I would give 10 stars if I could! We have so many options in our area for collision, but go with GLC!!! Dave was prompt and really presented my options well for my repair. He was considerate of my pocket book and livelihood, which was so appreciated; I've never experienced that with automotive folks! He was honest, genuine and real. I feel like I'm typically taken advantage of, but not at Great Lakes Collision! Great people, great local business; they do great work! You won't be disappointed going here.

These guys are awesome! I went to them because of the great reviews and they lived up to them. I initially worked with Peter who was incredibly courteous and helpful. My car was involved in a rear end collision, and it's also 11 years old. He gave me some great options on what they could do, being I didn't want or need it to be showroom new since this was out of pocket. When I finally decided to get it fixed, I worked with Andy (the owner). The professionalism and customer service exceeded my expectations. He communicated with me every step of the way, gave me options and came in under estimate. If you need your car repaired, these are the guys! I'm beyond pleased with the results (note. The rust spot was there prior to the accident, I elected to not have that fixed).

We had quite a few bumps to fix on our daughter s car and we were referred to Great Lakes by a family member. . Great job on the repairs, reasonable pricing. They were great about offering repair options to keep the price down. They will get all our repair business going forward.

If you need a collision shop, look no further and call Great Lakes Collision now! Easy shop to work with and absolutely fantastic work! Hope to never need a collision shop again; if I do, I will be back no questions asked. Rest assured, if you are in need and take your car here, you'll know what I'm talking about.I was rear ended within 3 months of purchasing a car I have desired for roughly 4 years. My car was in near showroom condition and thought about selling the car after my wreck. I talked with a fellow car guy and he recommended Great Lakes Collision so I gave them a try. Talking with Andy and the guys, I knew I was in the right spot! My car was returned in BETTER condition than when I bought it!

We were referred to Great Lakes Collision by a friend a few years ago and have never been disappointed! We have now utilized them a handful of occasions and their expertise supersedes our expectations every time! The owner and his team are the ultimate professionals and are a pleasure to work with!

Terrible experience. I was rear ended and had my front and rear bumper/hatch damaged. At first these guys were awesome. My car is a base model, we worked out a deal where I could pay out of pocket on top of what insurance is paying to fix my car with premium parts. I was very excited. They sent me pictures through out the entire process. Well, I went to pick up my car and was devistated. Front bumper installed crooked, rear hatch installed off center, They damaged one of my mud flaps and tried to say it was already like that, he said he look my mud flaps off during repair process and couldn't have damaged them, well he must have forgotten he sent me pictures through the entire repair process because every picture had my mud flaps still on, even when rear bumper was removed. So then he tried to sell me some off brand fake rally armor flaps when I use nice gorilla flaps. I left very upset and got home to find more problems. The rear tail light that they had to replace doesn't even work, and it's not the bulbs the wiring is jacked, the plastics on my hatch are literally hanging off my hatch, there was greasy hand prints on top of my tan cloth interior, broken plastics on hatch, my rear hatch wiper doesn't even work properly anymore and the paint.... They must have used one coat of clear if any because it's already deteriorating and they didn't even use clear coat on the grill I paid out of pocket for them to paint. Andy the owner said to bring it back and they will fix the problems but I'm honestly terrified to take it back here. This place is terrible and I regret ever coming here.

Greetings,I have been using Great Lakes Collision for almost a decade now. Whenever I have car trouble, I feel comfortable going to them for advice. Since I go there for almost everything, they'll refer me to places that can help with areas that they don't cover, and I've received great service from those places as well. GLC provides professional customer service and great automotive advice.These guys go above and beyond to ensure that you receive quality service at great prices!Thanks Andy,~Det.Teacher

Andy at GLC is wonderful, as is the entire shop. No one wants to need a collision shop, much less twice in a year (NOT my fault!) but Andy and the crew at GLC, takes a stressful experience and put everything into perspective. With a touch of humor, friendliness, consistency and great communication as well. Everything I look for in a business!

Amazing job replacing my front bumper and fixing a few other things wrong with my car. Pictures were provided to me during the repair process and the car was done in a week. Great turn around and amazing company

As a 22 yr old female I feel like mechanic shops play me off as dumb and I always end up feeling ripped off. However that's definitely not the case here. Everyone here is extremely nice, and I'm definitely only going here from now on!

he cheated me and charged over $100 for air condition recharge and it went off in 2 days when i went back he didn't answer me and didn't help me at all.i went their with reference wasted my too much time and money.
