My Town Auto and collision did an amazing job fixing my Dart. They were able to custom match my color perfectly and beat any price around! Dave was a huge help and his staff too! They even had my car detailed for when I picked it up. Excellent Customer Service!

Just bought a car from these guys pretty recently. Very fair pricing, plus a friendly atmosphere amongst the staff. David was really personable and straightforward; he made the whole process quick and easy for me. Upon purchasing the car, they even replaced the old rotors and changed my oil for free! Their discounts for repair are great too; especially if you are buying a foreign car with more expensive parts/repair costs. They have gone above and beyond to make sure everything is in working order. I'm really glad I found this dealership. Very genuine and honest people

Worked directly with the owner Dave. He was very professional, flexible, and was even washing my vehicle by hand when I arrived to pick it up. Him and his team fixed my smashed in right front door and the paint job looks perfect. Thanks again. I recommend everyone to his shop.

A few years ago, I was finally able to buy my dream truck! I found it My Car Auto and it looked great (from the outside.) I bought the truck then the issues started. I should have listened to myself when I thought it was to good to be true. From the title not matching the miles on the truck to the unbelievable repairs that were done before they sold it to us. I took it to a body shop my friend works after it was hit by a deer and now the issues are seen, and the problems continue. They have never seen such a hack job!! The owner told me that this is the acceptable way to fix a truck by drilling holes in it and filling it with bondo. Now, in order to get the truck fixed properly we will be spending thousands of dollars out of pocket. Even though there has been issue after issue, and now this, I was willing to take the blame for making the decision but when the body shop working on my truck calls to go over this and get information from My Town Auto he was cussed and called unnecessary names. I recommend that no one does business with these people ever! They are shady and rude (after they get your money of course.)

I've been taking my vehicles to My Town Auto since 2011. I also take my company work trucks when they break down. The people there service my trucks quickly and thoroughly to get them back on the road. They have saved my company thousands of dollars in "would be down time". It is difficult to find trustworthy and personable people to deal with but I am lucky to find that with this company. Very professional and personable at the same time. I have recommended them in the past and will continue to do so.

I took my SUV last week for a couple things I needed to be fixed in my truck. The outcome was great and the time promised of when I would be getting my truck back was on point! The staff is extremely nice. I dealt with David Paul and he explained everything that was going to be repaired on my truck and yet it came out looking brand new. Thank you David I will defiantly come back if I encounter anything else with my vehicle.

Dave is the most honest guy I have ever met to work ona strangers car. The friendliness and service is the best in. The owner himself worked in my Hummer, my truck is looking like a brand new 2019 truck. Amazing work I cant praise them enough.

My Town Auto what can I say? I m so surprised and satisfied and thankful for your service, I Just purchased a brand new Jeep and less than 3 week got into car accident and reck the front end of my truck I was so upset anger and worried about what I would do and who will fix it, I was refurred through a friend and when I say I m so happy and satisfied with the remodeling of my truck. Thank you so much one of the best collision shops I ve known ever and will recommend any and everybody to his service for any collision work and any car sales they do it all and I promise you you won t be upset . I love my truck it s back brand new again Thanks to David and his team they are the best . Very friendly and trustworthy. David really made sure I left with a smile on my face.

Bought a fast and dependable car from My Town Auto. Let me tell you about my wonderful experience. I seen the car I wanted there online and it was perfect so I went in and was going to finance, sadly I was not able to get approved through my many failed attempts. My town still held the car for me for almost 2 weeks. Finally when I was about to give up on the car I called and they suggested 2 places to try and get approved for an auto loan and what do you know I was approved instantly with a great rate too. After I got the car the check engine light came on. I brought it right back the next day and they said no problem well take care of it and did so right away. Turns out that was not the main problem, but once we figured out what it was they fixed it, it took a little longer than I expected but it was OK because they gave me a rental car free of charge and no hassle. Now I have my car back and I love it I will definitely recommend this place to people!!

I have been fixing my cars at my town auto for the last five years. The service is always superior,prompt and fast. I always get my car clean and detailed in addition to it being fixed . This collision shop and Auto Dealer is honest straight forward and someone I can trust to do business with. In this fast paced life that I live it is always good to have a trusting friend like My Town Auto.

