TJ and this team were amazing! Veterans Auto Repair really does put the vets first.I came in The AM and needed my car An alternator ASAP. They bumped me up and Got to work on it first thing. Overall great service and customer service. They put on Paw patrol for my Bluey to keep her entertained and accommodated all of our needs. If you need anything auto related done Go to Veterans Auto Repair Center on 11 Mile... Thanks guys

The work they do seems fine. Just be aware there is a charge for using card, but they don t relay this information to you. We would have brought cash had we known. I use my card at the gas station, store, etc for a lot smaller purchases and they don t charge the fee.Services: Transmission, Wheel alignmentServices: Transmission, Wheel alignment

So happy I found this place again. I thought it was closed from there John R location, and they just moved to 11Mile. Should have searched . Amazing place, extremely honest and more than fair. Great customer service, just very nice people. Y'all were right! This place is great. Our usual family mechanic was off work and we needed our exhaust line replaced asap (it'd broken clean in half). We called ahead and were told to wait one day because of a high work load. We were originally told it might be up to two days just in case, but the job was done by the end of the business day and the price was more than fair. We didn't get a list of other random problems that were "found" and had to be added on. Just the one job, done simply, quickly, and well. Clear expectations and great work speak for themselves. Will definitely recommend.Update Dec 2021: Re-recommend! My brakes in my other car ran out yesterday and they fit me in during Christmas week! The price was fair, they just did what needed to be done, no taking advantage of us or anything. Easy to drop off, easy to pick up, great service through the whole experience.

The gentlemen in the shop are very helpful and thorough. I brought my car in twice for two different repairs. Both times the guys fix the car within a day and i was able to pick it up the next day. They were courteous and helpful. Also i didnt feel like i was getting taken advantage of. I would recommend this shop for anyone who needs car maintenance.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I normally don t post reviews, but these guys are AWESOME!!! They were very communicative with each step/problem along the way, and were very flexible to me. They offer great, if not fair, prices. They overcharged me a year ago to repair a windshield wiper mechanism. How do I know they overcharged me? The same issue recently occurred but on the other side. The difference this time around is I had enough experience to know it was just a loose nut. They could have bothered to explain this but I guess they just wanted an easy couple hundred bucks. **RESPONSE TO OWNER** No, it was not a transmission issue; the same exact issue was mechanical on the other side. When I called to explain this to ask about a supposed warranty for the part with other shops, the owner (I assume) laughed nervously and said, "We can work something out." This just sounds like the epitome of the stereotypical auto repair shop that's just out for a quick buck.

I've used these guys twice now for my truck. The first time on a brake job on a locked up caliper that another mechanic shop had done a month beforehand. Almost a year later and its running perfectly after them. They also just replaced the turbo on my truck. They quoted the price and finished it on the exact day they said they would at a fantastic price; which was also the price the quoted from the beginning. Customer service is a priority for them and they communicated everything with me multiple times. Will continue to use them for service whenever possibleServices: Auto brake repair, Engine repair

Absolutely horrible service, brought my Astrovan in to repair the exhaust bracket and they took my parts and never repaired them, supposedly repaired my exhaust and re-welded it. Had a exhaust rattle before and showed up exactly after 10 minutes of driving it. Guy on phone constantly blew me off and told me to call at 9 am, called and just kept getting hit with excuses, the only reason I m giving two stars is because they did do a good job on my headlight that needed repaired from a collision. On another note I have a random leak at occur right after they got done working on it. Other than that do not to business with this company they are scam artists, was charged for parts that I had previously paid and brought to them, just to have them disappear.Service: Auto maintenance

I was in a jam, no car and company from out of town visiting. I pass this Auto repair every day and decided to call them. They were so friendly and nice and he (Chris) told me not to worry. I was able to drive up there which was only a little over a mile. They brought me home and in 4-5 hours the car was done and even brought it to my house. I will never forget how I was treated because I was a mess! Thanks again Chris and your team, you have made a new customer out of me. If you are looking for an HONEST, knowledgeable, friendly and nice place to take your vehicles...look no further. Veterans Auto Repair is the place to go. The owners take their time explaining their findings in a clear concise manner. Their prices are more than fair and so are they. I can't say enough good things about them and I've dealt with alot of mechanics as a widow for over 20 years. Give them a try...you'll be happy you did!

As a Veteran myself, I highly recommend you go and talk to Chris and his team before going somewhere else. They take special care of military/veterans. They are good, fair and fast. We just had a new starter put in our vehicle. We had our car back in about an hour. Price was good too.

Chris and his Team are absolutely fantastic. Son s Jeep needed a new water pump replaced quickly. Had us in and out in less than two hours at an awesome price. Gave a full inspection of Jeep and suggestions of other things that could need some TLC. Been looking for a neighborhood mechanic who I can trust and found it in Veteran Auto Care.

Got my car towed here by the recommendation of the tow guy. I highly recommend you go to Veteran's Auto for any of your needs. They replaced my heater hose very quickly and for a great price. I ve brought my car here three times so far, and each time was an amazing experience. When I needed my alternator fix, after being promised by someone else while I was on vacation that it would get done, they were able to fit me in and do it the same day so I wouldn t have to get a rental, and on a different visit Chris went above and beyond for me when I had a small hick up picking up my car. I ve had the worst luck with cars, and even worse luck with mechanics, until finding this shop. From now on Veteran Aunt shop will be my go to place.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

This place was so amazing took my car in 8/19 and thought it would take awhile to do especially since they had to order the parts. Both front cv axels were shot & needed to be replaced. They not only had the parts ordered in less then 24 hours they had my car fixed! I took my car to another place a month ago and the same repair would ve been over $1000. It was no where near that here.Also, they did not up sale me on anything. Will bring my business back! Very honest workers.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Chris and staff were very kind. Drove me home and drove my car back to me. That was exceptional! Especially since I have disabilities that limits my activities. And they were affordable and reasonable! I've refered them to my friends and family

I had my car in for the rear brakes. Guess what? They only fixed my rear brakes and did not try to up sell me on everything else my old car needs. That s a rare kind of honest. The prices were really fair. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Called on a late Saturday morning and was told to bring vehicle in.. no appointment. Had vehicle back in about two hours (crankshaft position sensor). True honest shop... thank you so much Chris, Mary and Dustin!! Will be recommending to everyone and for sure my go to place!!

Great shop that operates with integrity and honesty. They fixed my car for far less than I was expecting and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I was very impressed and I'll be coming here for everything from now on.
