I tried to call the Royal Oak location on Woodward. but them had closed down. When I called to talk to Elvie, he assured me that the Madison Heights location would be able to take care of my flat tire. When I went there, I met Felicia and Nate. The got me in pretty quick and fixed my tire. Even through I didn't buy the warranty on the tires, he didn't charge me for fixing the tire. I'm very happy with the service Nate was able to offer me. When you go, make sure you ask for Nate or Felicia.

I visited family in Lower Michigan , I drove down from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. My truck over heated in Southfield , I had it towed to Good Year in Madison Heights , Mi. It was after hours. Next morning Nate the Mgr called me and told me the water pump blew and needed to be replaced, he quoted me the price , I approved it and work began . By 4 pm Nate called and said the truck was ready. Glenn the repair tech had drove it and all was fine. I got there took a short ride only to find out there was no heat. The tech was gone home for the day so Nate went and checked it out. Asked if I could bring it back on Monday ( This was Saturday) . I was there by 7:30 am, they took the truck back , they bled the lines and maybe flushed them too, but the heat was working great. ! I drove back to the UP on Tuesday no issues or problems. I can t express enough how helpful , kind and courteous Nate and Glenn were. Total professionalism from start to finish. I even got a follow up call to make sure everything was good . I highly recommend Good Year Madison Heights for any car repairs you need. Thank you again Nate and Glenn for an outstanding repair job on my truck

I called seeking 4 new tires for my car knowing little to nothing about the process. I spoke with Nate who helped me understand the time frame of the job and plan around my schedule to insure my car would be available when I needed it to be AND followed through on that promise. Nate also offered me a better product than I was asking for and even saved me a little money along the way. Honest and timely people over there.

I set an appointment with Felicia to have an alignment done on my 2008 CR-V. She was incredibly, incredibly nice on the phone, able to give me an estimate, and set my appointment for a few days later. I was greeted by Nate, the store manager working that Saturday afternoon, who got me in quickly. He was very polite and professional to me and the other customers who came in that I watched him interact with. I also asked if they could torque my front wheels (I had other work done and wanted to be extra safe) and he said that was no problem at all. I was in and out in an hour which is fantastic. I highly recommend this location for service! Thank you Felicia, Nate, and the rest of the team!

I give two thumbs up to the Goodyear on Dequindre Road in Madison Heights. We visited there twice in one week for two separate issues on our 2019 suburban and both issues were fixed the same day and at a reasonable price. I appreciate Nate and the staff immensely, and I will definitely be taking my other vehicles back when needed. I highly recommend them for their service, their skills and their prices.

Awesome service great price.While I was there a elderly woman looked very nervous about getting hit with a big bill. When the tech came out to go over what she needed on her car she was very relieved with the explanation of what needed to be done next year and other than her oil change she was good to go for the winter.The time and care was top notch for this senior.She was relieved.Well worth checking them out.

Just want to give an shout out to this location.Nate, Aaron and the guys are awesome. Excellent customer service.They listen to You. They help you above and beyond. They give you good advice As to what you will need in the future. Being a woman of a certain age. I've had many cars in my life. And I've had to deal with various servicemen Some good some not so good.I am so happy I found this location. And the price of my service is always in my price range.My car runs great. They have a customer for life. Again, thank you, Nate , Aaron, and the service guys... I love all 3 locations of Goodyear. I appreciate them so so so much! They were able to get me in right before they closed to change out my tire. They are true life savers as I stay about 30 minutes out. Tire popped on 75 and they got me right in and right out. Even gave me a deal Felicia was such a big help and shout out to the guys in the back for the muscle work!

Our suburban had a noise develop that needed to be diagnosed and repaired. We chose this Goodyear to be make repairs, they were honest, friendly and quick. The team diagnosed and repaired our truck and got us back on the road! Great job Goodyear!

Honest and Integrity. I brought my car in. Had an oil leak. They could have tried to fix and just put a bandaid on the problem but they were honest and told me the truth. My car is going to a dealership for the repair. This store even waived the diagnostic fee.They have done other repairs on my 2016 car and gave me a good deal and warranty.Want excellent service, take your car to this Goodyear.

First appointment in the morning.. I was the only one there took over an 1 hour and 15 minutes to get a oil change... He quoted me $150 for one tire. I got on the phone and called around and he heard me on the phone say that the tire was 150 and I thought it was high.. and because of that he told me it was disrespectful and to never come back there.. I brought my 70 year old neighbor and he told her not to come back either unbelievable so unprofessional.. after waiting an hour and 15 minutes for an oil change I did not plan on going back there anyways he was not doing me any favors I do not recommend this place at all very unprofessional.. and the sad part it was actually the manager Nate.. I can't believe a manager would conduct himself like that

Absolutely great. They were able to tell me what was wrong with my car (starter problems) and had it ready to roll again quickly. Staff was very good in explaining things. Glad I live so close to this Good yearauto repair shop!

Fortunately for me the location nearest to me was unavailable today. I had to drive much farther to come here. That said, I had a wonderful experience at this Good Year location! All of the guys working here from the front desk to the technicians were absolutely wonderful very helpful, professional & informative. I was in & out in record time. Thanks so much!

I called around for a tire repair and no one else could get me in since it was last minute and 4 pm on a Saturday evening. I showed up to this store ( I think it was store # 2529 ) and the guys ( didn t get names or look at their name tags ) at the desk were very polite. They did the repair and treated me very good. Good Job guys!

I needed a new tire quickly and called around everywhere with no stock. I called Goodyear and talked to the manager Nate Kataria who had one in stock at the other location and offered to send someone to get it for me. He was very helpful with everything and made a bad time really easy. I'll be coming back here for car service based on this experience!

Aaron Pielecha helped me pick out the right tires for my 2019 Terrain. He was very knowledgeable, trustworthy and kind. I went there to purchase the fat tires and by him being so knowledgeable he told me the truth. I was stunned because most sales men would have went with the most expensive tires but Aaron didn't. I make an appointment for a oil change on Tuesday for Thursday. When I get there he acts like I don't have an appointment. Took me 2 hours to get an oil change.

I've been coming to this location for over 30 years. The current manager, Nate, is very knowledgeable about tires and service, and also very friendly. I'm happy with my new tires and the experience.

NateNateNate!!!Nate is the guy you want to speak to. There was an issues with my online order and he spent a good amount of time dealing with the situation over the phone and emails. Anybody else would have told me to deal with it myself.

Thomas was awesome getting a wheel alignment done but took awhile so he told me to come back for my next oil change and that he would hook me up. Went in 4 months later, Thomas wasn t there and I had a check engine light but employee was rude and told me it d cost $120 to scan my car for the code which I already did. Won t be going back, extremely over priced for low quality service.

I have an appointment for them at 12 O clock & I went there on time ,they said I have to wait 2 hrs to check the car.so what s the point of giving appointment at 12 .they invite customer name of free alignment check & when you get there you will get different treatment.terrible customer service.

I would not recommend coming to this particular location. I went in to have an alignment, tire rotation and check a TPMS sensor that wouldn t reset. After 2 hours I was told the truck wouldn t fit on their alignment rack (Silverado 2500 quad cab) and they hadn t even checked the TPMS sensor yet. So 2hrs for a tire rotation and mind you I had an appointment and was not just a walk in. Complete waste of time