David and the rest of the staff were very helpful and accommodating while purchasing my new vehicle. They were more than fair on price, and really went above and beyond to ensure I was able to take my car home as quickly as possible. Definitely recommend checking them out.

One of the b St place to get your car fixed.. I loved the quality of work done by David and his team.. it was a bit expensive but it was ok because insurance covered it.i not only got my car well taken care of but also made a good friend. David you are the best. I will definitely recommend this place for any car repair work.

Wow! I've been going through My town for a little over a year. I must say I've Never experienced anything other then good people. Any time something went wrong with my truck, they fixed it and not only did they take care of my car. They also gave me another car to drive so that i wouldn't be without a vehicle. I've referred many friends and family to them. No compliants. Sorry about other's bad experience's, but I have to say mine has been very pleasant every time.

I have been going to MY Town Auto for 2 years now. Can honestly say they are wonderful people.. I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased it is in great shape and got it at an amazing price..The staff is always friendly and professional. .would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Been looking for a Durango for awhile and after a not so great experience at another lot, we found the perfect one at My Town Auto. Dave was a pleasure to work with. Honest, not pushy, to the point and extremely nice. I can't say enough about our experience. We are stoked that we found our dream Durango and it was a great price Next time we are in the market for a vehicle, this will be our first stop.

My vehicle was involved in a minor accident with scratches. It only took a couple of days for them to fix my car and it was professionally done. My first reaction was "You can't even tell anything ever happened." Would recommend

I am a car dealer and I dealt with My Town Auto in a dealer transfer. My Town Auto said they do all of their own body work and mechanical work there and assured everything was perfect. I picked up the car which was priced very fairly but for a 2011 Jeep with less than 100k miles it had a misfire causing the check engine light to be on, the airbag light was on, tire pressure, and seatbelt sensor was broke. All of these problems were pretty shocking. It also was not clean and was missing the spare tire. I do believe they are priced fairly but be sure to check the car over very well first because they will NOT be honest with you about the car.EDIT: You say it was sold as is, that may be but doesn't mean you didn't flat out lie about several things. But it's ok it ran like crap which was fixed for 100 bucks, and we fixed all the other lights for another 50. If you would actually fix these cars you would make more and your customers would be happier.

I recently got into a car accident and was referred by a friend, best decision ever! I was so stressed out, worried about the damage done to my car ..Jack took all of that stress right off my shoulders! So professional and got the job done as quickly as possible. Just got my car back today and it s in mint condition, even the inside was cleaned and vacuumed! I will always refer people to this shop!

I would give this place a big negative! My fianc� took his motorcycle tank there just for paint. They had discussed a set price when he dropped it off. It was dropped off Thursday and Rick (owner) said it would be ready on Monday but it wasn't, it was ready a week later. When he went to pick it up they did extra work they weren't told to do and wanted to charge him double what they had spoken about. My fianc� wouldn't pay for it so Rick took it to the back and ruined it. This is by far the worst auto shop he has ever been too. I strongly suggest everyone stays away from this terrible place.

This is the absolute WORST place to buy a car from. Rick is is a terrible owner and if you finance they will do whatever they can to keep you in that contract. I wouldn't advise my worst enemy to ever get a car from them. Save your money and a headache. And to the Owner who said that they are just the dealer not the finance company you're wrong stop lying, you're both. It's a buy here pay here lot. Auto Advance of America is owned by the same people who own My Town Auto, like i said Rick and the rest are terrible and have no business trying to sell cars all they do is try scam people. If could give a negative star rating i would.

I was a few minutes late to purchase a vehicle that i had picked out on carguru, i got insurance on it and let them know that i was coming! Unfortunately someone came in just a few min sooner with a stack of cash. I was upset that i had drove almost 2 hrs to this place and they just sold my flipping ride!! Well anyways to make a long story short, i am now driving the same vehicle (better color) they threw new 20's and new goodyear tires on it, tuned it, serviced the tranny, detailed it, new brakes and rotors all the way around, it had fewer miles and delivered it to my door 70 + miles away two days later!! And for the same price as the one i originally wanted! I would recommend these guy's to anyone! Parent's you may want to have your kids put thier ear muffs on! Lol, a lot of shop talk, cursing around my boy..that was the only negative..Everything else was great!

