Great place! They always do an excellent job with our oil changes and minor repairs. Always friendly and upfront. They do a full service oil change and are honest about tire and brakes. Highly recommend to all our friends and family.

Scammers, tried charging me $100 for a full synthetic oil change but wanted to drop it to $60 when I said I d get it done for that at Planet oil change. Also tried selling me on services I didn t even need. Save your money for an honest place of business.

Love this oil change shop, I'm usually in and out within 20 minutes and like that they don't try to bombard you with fast chatter box talk and unnecessary repairs.

Be careful will overcharge you for such as saying you got bottle oil change when you just received bulk drum pumped oil which is usually considerable lower cost.

I'll be sticking with Walmarts $20 oil after the complete SCAM that happened last oil change. I have been to major oil maybe four times. The first time they needed to have a new customer base (now I know why) so my basic oil change was $30. The second time $30. The Third time $60 because I got a new air filter. The final time $60 for a BASIC oil change. No topping off fluids, no extra high-end oil, no new air filter, no tire rotation, no nothing!!! They charged me what I paid the last time but I got an air filter with that one. Here's the kicker too they didn't even fill my tires with air. It said they did and a week later I'm driving on a 1/2 empty tire. Filled it up with my own compressor and it's good to go. Seriously???? $60 for cheap oil & filter is essentially all I paid for. Oh and I guess the free one time car wash.. wooo. Tried to sell me $100+ transmission fluid but I told him I know someone in a dealership who can do that. My tires are from Walmart, I get free rotations when I go there. Only came here because its faster service. I'll stick with slow but GOOD.Probably unrelated but my air conditioner isn't working now either. Older car with a lot of miles, never know.

Brought my car in for a oil change. Had gone to a dealership every other time. Went here once they stripped out the bolt for my oil pan. Now have to get a new oil pan. I had called ahead to see if they have worked on VW s and said they have worked on plenty. Then I took it in because a day after it was having problems and the VW dealership said the bolt for the oil pan had been stripped out. This was because of the people that worked on oil change.

Been coming here since I got my first car, (over ten years) they have always done me right, they don t push up sells like Other places. There has been multiple times when the owner has let me slide out given me discounts for being a repeat customer, there real mechanics and do quality work I ve always had confidence in my car pulling out of there shopServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Beware! This guy is a very smart cheater. He had promised that free car Wash with an oil change. After the oil change, he refused the car wash and lied. One good thing is that oil is good. I ve been coming here for a few years now and they always have the best customer service! I won t go anywhere else! I got an oil change and tire rotation today, and the kind fellas had me in and out of their shop in no time! Definitely recommend, especially if you re always in hurry like myself. They did a tune up on my kia soul. My car has never run so good! Not even the day I bought it! They also plugged my back tire twice and I have not had a problem with it even in the cold. I always get my oil changed there and they always check all the fluids and tire pressure. I love this place because they do a top- notch job and I never have to wait.I am a single woman so I need a little extra help.

I ve been going to this shop ever since I got my first car. I usually love it here and send everyone there way!! But, I went to get a headlight fixed. They called me back three different times with three different prices instead of asking their employee the price I was given or writing it down at the time I initially made the deposit. Went to pick up my car. They closed earlier than there google page said but that s fine. I understand those aren t always accurate. But, when I was there I noticed my window was entirely down and my doors were unlocked. So, I called the number that called me earlier and he told me no one would be back to do it and he hopes it doesn t rain :)

I had been coming to this place on and off for a few years for oil changes and had always been satisfied. Never pushy, good price, in and out. I went in today and it was different. They were really pushy with trying to up sell the usual extras (this is black, that needs to be changed, etc.), despite my polite insistence that I only wanted a basic oil change and new oil filter.The kicker was when the guy insisted he only had some fancy synthetic oil, and that the cheapest it would be was $60, which is utter nonsense.Won't ever go back. Don't try to scam your long time customers.Service: Oil change

Kind of an odd experience. Pulled in to get an oil change and was quoted $115 which is on the higher end but whatever did it anyway. Another customer pulled in next to me and was quoted the same but when they didn t like the price, the tech offered a $20 discount, and then offered to call his boss to see what they could offer when the first discount was rejected. They offered a $30 discount. Not once was I offered any kind of discount. Rubbed me the wrong way that pricing is done on a case by case scenario.

