I am very happy with the level of service I get when I come in for an oil change, Hunter usually waits on me, but all service techs are great. Also like the fact of convenience, needed some work done on vehicle once and oil change, they did both while they had car. Highly recommended

Vern and the crew did an outstanding job installing a cat-back exhaust system & running boards on my 2017 Ram. Thought I'd save money by buying the parts myself and have them installed. Turns out the parts were not that great of a quality (get what you pay for)... but Vern was able to work with these parts and the result is a transformed vehicle. In the future I will have them purchase and installed the necessary parts. But, I am just amazed the workmanship they preformed. Excellent!!Just had them installed a set of custom wheels, swapped out my factory rim installed new valve stem and reused my TPS sensors all at under $100, really.

Excellent customer service and availability for a tire alignment after I had tires put on somewhere else. Added an oil change and "could you check that rattle" with no hassle. The rattle turned out to be something that could have cost a lot of money (over $1000) but they decided to try something first and it only cost me a few hundred (with everything) out the door. Can I mention again the great customer service

Went in for an oil change and the fella doing that secured my splash guard that was dangling from a recent racoon run over incident. Took him 15 minutes and he was only going to charge us for the oil change. We tipped him well, and I have to say, they have a new regular customer.

Very disappointed! Scheduled, in person, an appointment 6 days in advance for suspension work and oil change. Called the next day, (Saturday) and left a voicemail confirming our appointment. Showed up on time for scheduled appointment and the manager acts like I never existed. Says we're not on the schedule, would've had to order the parts ( had several days to do that) and refused to acknowledge my in person scheduling until I recounted the details of the conversation we had. Then says we can "try" to work you in.Would not recommend this place! Sorry, not sorry.

I go to this place for an oil change or repair work. They don't try to sell you things you don't need but tell you if they see a problem. Oil changes are on a first come basis. Fast and efficient.

Got a new car and it was pretty messed up and they fixed it so fast and was reasonably priced. Also, fixed my tire FOR FREE (had a nail in it that I didn't know about). Overall awesome service and people!

Just had an oil change on my SRX , Hunter was polite and professional and helpful , can t beat the price , definitely will be using them again ! One thing I really liked was he didn t try to push wiper blades ,air filter ect. on me .Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

We had a car emergency well we were on vacation camping in Manistee. We came here for help, and the man at the desk was so rude to us, he did not care at all that we were having an emergency, he was very unkind to us the whole time. And he wouldn t even recommend to us a place that we could go to get help. So we went and called Parkdale auto service and they were able to help us even though they were busy too and they were amazing I would recommend people go there instead!

I had battery issues with my car. Went to the new AutoZone for help and they legally couldn't help me put my new battery in. Being a young lady who doesn't have much knowledge of vehicles, I knew I couldn't try to do it on my own. I took my car and the battery to Vern and he pushed his other cars back and got right to work on mine so I could feel safe driving again. I love the work ethic here and WILL ALWAYS come here for any vehicle needs.

We had a vehicle issue on a holiday weekend while on vacation. They were highly rated so we had the vehicle towed to their lot. The day after ther holiday we spoke to Vern who warned us thay they had a full schedule and it might not be looked at until the next day. He said, based on the description of what was going on, that we might have an electrical problem. He would have an electrical expert take a look that same day if possible.He called just after 3 PM the same day to day ot truck was ready. The cost for both labor and parts was extremely fair!I'd highly recommend them and will come back if we have vehicle repair needs in the area again!

If I could leave a zero star review I would. They RUINED my moms car. She went in for a routine oil change before taking a trip and because they didn t place the oil cap on correctly all of her oil leaked out and BLEW HER MOTOR. They said the break down was typical for her make/model . Refuse to take responsibility. She lost wages at work and was stranded for days downstate. My sister missed her college orientation. AND my mom still doesn t have a vehicle after two months. They refuse to help. Nor take ANY responsibility. Car was looked at by multiple professionals and they all confirmed that the motor going out was due to the oil cap not being placed.DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR RUINED.

The owner was rude, not willing to help. Came up with several excuses and really a bad experience trying to just get an estimate. No, I would not recommend this Auto Service Center.

This the place I take all of my vehicals. I have been gaining here when I first moved up to Manistee. Management is the best I have come across. Vern is the best.
