones. The bathroom was nice with updated fixtures. The staff was warm and inviting. Our check in and out was easy breezy. Plenty of parking and not far away from the entry doors. Showers from the adjoining room was rather loud. I didn't hear much noise from other guests until they showered. That wasn't a big deal for me as my stay was mostly quiet.Cute Halloween decor and the landscaping was nice. Right across from Meijer which was great so we were able to grab drinks for the night.

Yes the room was clean, but it was soooo tiny! The front desk clerk took more than 20 minutes to finally show up for our check in (no clue where he was hiding out) and his accent was so thick we couldn't understand a word he was saying. Definitely NOT worth the $137 price for just one night. "Breakfast" included only cold food items (cereal, muffins, fruit, etc).

Nice clean "mini" hotel. Your room is like your personal little bed room. And for the price, u can't beat it.I definitely will be staying at this hotel again. Just don't use there pop machine in the front lobby. It will steal your money and they won't refund you your money back. But, Besides that machine. I would recommend this hotel if you just need a place to sleep for the night.

Was a good little spy I didn t realize that I was going into a micro hotel until I showed up, but was very cooler ideaRooms: They are kind of small, but they work for one person just a bathroom and a bed and a TV not too bad for the pricing

Very pleased with our stay here. Not a very big room but adequate for the price and there were only two of us. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. Staff was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