This guy is a con man. Bought a Groupon for an oil change, he then said it was going to be double the price plus fees. But if I 'returned' the Groupon he would give me a better price. He then tried to convince me that the oil alone is $80. He's a con man just trying to push people out of their money. I left without service. Will never go here again.

I went there to get my tires changed and he said it would be 50 dollars but when I came back he charged me 120 dollar and called the police because I asked why he did that and when I went to pay he would refuse to take credit card and the police had to help me to get my vehicle back and he kept asked for money before the work was completed. Don t go there unless you want to suffer like I did. No one should go there take my word would not recommend to many one.

Had a terrible experience getting my oil changed and tires rotated. They lost my oil cap, took the guard off my 2018 Silverado, which I don t believe I heard them reinstall, and then made me wait 30 minutes to have my tires rotated. All in all it s a very sketchy place and it took well over an hour for them to perform a simple oil change and tire rotation. Also they added an extra $70 to the Groupon charge because my truck took different oil...Services: Tires, Oil change

Owner too pushy. Told me I don't pay $20 for an oil change. I do. Told me no shop uses conventional oil any more. They do. He sold me synthetic blend and insisted that's the only oil I could get for my truck. Waaaaay too argumentive to make a sale.

I would give them 0 Stars if I could. Was in need of Three Valve stems changed out on my car on a Sunday which they were open thankfully. But after the gentleman working the counter said he could do it I asked how much, his response was $120, $40 a tire for a new valve stem are you kidding me!!! As I was walking out the door he said wait I can do it for $100....Seriously!!!!!!! Left his shop called my last resort which should of been my first call Walmart tire center and walked out paying $9 for three new valve stems, now if he would of told me yeah I could do all three for $40 I would of said sure just to support a small business. But damn quotes me $120 and then I go get the same work for $9 at another place .... If they charge that for valve stems I could only imagine what he charges for a harder repair...So if you like blowing your money go here....

If there was a way to give no stars I would!! Hell with this place! Went there with a go kart tire (mind you, it s the size of a basketball), to have a simple valve stem put in that I EVEN PROVIDED and the guy was rude as hell and wanted to charge me 20$ then proceeds to try and swindle me in paying him 15$ then 10$ !!!Seriously! For a valve stem? You can go F yourself for that price That s highway robbery! I will never step foot on his property ever again and will tell everyone I know not to deal with this crook, looks like I m not the only one to say this either based on the other reviews on here! I drove around the corner to MADISON TIRE and the very nice people over there honestly and unexpectedly did it for free! Took him less than 5 min, I didn t even shut the car off! I was expecting to pay maybe 5$ or so but no more than 10$! Did it for free and said remember me when your car needs fixed! ....Absolutely brother! Customer for life!Don t waste your time and pocketbook with this clown at Major Oil and his led lights to make his place look good, probably paid for them by way over charging people like he tried to do with me and probably others as well!

I purchased a Groupon for Transmission flush at this establishment, it's about a 40 minute drive from my home, but the deal seemed worth it. Before purchasing, I of course read the fine print but it said nothing about specific makes/models of car not being covered.Upon arrival, they said they couldn't change the transmission fluid on my Honda because "they don't have the fluid" and then went on to explain that they don't carry it at all, they then said that I could go to the dealership myself, purchase the fluid and bring it to them for the transmission flush, or they could special order it and it would take a few days and cost an additional **$80** for the cost of the 'special' transmission fluid my Honda needed. I've driven Honda's for 20 years and honestly never heard such a thing. Needless to say I refunded the Groupon and went for ice cream. Seriously, don't bother with this place.

DO NOT GO HERE! They will raise the price when you arrive for various reasons. What I thought would be a $45 full synthetic oil change turned into a $63 oil change. I purchased a Groupon that would have been a great deal, but they said that I needed a special filter and changed me an extra $18 for it! A filter for my car does not cost more than $5 so I call BS on that. Then my car smelled like burning and my low oil light came on and wouldn't go off. They didn't apologize or try to make things right, just told me I should get it checked out by a dealership. Save yourself some time and money, go elsewhere. This place is not centered on providing good customer service and only aims to scam you out of money.

My parents brought their escape here for service on the exhaust. Quoted $950 because it needed a special part from Ford. After declining services the employee offered to reduce to $700, then to $600. Wisely they decided to go elsewhere despite paying the $50 diagnostic fee. All the services were performed same day for under $500 at WearMaster right up the road. Do yourself or your family a favor and avoid getting ripped off here.
