Two stars because the paint is correct for the wheel and finish of the paint appears relatively good.Major points docked for poor resurfacing of my wheel dish surface damaged at the Southfield Discount Tire. There are obvious gouges ground down and lazily covered up, and there is still a knick in the outer rim of the wheel even after repainting (or this was chipped off AGAIN when mounting the tire)Refinish time was two weeks when I was quoted (again by Discount tire) as a couple days. Overall I would really evaluate what your options are and look elsewhere. If I had paid for this I would be extremely disappointed and I m still not happy to have this obviously damaged wheel on my car. Watch out.

I had wheels refinished through a collision shop. Before taking delivery, the paint was peeling near the tire bead. I was able to scrape the paint off with my finger nail. It looked as if they deflated the tire, unseated the bead and used a spray paint can to refinish the rim. I have had my wheels refinished by two different shops and both were horrible. Reputable shops do not exist! Your best bet is to purchase new wheels and use your surface damaged rims as winter wheels.

Prices went up quality of work went down. Sent them 3 sets of wheels this year and had to return them all multiple times to correct their flaws. I d recommend Detroit wheel and tire in Troy over them any day.

Was going to drop off damaged rim got quote for repair didn't realize that it was spot repair there competitor does the whole thing for same price my own fault didn't ask enough questions

Very bad service, they are totally unprofessional. They have my rim for 4 weeks!! They told me it's will be done in 2 days!!! I called them after 3 days, they told me they don't start fix it they need more 2 days!! And we call you when its redy... sure no one called me..... I called after one week, they told me they send the rim out to get fixed, and we call you within 2 days when its raedy.... after the rims stay with them full 4 weeks i get ther to get my rim black i find the rim not fixed and they try to sell me aftermarket rims..... no one knows wher my rim spend hour to get my rim back and hubcap.Don't west your time and money dealing with this stupid people.

Certified Factory Wheel is by far the best wheel refinishing company out there. I ve tried other companies in the past but nobody beats the quality, price or expertise. Aaron was GREAT! He is very knowledgeable and personable. I send wheels in several times a month. They come pick my wheels up no matter what condition then they come back to me THE VERY NEXT DAY looking brand new! I would highly recommend Certified Factory Wheel to anybody whether you just want your wheel fixed and refinished or even if you want something crazy and custom. They literally do it all! I ve been using Certified for years and I ve even had them refinish my personal wheels which still look flawless today. Thank you Certified Factory Wheel for continued PHENOMENAL service!

So I had a unique experience worth documenting. I brought my ford wheel here cause I had excellent service with Certified Factory wheel previously.(first time at this location). I gave him my wheel with a bend on the rear. Quoted me, gave me a copy of the repair information. Week goes by, I call them hello you guys never called me where s my wheel? Oh it s been done sitting here, there s a big chunk of paint missing on the front.. but when I drove on a spare tire for a week and went downtown for my birthday and had photos taken of the car I had to avoid the spare tire. Because Certified Factory wheel couldn t get the repair done in time. Took two weeks to get my wheel back. And they charged me double what they initially quote me. Screw it they needed it more then I did apparently. Get your company together, sloppy job. Finally done

Incredible work for the price paid, made my rims and tires look like I had taken them right out of the box, paint job is incredibly clean and again they look like brand new wheels, cant go wrong with the price or quality, HIGHLY suggest. Thank you Certified Wheel and Tire for your work.

Had a wheel Exchange where I swapped out my OEM wheels for a set of OEM wheels that were powdercoated Gloss Black. Wheels looked great UNTIL I took them off and noticed they entire inside lip of the wheel on all 4 wasn't powdercoated. When I called and remarked about this, I was told this is how they do it and it is "Industry Standard". Funny thing is, I called around a few other powder coating shops and they remarked this is 100% not Industry Standard. The entire wheel, front, back, inside, should be powdercoated. Certified Wheel remarked, "what does it matter, you cant see that anyway". It matters to me, I plan on selling these wheels down the road and I know I wouldn't buy these with them looking like they do. Sales Rep should've disclosed this information at the time I swapped them out. I would have never gone forward with it. I guess I learned a lesson.

BEWARE: do not go here, they literally said my rims were able to be resurfaced back to its original condition, 3 days later got my rims back and they looked the exact as when I brought them in

Great people, they treat you like family. I had my car wheels refinished and painted black by these guys over 2 months ago and I have NO paint chips/ flaking I recommend these guys.
