Great experience!! I found the exact Bronco Sport I had been searching for. I reached out when dealership opened. Within 4 hours the entire process was completed and traded in my Bronco Sport. Excellent customer service. The entire staff was very welcoming and thorough. Would definitely recommend!

Manistee Ford made the ordering and purchasing of my new truck an absolutely seamless and enjoyable experience. Tom was there at all stages, listening and working to ensure I was getting everything I wanted, while Ryan expertly handled the financial aspect. I also can t exclude Rob, who undoubtedly makes shopping at Manistee Ford a family experience! I whole heartedly know I ll always be purchasing my vehicles from this amazing dealership!

What a great group of people!No joke - I had very little odds of getting out of my upside down loan on my vehicle . I just figured I should try , worst I will hear is No Tom was wonderful, down to earth and understanding of not wanting to wast anyone s time but wanting to TRY !I didn t know that in just a few hours I would receive a phone call By Brian that would just leave me shocked !A chance to get 6% interest rate , getting out of my 24% (yeah you read that right ) and me driving home with a 2023 Ford Escape with under 90 miles ( yeah you read that right too, under 9-0 !)He said it was not easy , but I heard him correctly on the interest rate (I think I asked 3 times lol)Needless to say by the time I got to the finalized agreement he got it to 4.9% interest!It s been 4days and it s safe to say it was not just a Dream ! It is real and I am so happy!!Tom and Brian are a team I would recommend ANY one to !Manistee Ford Rocks !!!!

Service has really gone down hill, oil change prices have increased to the point it s not worth going there anymore in my opinion. I have had both my car and F250 serviced there for the past 5 years. They gave me a quote for repairs that was $3600, went to a local certified mechanic in town and the cost was $1600. I made up my mind they will not get anymore of my business after being a loyal customer for 5 years.

Had our 2020 vehicle over 4 months. Battery went bad in their possession. They refused to replace it. Said it was not there problem. The vehicle was in for transmission warranty problems. After 4 months finally got vehicle back, next day transmission went out again, Due to lack of knowledge. Do not recommend this dealership to anyone! Very under educated on vehicle repair!

A Ford dealership that cannot answer simple questions about cars on their lot and deliberately gives misinformation. The only star I can give is for their ability to add an egregious dealership markup on their vehicles. Don't be dumb, buy direct from manufacturer. Otherwise you're wasting your money, and entire day with Ford Manistee. Be smart.

Cannot give them high marks for anything. Took 5 months to get my truck, NOT their fault. Communication, pricing, etc, leaves room for improvement. Even mentioned person who referred me 3 times for referral bonus....nothing. will buy somewhere else next time.

The technician I worked with was very helpful in setting up my charging limitations. He made it very clear that he and Manistee Ford are learning about the Mach E and will be helpful in the future.They were very nice people and professional. I will be using this dealership for service on my Mach E Mustang and do recommend them to others.

Front desk staff Laura and Zachary were smiling and friendly. Came in for an oil change and broken door lock. They also fixed an issue with the truck that was on a recall list. They let us use their car to run an errand at the casino while the truck was being fixed. I will be back, but hopefully not to soon.

Name a better full service Ford dealer.Joke's on you, you can't. The rich history associated with Manistee Ford paired with the amazing personalities of the staff make it absolutely unbeatable. Quick response to our inquiry. Got a service appointment scheduled on the first call. Able to get in for service in a couple of days. Vehicle issues were identified and quickly repaired. We have an F350 dually.

Manistee Ford's service department was excellent in the repair of my truck. They took the truck in at the appointment time, repaired it and was done sooner that expected. The truck runs much better. It's nice to have a service department that performs like this unlike other local Ford dealerships. I'll be back to buy from them and see how the sales department does.

They had my truck for 14 months to put a brand new motor in my truck. Drove it for 1 day and the engine light came on. There are so many codes popping up. This is the 2nd new motor they have put in. The first motor blew up due to poorworkmanship after 3 weeks. I have proof. Took to fox motors for a diagnosis. ZERO STARS!!!!!!

Outstanding service! Great guys to work with. Had them replace the engine on my car. Did a great job of working with my schedule. Gave me a loaner at no charge while they did diagnostics on mine. Definitely my go to now.

I have never been treated this badly there before was lied to multiple times including Brian telling me this car had been detailed partial tank of gas and a problem he told me he him self had done here it is his way of doing things

I was told that I needed 20 new Lugnuts for my 2016 escape. I accepted 10 due to cost. ($73.90 for 10 Lugnuts ?) I am questioning my former allegiance to Ford Motor Company.Dan Carpenter --- Manistee
