They completely forgot to fill up my windshield washer fluid, light came on as soon as I pulled into the driveway. The tire pressures weren t checked, I know because I had to ask them to put air in one of my tires, this location was unable to do a tire rotation service as well. I don t believe my air cabin filter was checked either. I used to get a full light check and fluid checks at this location. For the price, I expected a lot more attention to detail. They were friendly and fast, but seems like a lot of steps were missed. Will have to try another location moving forward.

I went to Uncle Ed s to bring my charger in. I came in asked a few questions and was helped immediately with my car problems. The staff was welcoming and very professional. They told me their every move. If they was walking away to help some in else, taking my information over here etc. the staff was very knowledgeable and their prices was fair. I m truly happy with my visit

Dealt with Justin and Cj today. Great energy informed me of all my car problems and didn t try to sell me extra things I did not need. Great team and work ethic they had. Best oil change experience I ve had.Prices fair as well.

Thoroughly inspected my vehicle and changed my oil to my complete satisfaction. Ensured that I was able to use my coupon and let me know about their free services including putting air in my tires whenever. I will come back for future vehicle services.

First and last visit here for my Bronco oil change. Went here for my 1st oil change for my new Bronco. Have gone to Mighty on John R. for many years and have been happy. Decided to try this place out due to Mighty doesn't have Mobile 1 or Motorcraft which is recommended for the Bronco. 1st thing I noticed was they didn't scan my door which tells them manufacturer recommended oil and quantity. They looked it up on their computer instead. Tech says, "it takes 5W20". I have to say, check again my manual right here onscreen says "5W30 synthetic blend is recommended." Tech: oh yeah, you're right. Then I ask, "what brand of oil do you use?" since no signs anywhere. We use "Mobile...not Mobile 1". So the cheaper stuff. Price quoted, $75 for 5W30 synthetic blend oil change package. Get done, that will be $95. How we go from $75 to $95? Extra QT of oil, filter and shop fee. Wow! Mighty always gave me full quote up front since they knew quantity and filter change was needed before even starting. Never any additional surprise charges at the end without letting me know or seeking my approval. Then they never offered to reset my oil change monitor and just handed me the window sticker instead of placing it in windshield for me. All things I had gotten used to from service at Mighty. The cheaper mobil oil only had a 3K mile change interval. Not at all what you would expect from a synthetic blend oil change costing $95. Then to top it all off, I knew going in my front/left tire was 7lbs lower than the rest of my tires. You think they would have noticed and filled it for me after checking? Nope, was still 7lbs lower. Another reason I went here was because they also have a car wash. You would think they would offer some type of discount coupon or even free basic wash with oil change to promote the carwash like they do at Mighty, but no there as well. Maybe I've just grown spoiled from going to Mighty? Alls I know for sure was this was the most expensive 6 QT oil change I ever had with the least amount of service provided. I WON'T BE BACK!

I started going to Uncle Ed s for my oil changes after going other places for years. My car was making sounds and I decided to try a new oil change spot before going to a mechanic. I realized that no other place was changing my oil filter! Uncle Ed s did and my car has been good ever since.

Despite paying for a full-service oil change, several essential components of the service checklist were overlooked, including:No one opened my drivers door to look at the manufacturer recommended tire pressure affixed to the door jam.The vehicle lights were not inspected.The wiper blades were not inspected.The window wash solution is not visible in the storage container after inspecting when I arrived home.The battery was not tested.The vehicle air filter was not inspected (I questioned the quality of the service after being charged and the manager confirmed that his worker did not perform this service by yelling over and asking if he checked the filter, the response was "no")The air cabin filter was not inspected or offered to be inspected.No oil change reminder sticker was provided for the windshield.Upon realizing these oversights, I requested to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, the response from the manager on duty, was unsatisfactory. He could not confirm the completion of any items on the service checklist and made no effort to rectify the situation. Moreover, he failed to provide contact information for further escalation.This is flat out consumer fraud, charging for services not completed, but documenting them as complete. I contacted Uncle Ed's and am awaiting a response. I was holding a review until the business responds, but I was prompted multiple times by text and email to please leave a 5-star google survey, but clearly this wasn't 5-star service.

Great team at this location! I have struggled to find a reliable oil change shop, doing it yourself on some of these newer cars gets to be such a hassle. Many times you go in for a quick oil change and drive away spending way more than you initially thought. This shop has reasonable pricing and a friendly staff. I think I finally found a shop that can cater to my oil change needs without the pushy salesman!Service: Oil change

I was encouraged to get an oil flush, but I couldn t afford that with an oil change, so I was told I could use a coupon that took 15% off services, but it only applied to the oil change and not the flush. I m trying to get it fixed, but my card was already taken before I got to see the itemized bill. Now I m waiting on a district manager (Tony) whose number went straight to a full voicemail that I couldn t leave a message to, and a staff that doesn t know how to reverse a charge. Worst experience I ve had in a long time.Service: Oil change

I use to love this place but the last few times they just rush you in and out. They change your oil and that is it. They no longer check safety lights, tire pressure, or fill any other fluids besides the oil. I may have to start going elsewhere now as their "full" service is not longer that.

For the second visit in a row, I was told that they were out of "my oil" and that I would need to purchase the Premium package. I had decided to give this location another chance because I received a coupon in the mail for $20 off the oil change. Because of this, I agreed to move forward, despite having to pay for the upgraded package... until the employee handling the computer told me that it was going to be almost $140 WITH the $20 discount ($136 and some change). When I told them I was no longer interested (because of a $40 increase in the base price of the oil change I was expecting, even with the coupon) they were less than pleased, despite having done nothing but raised my hood so far. I had avoided Uncle Ed's for several years because of the incessant up-selling and pressured selling they always did, but had decided to give them another chance (since the location was convenient for servicing both of my vehicles). The last attempt had me going to a competitor because of their not having product in stock. This time not only did they not have the product, but then the sticker shock. I find it rather funny that I received a text asking for a review for an oil change I never even had done, even more so because the same young employee who entered my plate in wrong and tried to tell me it came back to a different vehicle apparently also entered my name incorrectly (according to the text). Que sera sera...

Getting back wiper blade and just the level of oil checked and they kept us in the bay for over 20 minutes when the kid said he would tale care of us. If a oil change is only "10 minutes" how is it we were stuck for so long. They definitely need to change there ways. They kept looking at us and not saying a word. I felt like they had us trapped. We finally asked to just let us out and we left. Dont go here, they were working on their personal truck in bay 2. Not giving a care about us

Had to ask for them to check tires, on paperwork they marked they checked everything they check nothing, as for them to check air filter told me it s really hard to get to it s not , very poor quality service

After getting my oil changed here I was driving my car and the engine shield came loose underneath and was scraping along the road. Discovered the screws on one side were missing so they must have messed up and lost them while reattaching it to my car. Really annoying to go for a simple oil change and leave with unnecessary damage to my car. Will never go to this location again.

Had my wife take her car there she requested mobile oil they did the oil change when she came home and told me what happened I knew something was wrong they put one bottle of mobile oil in the car and top the other 5 quarts out the barrel gun oil . For a 80 doller oil change I couldn't believe they would do something like this next day my wife car displayed a red tea cup symbol on dashboard engine low stop engine - went to another oil change place changed it and everything went away . Very sad for this to happen especially taking advantage of women that don't know about cars
