As Firestone said to me as I was leaving "At least they finished the job." ... They're right. They did the job & price was fair for a set of tires... I (or we) made an appointment which seems to mean absolutely nothing there. 3 of us customers were talking to each other- a white a black & a Indian; none of us were thrilled. Just be honest with the estimated time. All of us easily averaged around double our hour & a half wait... But it is what it is. Hopefully only a bad day? Benefit of the doubt with 4 stars.

Worst Firestone ever I always come here with the expectation of getting a better service but every time it s bad I come in with appointments and still have to wait over hour and half just for them to take my car in. Like this is the worst service I ve ever gotten besides dealer. Main reason coming to Firestone is for better service but it s never that. Never coming back here again!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone busy talking nobody is busy working

Well, let me tell you, this auto care store might have mechanics that can fix a car with their eyes closed, but when it comes to their front staff, they couldn't manage a one-car parade. It's like they've never heard the saying, "You catch more flies with honey than vinegar." Instead of a warm welcome, you're greeted with cold indifference, making you feel like you're doing them a favor by stepping in.You'd think they'd know the importance of first impressions, but it seems like they missed that memo. It's high time they learned that the customer is always right, even when they're wrong. A little courtesy and professionalism wouldn't hurt, but alas, they seem to be in short supply here.In short, while they might be able to fix your car, they sure can't fix their attitude. It's a shame, really, they're leaving customers with a sour taste in their mouth and a story to tell and trust me, it's not a good one.

Just left Firestone in my emergency. I was on my way to the airport and my tire blew. I spoke to John on the phone desperately telling him I was running late he said I could come now and they could service me now. When my family and I arrived he then said the wait would be 15 minutes before they could even bring my car in the garage. I then spoke to Jamie, explained my plea and urgency she immediately brought my car in the garage to service me to make it to the airport on time. Jamie was not only pleasant but so accommodating to my family and I. You have my 5 stars for her 5 star service! I will toast to Jamie today on my vacation! I thank you for having the right woman in charge!

I was so pleased that the staff was honest about me not needing brakes/rotors right now. They could have just did it and charged me. I'm so grateful that it's still some good people in the world. Thanks so much You have a customer for life.

OK I m back! Finally got my car back after many starts and stops. Kamul is very good snd I believe him to be very honest. That car/ loaner was only transportation (see pictures) but it saved me $$ and was free.The extent of the damage was very expensive but I trust the management it was all necessary! I walked out the door 5K poorer and with a 2 year guarantee on the work performed! I need to go back for one part on back order in one week.I m still going to recommend using this location. I will get back if any problems but for now . Give them a opportunity and you will be treated respectfully!

Purchased an alignment w/ 1 year warranty last February when I bought my truck; brand new tires as well. Crawled under the truck the other day and noticed the inside shoulders of both front tires are completely bald. Called Firestone to see if they could take a look at it, but my 1 year warranty has expired by a few days. Omari told me I would have to pay for another (shotty) alignment for them to look at it. That is crazy considering now I have to buy $400 worth of tires as is after paying them for an alignment that didn't last at all. Pretty bad customer service, I would go anywhere else.

I believe the young man's name was Ken that waited on me. He was helpful and friendly. Also, Jamie was amazing. Dealing with the situation on my behalf. Truly a professional and very personable. My experience was absolutely satisfying.

