I went to get tires at bell tire they said I needed to get front end parts I did not need I then took it to Chuck and he rebalanced my new tires and problem solved. It s nice to have an honest, trustworthy mechanic near by :)

We are new in town and were concerned about finding a trustworthy mechanic. We tried the other place and I suspected some shenanigans. We have come to Chuck twice since then (different vehicles) and he has been great. The only downside is that they book out a week or two in advance. The place is also very pleasant and clean and his wife does a great job on the flowers outside.

I'm new to the area, and needed my car serviced. Chuck's Auto Repair was recommended. I couldn't be more delighted with the service, from the initial phone call, to the timeliness of the repair Chuck kept informed along the way. He even gave me a ride to and from his shop!! Fantastic, friendly service. Chuck's Auto Repair has earned my business.

Been taking my vehicles to Chuck for years (formerly at Wolf's). He is a great guy. Does excellent work. He is polite, honest, fair, and dependable. Not much more you could ask for in a person or a mechanic. Highly recommended.

Took my car in because my tire was rapidly losing air on my drive home. Chuck was able to look at it same day. We decided the best option was new tires, which he was able to order for next day. The next morning, I called because I figured I might as well get the breaks done as well. He took care of it and I had my car back that afternoon. Very, very reasonable pricing for both the tires and the breaks. Will definitely be using Chuck again!

New owners! Amazing service!I wanted to leave a review after taking my wife's car in to Chuck's Auto. And I'll tell you what, the service was exactly what you'd want from an auto mechanic. He got her in and out within the day, from diagnosis, estimate and repair! Not trying to push or sell her extras like I've seen plenty of other places doing when dealing with women. I highly recommend!

I wish that I didn't have to leave this review. I have been taking my family's vehicles to Ash Auto for at least the last ten years for oil changes (and tire rotations), as well as brakes, suspension work, and numerous other ailments. Terry has always been great to deal with, and he is the only reason this is not a one-star review.I always appreciated that Ash Auto was honest with me and not trying to sell me things that I didn't need. My cars are getting up there in miles, and I took our Flex there before we headed to FL for spring break this year to have an oil change, rotation, and inspection. They listed my car as needing about $2K of work on the suspension (sway bar links, stabilizer links, struts) which I did not have done and hoped for the best, as the car is old.The car made it to FL and back, but it was no thanks to Ash. Starting in GA, we had increasing noise and instability in the front left, which was increasingly worse until we arrived with white knuckles. Took the car to an auto shop there, who found 4 of 5 lug nuts on the front left were finger-tight, with only the 5th holding tight. Mechanic there asked if I had any work done recently right away when I called, and when I mentioned the tire rotation he said I should play the lottery because I was damned lucky my wheel didn't fall off along the way.I kept a copy of the receipt, took it to the shop, and gave it to Terry, who was very apologetic, said that it wasn't right, and also said that Tom (Ash) worked on the car himself. He asked if he could make a copy of the receipt, and I said yes. He said he would talk to Tom, but I haven't heard anything in one month since.I don't know what would have made me feel better or how they could have re-established my trust, but I have now received two auto-generated mailers recommending work and saying they care about my safety, and each one annoys me more. If you care about my safety, tighten lug nuts after a tire rotation before I head out on a road trip. If you stand by your work, at least have the sack to call and discuss the situation. Regrettably, will not be returning, nor will I be recommending.

Great Folks ! Fair price, quality work...recommend to anyone who needs work done on their car.Updated 08/09/0216Low tire pressure on a tire, stopped without an appointment just 10 minutes before closing, Tom and staff stayed after hours to fix it, did not up sell me on a new tire...only $15 repair. I've had all my cars fixed here for years and will continue to.I did read the negative review posted recently, and I can honestly say this sounds nothing like Tom and his staff, I'm sorry to hear of her troubles, but calling Tom's faith into question and calling them crooks, over a disagreement about car repairs seems overwrought and extreme.
