The service at Napa is usually pretty good. However, I purchased an item at Napa recently. When I received my checking statement, the dollar amount on the checking statement was different than the dollar amount on the sales receipt. When I called about this, I was informed that they charge a processing fee of 3% when a debit card or credit card is used, which is not shown on the sales receipt. I was told that there is a sign on the front of the register alerting the customer about the 3% service charge. I didn't see the sign, and I clearly was not aware of this because the sales attendant did not say anything about a 3% fee for using a debit or credit card. I'm just glad that I keep extra funds in my checking account, because if I didn't and the account was overdrawn because of this transaction it would have caused an overdraft fee of $25 for none sufficient funds by my bank. Bottom line is that if you use a credit card or debit card to pay for your purchase apparently it's up to you, the customer, to do the calculations, because this transaction is not shown on your sales receipt.

I ve been going to this place for 25 plus years and never had one problem. The employee appeared to be under the influence of something, blood shot eyes and acting irrational. I even politely said if there was a problem I would go somewhere else , he said nope took my money. I m still being polite and told him he was being very rude, he responded even ruder with Merry Christmas . I went back to try and talk to a manager, he laughed said to bad none are here until Tuesday. I told him that he was acting in a aggressive behavior, he responded with I get out at 4 . Grant you he was a 100 pound frail looking old man, that still doesn t make it right ..

Used to come in all the time will not be returning anytime soon yall hired a new guy who knows everything is a HUGE inconvenience when i have to come back multiple times For 1 item and hearing avout all his life problems is not my job guys hire better people .

The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable. We were up on a vacation and had a problem with my truck. They got us hooked up with the parts we needed to get it fixed so we could finish our trip and be able to get back home downstate.

Any wonder I never set foot in this place.. They wanted me to buy their high price parts (2ft. brake line) to put double flair on each side. I thought they wanted business. I was denied service. You lost a customer that will never set foot in your place . Good luck the way you do business..

Great customer service and friendly staff helped with my exhaust so my 6 month old didn't have issues with the extremely loud noise for over a hour ride home. Wonderful and friendly people! Thank you

I only needed a simple clamp for a radiater hose brought the correct size in to show what I needed had to tell them several times thay were giving me the wrong size and still wouldn't listen I had to take the wrong clamp back GOD FORBID THAY APOLOGIZE FOR THERE MISTAKE.

Auto value in Bellaire is where you want to go. Better service and they dont hire complete snobs that treat seniors like dirt.

Not even worth a star. Drove all the way there for the wrong parts. They couldn't even look up the correct parts to order. Would NOT recommend.

Not a fan. Never have your part in stock. Typically more expensive. Only use for smaller purchases.

Rented a $140 tool with a $7 rental fee. Total came to $160.06 and I returned the tool I was charged another $160.06