I found my tire nearly flat, and being a Firestone patron of over 20 years, I immediately looked up the nearest store. That was Ms. Jamie's store at 32670 John R. Road in Madison Heights, Michigan. I am here on business and don't know anyone or anything, so this could have been a real crapshoot. Fortunately, it was not!I arrived at the store that was well maintained and organized and clean. I was greeted upon entry and asked how I could be helped.I thought, "I have a bad tire." Oh how wrong I was. I serviced my vehicle at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Fort Mill, South Carolina just before I left for Michigan, October 1st. When I returned to Jaime's store, I found out that my flat tire was likely a result of my wheel (front right) having 2 lug nuts cross-threaded from the Firestone in Fort Mill, SC!! Not only cross-threaded, but they were not run up to the hub! I had traveled nearly 1200 miles since that oil change & tire rotation on 3 lug nuts!!!The Manager immediately called Fort Mill Firestone and addressed the issue with them. Fort Mill told Jaime that the technician that worked on my vehicle was gone due to other deficiencies and that they, Fort Mill Firestone, would take care of all the issues front to back...rental, parts and labor, etc. I was to feel nothing from this malpractice, so to speak. GO FIRESTONE!!! The hits just keep on coming!Jamie's group acquired a rental in record time; I was told they would call me when my vehicle was finished. They conducted a thorough inspection of my vehicle while waiting on parts, and determined I needed new brakes (sooner rather than later) (Front & Rear) and a couple lights (FORT MILL FIRESTONE did tell me about my brakes prior to my leaving home). I approved that work along with the new studs that were damaged from the poor tire rotation.I want to thank Jamie, Amari, Ramiz and Abullah for their superior customer care and professionalism. Ms. Jamie runs a professional group, her technicians are top-drawer and I could not have been happier...(unless, of course they had given me my brakes for free ;) ) I want to thank Fort Mill, SC Firestone for owning the issue and making it right.Both of these experiences affirm my patronage of Firestone over the past 20+ years. Mistakes are made...then what do you do? Therein lies the difference in good/bad business decisions. I think you would agree.SO, if you are in the area, and you need new tires or an oil change, Look up this group at Madison Heights Firestone Complete Auto Care on John R. Road just south of 14 Mile Road...you will have made the right choice, indeed!

I took my F-150 to have spark plugs replaced. A few days later I checked under my hood and they didn't replace my engine cover. I told the clerk what happened and he went in the service area to look for the cover. He returned and told me that the person that worked on my truck would call me. He never did call me back and its been over a month now. I feel uneasy driving it like that. I feel that they should find it or replace it. The clerk is very nice and I do not like to complain.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I m writing this review to let the public know to be very weary about trusting this place. I took my car to this place a few years ago for wheel alignment - they checked it and said it needs a new tie rods before alignment I said ok checked me out and paid almost 300$ for them to do absolutely nothing. I sat there for 3 hours too. Staff up front are unprofessional- I haven t been back since and I will never go back.

A shout out to Tony and Abdul for helping me during a crisis.There was an error between the online scheduling system and this location. The guys weren't informed that I had a 3p appointment, which happens to be the time they close on Sundays.Even though they were wrapping up thier day, they took the time to stay late and look into my problem. They made a quick assessment and then a quick turnaround on my repair.It's this kind of dedication and customer service that sadly is missing these days, but Tony and Abdul get it!

My appointment was at 9:00 a.m. so I dropped it off, they did not pull it into the bay until around 3:00 p.m. it is a good thing I didn't wait for it, all I was having done was an alignment, I get the feeling since it wasn't a paid service (I have lifetime alignment) this is why they did what they did.

Second time at this location, I had a lifetime alignment done, no complaints about the alignment. The person that checked me out had a very unfriendly tone, he literally flapped the paper work at me after paying on my hand. I had no prior interaction with him which is very odd his tone would be rude. This is a convenient location however the staff is questionable. My last lifetime alignment purchase (different vehicle), they told me I needed new suspension and that the uppers were worn away on one side. I asked if the upper bolt was loose they said it did not work like that. When I checked the suspension at home, the bolt was simply loose and they would have charge $800+ to replace them. I love the offering of lifetime alignment, it s unfortunate these experiences occur.

Firestone has gotten ridiculous!! I came in for a replacement oil filter and they deleted my entire account information, and reccomended I buy new wiper blades. I just bought new blades three weeks ago at discount tires! This place is a scam.