My Town Auto came through for me when I needed my car repaired quickly. They had my vehicle done when they said they would and it has been running beautifully. The staff was courteous and kind! So happy I went here!

We just bought a van there and the front counter guy, named Terry, rode with us. When we turned the A/C on in the van, since it was a chilly day, it seemed cold so we asked, "does the A/C work" and he replied "yes". We also asked, " is there anything else wrong with it?" which he replied "no". On the way home, I noticed the Cruise Control wasn't working. The next day was warm and we tried the A/C again and it wasn't cold at all, it was actually warm. So, I filled up the A/C with fluid and it immediately leaked out. This is a fix that will probably cost us quite a bit and needs to be done since we're going to Florida next month.Other issues we've been experiencing after the sale are:Brakes are surging and making a horrible noisespare tire cover is gonehe assured us that different seat could be purchased (we were told no from the Dodge dealership)The roof rack was missing the bars that go between the two structure barsIn the room when signing the papers he said "I drive all my cars. I wouldn't sell a car that I would not drive myself."Well, would you like this van back because we were told lies about it?

I was referred to this place after an accident and was blown away by the customer service. David and his team didn't settle until my car was PERFECT. I've referred dozens of people to them over the years and all have felt the same way. The peace of mind alone is priceless. Thank you MTA!

Best auto shop I ve ever used!! Been going to them since I was 18. Fast , reliable, and decent pricing! 2 times I ve had to call for a tow and both times were there within the hour rain or shine!

I recently bought a used car from My Town Auto. The staff was friendly and helpful. The owner, Rick walked me through the whole process. I got a great deal on the car and I am very pleased with my experience at this dealership.

Hardly gave me the time of day. Strange policies about loans, I'm guessing since it's a small place.. they don't take long term loans. Didn't check my credit or ask to see pay stubs, just brushed me off. I won't be back. Also, in reference to the owner's response. I just was given a loan by Capital One for 18,000 with the max APR of 9.17% with my credit. Obviously, they didn't want to take the time.

Such a poor excuse for a company, I couldn't possibly give this place a worse review.Every single word they speak is straight out of their asses. Don't trust a single thing that is promised to you! I purchased a 7000 dollar car from them and when I arrived to pick it up, they failed to have it ready as promised. It didn't have a battery in it which they specifically said they would have put in before I got there. && THEN, they don't give me the the correct copies of paperwork I need because apparently their printer wasn't working and I was told it would be mailed but it never was (along with the title that I received too late to keep my interest rate from rising) and then I wasn't ever notified that my plate arrived until it was passed my expiration date on the temporary and I had to repeatedly call them and drive up there when they wouldn't answer or call back, they then tried to explain they have no idea where my plate is because they fired their secretary guy, come to find out later that they were just trying to cover that they made a mistake and put my plate on someone else's vehicle... & if that isn't enough to turn you away from this company, I was promised a free detail and gift certificate to make up for the mistake so I gave them 24 hour notice I was coming to get it done and then upon my arrival they had no clue what I was talking about because the owner Rick failed to inform his employees or keep up his end of the deal. Honestly Rick doesn't have even the slightest clue how to run a business. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Called Leo on the phone Saturday to set up a time to come test drive a vehicle. He said Saturday wasn t good so come Sunday. I left work early to go test drive the vehicle but when I arrived the place was closed with no one there. A simple text letting me know he couldn t make it would of been nice but instead I wasted my time. Very unprofessional.

These guys are excellent!... When it was taking me months to sell my car they were able to sell it for me in literally three days and get me into a 2015 Range Rover HSE for a lot cheaper then standard MSRP prices at the over priced Land Rover dealerships. These guys deal with exotic and foreign vehicles which is what I like to buy and a lot better service then most dealers in the local area. I would highly recommend working with any sales person there due to their professionalism. The gentleman who helped me sell my car and get me back on the road in a matter of one week was David Yousif. Thanks again for all your help MyTown staff, will definitely be doing business again and referring more people your way!
