I had my oil and wiper blades changed here and it was one of the best experiences I ve ever had servicing my car. Moe was informative and cared about my car and me as a customer. I also left without emptying my bank account. Thanks moe!

Mo went above and beyond to assist me today. While changing my oil he helped repair items on my car that I was and was not aware that needed fixing at no extra cost. I went there a couple weeks ago for an oil change and the two gentlemen working were great! Helped answer all the questions I had and were very professional. Would recommend this spot for your oil change needs!

Gavin helped me out with great service, very friendly and right down to business. He showed me my car's paper oil filter and explained the potential problems of running on it too long. Overall great experience!

Quoted one price for an oil change. Then the bill had an extra $13 for an additional quart of oil, which he didn't bring up. The technician dripped oil all over the engine cover, paint and chrome. I had to do a cleanup job when I got home. Not impressed for my first visit.

Excellent service! They are informative and professional! Super helpful in providing the best care for your vehicle! I ve been going to them for a year now and will never go elsewhere for my vehicle! Oil changes, tune ups etc. they know what they re doing! I trust them to provide the best services and my vehicle has never had a problem since going to them for upkeep! Gavin and Moe were the best! I came in, a young, innocent girl looking for an oil change, and they did not make me feel pressured to buy anything I didn't want to. My spoiler was in my trunk which had come off due to an automatic car wash, and they put it back on just as new with no complaints. They got themselves a new regular customer!

Great experience, very nice and friendly. Gavin changed the oil in my suv and was kind during the entire acquaintance. He didn t push things in my face like most other oil shops do. Straight shooter. Also since I was the only one there at the time, the other employee Moe went around and filled any tires w air that needed it, and even put on valve stem caps that were missing!..If you want a quick, friendly, fast, un-intimidating oil change experience this is the one! I know where I ll be taking my cars too for now on.

Do NOT go here! They are liars and cheaters. We went to get an oil change my husband asked them to also check differentials and transfer case they said they did they didn t and told him everything was full.Then charged him $70 and proceeded to tell him they now use blended oil my husband didn t ask for blended oil. When he went home to check because he heard the guy ask how to do it, the other guy never went down in the pit to show him. We paid my husband came home and checked sure enough hadn t been touched he his now in the cold putting those fluids in. Waste of money . Waste of time . Feeling cheated

They charged me a 100 for an oil change and engine cleaning. They did not change my filter nor did they clean the engine like they said they did. Worst place ever. Only come here if you want to ripped off.

Came here for an oil change and was advised by Mo that on a prior visit the tech replaced my oil with the wrong oil (bulk conventional) when my engine calls for full synthetic.He politely explained the full synthetic is by manufacturer recommendation and prevents any future damage to the engine. Thank you Mo for your courteous and professional service. You have found a dedicated customer in me.

Former mechanic here. Used them for oil changes only so far, but on 3 of our vehicles. They are friendly, efficient, and thorough. I do about 75 percent of the work on our cars, I really only really take cars in for specialty jobs that I don't have the setup, knowledge or time for. Oil changes don't save me enough money to make it worth doing it myself, but I'm on top of virtually everything else going on with our vehicles. Where I am going with this, is that I'd be the wrong guy to suggest services or replacement of things that didn't need to be done- which many of these oil change places are famous for. This has not happened here in my 3 visits.. Add to that, their prices are reasonable too. Haven't used them for any actual repairs so far, but at this point I would definitely consider it.Service: Oil change

Great service and very friendly! I found them on accidentally. I went to the top name oil change spots (their name starts with a V) and was told it was a super long wait. I said nope next and saw this place and it Was like an oasis in the desert! I ll be driving from Waterford to have all my vehicles serviced here!

These guys were great! I had been looking for a go-to oil change place since moving to the area a couple years ago, and I am happy I found Instant Kwick Lube They were very nice, transparent (taking me step-by-step through everything they were doing), and overall really took care of my Ford Maverick. Coming from the daughter of a mechanic, I was recommended by my dad & man this place doesn t disappoint. They always take great care of my car & give me great deals. I always praise them, they re the only oil change that I ll ever recommend. They are the best shop around hands down. The guys there always put a smile on my face, they take pride in their job & it definitely shows. I wish I could give more than 5stars.Service: Oil change

They put the K in Kwick! Phenomenal customer service. I inquired if they offered tire repair. They DO NOT but Musa was so sweet. He said" if u have repair kit I can do it." I keep one in my car because of frequent flats. I arrived 5 minutes later. My tire was off within minutes of arrival. The tool in the kit I brought broke. Musa went to auto store and bought a new repair kit. He then repaired my tire and wouldn't let me pay him not even a tip. Everyday heros do exist. Thank you so much. Vist this place they are good people.

So the first time I came here I was happy with the work they did, oil change was done at a discount and the manager told me to come back sometime for a flush of something else. Which he said would also be discounted. I did, and it wasn't, because it was someone else working- full price which was fine.But IMMEDIATELY after, my car started leaking oil- like a lot. So I brought it back up, asked them to look at it and the guy working immediately says yeah you have no oil in here at all but it wouldn't be anything we did because we didn't go near the oil last time- but he says he'll look at it just in case, and when he does he immediately started rushing me out. "Yep I don't know, take it to a mechanic I guess, we don't fix this here but it shouldn't be a big deal"So I did. Took it to my mechanic, who we've used for years with all our cars. They look at it and right away see that my oil pan has been crushed and a line was snipped which obviously caused the leak. And that was definitely not there last time. The mechanic suggested I take my bill back to the oil place and make them reimburse me for it because it was plainly obvious that they caused the issue, but I don't even want to waste any more of my time with this place. Super disappointed that they would take advantage like that. We'll never go back.Service: Oil change

Great Service!! Moussa is a wonderful guy. Professional and precise about the work. Got my Freon, oil change, wipers. All under one roof! Great place to take your car. I wish I could give more than 5 stars

I was in a rush and really needed an oil change. I got in quickly and being my first time there he gave me such a great price! Will definitely be going there again. Friendly staff too!

This business is pretty new to Madison hts , but not new to the profession, the owner had the same business in another city for 17yrs if I remember correctly. Great service and very affordable!! Definitely returning

The gentleman at the shop treated me like a person. Not just a customer. He was kind, thoughtful, well informed and it was obvious he was working hard(only dude in the shop). Top off all the fluids. Will be going back for sure.Would recommend.

He (Alex) was getting ready to close his car was warming up out back, and still did my oil change with a huge smile and a happy heart- Full of energy and kindness less than a mile from my home topped off all my fluids, checked the air in my tires- a bit pricey but worth it- I'll be back!