The best car experience I ve ever had!Jamie the manager was amazing, give that woman a raise TODAY!They got me in and out super fast and took care of my needs as far as issues with my Firestone credit card! I will come back to this Firestone fore sure just to deal with her customer service!

Had an appointment for alignment, came in on time for the appointment. Management told me it would take an hour, after I came back hour later they still didn t take my car in for alignment. Manager was being snarky saying this is like a doctors office. Like no sir it isn t, you guys are working on cars not. Don t compare your vehicle services with doctor/ patient services.If you re getting service done here, don t expect it to get done while you re gone

I had about 5 different repairs done to my car. The only thing I did not care for was my car was there 8 days. People keep telling me their services are too expensive, EVERYTHING is too expensive these days

I came for a tire repair and they they screwed up the inseam of my tire and in 3 weeks it was completely bulked out the side of the tire.The Female manager was extremely unhelpful as well. Then I called back to complain and was just left on hold for a very long time.Service: TiresService: Tires

I got a brake caliper replacement, brake fluid replacement, and coolant flush here. Not cheap, but around the price you'd expect for the work. Seemed to do a good job, and were very responsive to questions about service details and price.A few weeks later my OEM dealership was doing warranty work and mistook my coolant color for contamination, suggesting another flush. I contacted Firestone, they saw me within an hour free of charge, and even took the time to show me that there were no contaminants in the coolant and explained coolant color they use and how the OEM was mistakenOverall excellent customer service. I really get the impression that they care about the quality of work they provide, and I'm planning to return for future work.

The staff inside are very friendly but not so great at making phone calls.Dropped my car off with a flat tire and about 4 hours later I had to call them to get an update on prices/timeline etc.We ended up choosing to get a full set plus the alignment and whatnot, got a call about 2 hours after that that something had been broken and they'd have to wait until morning to get the piece from a dealership. They fixed it for free so we were fine with that.I had to call them again the next day to see if it was ready and I got an "almost" so we headed up there to pay and pick it up.First thing I noticed was that my car had been test driven through a ton of mud and they didn't bother to get any of it off.Second, about 2 miles down the road I hard a grinding or scraping sound coming from the rear drivers side tire. I called them and before I could finish describing what was wrong the guy goes, "Oh yeah I meant to tell you that some rust got down in the brake drum so that's all it is and it should go away on its own." It had only gotten worse by the time I got home. My fianc� had to take the tire off, take the brake drum off, and out pops a scratched up metal shard (see picture). The brake was broken and there was a chunk of metal scraping against the inside of the drum as the wheel turned.The worst part is that they were well aware of the horrible noise and still thought it was okay to let the customer drive the car off the lot. Will not go back to this location after that.

I wish I could give zero starts they gave me appointment online for Sunday 4pm but when I arrived at the store it was closed then I called next day and was given appointment at 2pm Monday I went there exactly at 2pm and I sat there for 1.5 hours without even anyone saying anything or checking my vehicle. These people have no understanding of what appointment means they think other people time is a joke and only their time matter. was told it will take another 1 hours to do inspection even though appointment was at 2pm and after waiting for 1.5 hour was told another 1 hour will take . Must avoid this business if you value time in your life. Zero star and non existent customer care

Called and asked about an alignment, was told it's free to inspect and then $189 for a lifetime alignment. Dropped off my car and then recieved a call stating I had to have bought my tires to get a inspection from them. tony c was very unhelpful, rude and just didn't want to help me from the time I came in.

This establishment is horrible I went there to find out why my car was driving rough and they told I d need to change all of my suspension. The service worker said if I gave him $200 cash he d fix it . A shame I have to report my experience with the individual at front desk, this do not take away from the young men doing the job on the cars. I was in the area decided to stop and get my spair tire plugged up, Guy at desk tone was so aggressive when I ask him about how much it cost and what he meant on using the words unrepairable I will do my business elsewhere. Customer satisfaction and service is everything
