First of all, I love Jason H at the Madison Heights location, he is so amazing. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Midas Auto Repair s service for the first time and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and a warm atmosphere. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues with my car in detail, ensuring I understood the necessary repairs. What impressed me the most was their transparency and honesty. The customer service here is absolutely top-notch. Jason is awesome. He was absolutely fantastic with communication and accommodating me while my repairs were completed. This has easily been the best experience that I've had with any mechanic shop. I'll be back if I need any other work done.

Adam is the best! He took my car in last minute because I found out I had a nail in my tire. He was so nice and they completed the work very quickly. Will definitely come back here for any future needs!

The car repair services that I received from Midas from the Manager Jason and the Technician Adam was exceptional and outstanding customer service that was provided. They both were knowledgeable and professional of communicating with me of what was going on with my vehicle. The estimate quoted was a reasonable price considering the repairs that needed to be done. There was not a long wait upon the time the vehicle was brought into the repair shop to be inspected. I give my overall repair visit a 5 Star Google review.

Jason and Adam really helped me in a bind! I arrived about 30 minutes before they closed, so initially I would have had to reschedule for the weekend, but I had no oil in my car at this point, so I would not have made it. Fortunately, they had one filter in stock I needed, so Jason made the executive decision to complete the appointment right then, and Adam was gracious enough to follow through in less than 30 minutes after closing. Now I can make it to work tomorrow (which is an hour away)! Also, Adam made a reminder on my sticker to return 3,000 less than it needs to be so I don't run on fumes again--and next time I'll arrive at least an hour before closing My first time at a Midas shop and these two have made it my new spot. Thanks guys!

Had a wonderful experience getting my oil changed. Prices were reasonable, customer service was amazing, and the work was quick but well. Jason in particular was very friendly, thorough, and professional. I will definitely be taking my car here from now on for my car needs!

I went to this location to get an oil change about 3 weeks ago. My oil change light came on which was very strange since it's only been 3 weeks ago I got the oil change service. I called and asked for advice to see what may be causing the light to come on so soon. The associate who answered the call told me not to worry about it sometimes it happens and I should watch a tutorial on YouTube on how to reset the light which in my opinion was a very unprofessional response and it felt like my concern didn't matter to that person. I took my car to have it looked at another place, and they told me that the oil was leaking, and wherever I got the oil change from didn't tighten up the valve correctly and it was very loose. I was advised by the mechanic that if I were to keep driving like this I would have likely to have issues with my engine. Which is scary!!! Like who's running this Midas, are they using YouTube tutorials to work on the cars? I would never go back to this place and if you had gotten work done on your car please check and see if it was properly done. Do better guys and take people's concerns seriously!!!

Jason and Nate were exceptional from start to finish.Upon inspecting the tire, Jason demonstrated professionalism and expertise, quickly identifying the issue and explaining the necessary repairs. I give this location 5 stars. The customer service is excellent. Everyone is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I will continue to come to this Midas they give great quotes and Jason at the front desk will get you right. Thank you Midas for your terrific service.

Excellent customer service. I made an appointment online in advance. Oil change, tire rotation and inspection for only thirty dollars. Full synthetic. Booked a morning eight to ten appt but it was done by five after nine. I trust the Midas Touch.

Jason, Jason Jason . greeted me on the phone. I drive an older vehicle and I was in need of a part that was not so readily available. Jason went above & beyond searching where I could get part at reasonable rate. Dealer recommended that I replace Much More than I needed. Consequently, I was able to return additional parts, plus my out the door ticket price for repairs was not inflated. Thank You Jason! In So Many Cases where I feel cheated as a woman getting my car serviced, I felt empowered.Thank You

Great experience with the team here. Came in for an oil change and they let me know my battery was hanging on by a thread. Held my vehicle overnight and ordered a battery overnight to be placed first thing in the morning. The team arranged a ride for me to get to the shop as well so I could head straight to work. Turned what could ve been a real headache into a breeze. Will definitely be returning to these guys in the future

I go here because of the honesty. Jason made sure I was only getting repairs done I needed, AND got me the best price in the area! I m getting tires put on another vehicle by this Midas just because of the great service of a previous vehicle.

This place is a joke!! Four tires (one of which was "free") and an oil change for almost $700! Charged me $70 for missing a lug nut key. Said my Catalytic converter was missing, but my car is not loud at all. Said I have an oil leak but there's not a drop of oil in my driveway. Said my water pump is bad but my car never over heats. Avoid this place at all costs.

What a scam! Charged us 70.00 for a missing locking lugnut. Fine. But then told us we had a missing catalytic converter, a bad water pump, bad radiator hoses, bad shocks...First of all, if you're missing a converter, your car would be loud right? Its part of the exhaust system.Also, told us our car was leaking oil.Um.....wouldn't I see evidence on the ground?I'm a woman...not knowing much about cars, but I think I would know if my car was loud and leaking oil?Total morons!!!!! Just trying to get more money out of people.Never again!!!!!

Over the past ten years, I have taken four cars to Midas in Madison Heights, and all four cars are still on the road. The staff is fantastic. Alachai runs the show and does a great job. They involve you in the repair process, in terms of sharing information and providing clear explanations and solutions. All of the mechanics are skilled, especially the master mechanic, who is seriously talented. Glad to be back on the road once again!! Thanks everyone.

The service was great! I needed new tires and my car wouldn t start in my driveway, so I called to cancel my appointment. They asked my address and sent out someone to jump my car for me so that I could take it in! Very nice and helpful staff.

Midas of Madison Heights has been my preferred place for getting work done on my vehicles-from the simplest to the most complex-for more than 10 years now. Managers, management, and ownership may have changed, but its credo to excel in delighting customers with superlative service hasn't! The new team leader, Alekei, is a very fine, young gentleman who has redefined the very concept of customer-service. His team that includes Dan, Anthony and the rest is as good as him, when it comes to taking care of customers and doing a great job. Thank you, Midas, Madison Heights!

Amazing service is the best way to describe this location. We called different Midas locations and they gave us conflicting information that didn't align with what we saw online regarding a promotion that was offered for buy 2 get 2 free tires. This was the only location that was willing to honor it.The gentleman gave us a quote over the phone and the next morning I came in and paid my deposit to order the tires. Unfortunately the tires ended up being out of stock but we were able to just upgrade and get a set that was a little more that was still under the promo. They even offer Lyft service to take you home and pick you up, which is pretty cool. My husband is raving about how well his car is driving now. Definitely check this place out if in need of tires.
