Everyone was very helpful and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Alex helped me with my purchase. She made the process very easy and comfortable, never felt pressured. I am happy to have been her first sale! Manager Angila helped to make this a smooth and easy process. Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend to others!

I have waited almost 2 months now to give them a chance to make things right but unfortunately I am forced to leave a negative review. I needed a newer reliable car that would get good gas milage and found what I was looking for and Carite. My sales person and finance person were excellent, it was a very pleasant experience. I test drove the car and noticed a bad wheel bearing which they replaced and I was impressed and very satisfied. I am not a haggler and was given a small discount and a fair financing option. A week later I was finally able to drive long distance for work, the reason I bought the car, when I noticed a really bad shake. I took the car back and asked them to check it out as I just purchased and was only now able to take a long trip. I was told by their service department that one of the wheels was bent and they would try to balance it and put it on the rear of the car. I did notice the front wheels had some damage on them when I purchased it but did not feel anything at lower speeds. This vehicle was supposed to be inspected and certified by them but I do understand sometimes things get missed and I wanted to give them a chance to make it right. Unfortunately that only made the shaking move to the rear. I returned and talked to the finance person that the wheel is bent and I would like it replaced. He went to the manager and I was told the car had to many miles on it and that it could have happened after I bought it and they would not replace it. So I replaced it myself which cured the shake and went back to request a reimbursement of the bent wheel. I was then introduced to Jeff the manager, I explained everything to him assuring him that if I would have bent it I would not even be here as I am not like that. He seemed genuine and said he would see what he could do and took the damaged wheel. After 2 weeks I contacted the finance person who told me they were going to pay only a portion of the wheel. I recontacted him a week later and he said they would mail a check. 2 months later nothing. This was a great purchase experience until in not so many words I am accused of being a dishonest person and probable bent it and am trying to get something for free. This was for me a very substantial purchase. I do not take kindly to being called a liar and then to be ignored. Needless to say I would not recommend this dealership as a place that will be honest and do the right thing. Update- I received a check for half of the replacement. Talked to sales manager said he would have Jeff the manager call, again no call from the manager. Other than the first contact I have never been contacted by the manager after multiple promises that I would be contacted. It would seem I am still dishonest and was just trying to get a free wheel out of them, and they figured if they gave me something and ignored me I would go away.

This is my 3rd time buying a vehicle from them. Good service. The only advice I will give is to be firm on your trade-in (they will do their best to undervalue it) & read all the "Fee's" they try to drive up the price. 95% of them are made up and can be avoided. To be fair, this is true of EVER car dealer.

I recently purchased a car from Dre at CARite and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Not great in customer care. Lost our credit app and documents. After giving them a second chance and reapplying, we had to keep contacting for over a week... because they neglected to contact us. Don't trust what happened to our original in-person application. We ended up getting an awesome vehicle from a reputable dealership. May seek legal action for losing personal documents.

I bought a car from here Nick was my salesman! Made me feel extremely comfortable especially having never bought a car before! Everyone was super nice and Nick even joked around a lot to make sure I wasn t uncomfortable. Definitely will be recommending people to come here

While entering the New Year, I was experiencing problem after problem. I felt like my 2024 was not going to be good at all in addition to losing transportation for me and my girls. I took a chance with Carite, which I would never do. I ended up obtaining a great vehicle for my family with Sales Rep Jordan. He is great and I recommend him to anyone in need. THANKS!!!

Look at what you're buying VERY carefully. A friend asked me to take a look at a Ram truck on the lot over there. I stopped by and just did a walk around. There's no way I'd even take this truck for a test drive let alone buy it. The tires are so bad, it's scary.

I am not an impulse buyer and have been looking for about 4 months at the Jeep Renegade. Thanks to Mark G. He got me in a vehicle I wanted and within my price range with insurance/ payments. I am super excited and grateful for his due diligence. My only complaint is there was no owners manual in the car.

Let me start by saying I liked my sales guy (James Chubb). I even told him my daughter is going to be looking to get a car right after the first of the year and I will more than likely bring her to him as long as everything goes smoothly with my purchase.There were 2 issues with the vehicle I wanted. I pointed them out to them and he told me they would fix them even if they had to order them new. One part they did need to order, and the other part was a quick fix, and the vehicle was as good as new.So, now that the 2 issues were fixed I was all 8n and decided to get the vehicle. There was nothing else needed.We went forward with the purchase and after signing the papers James handed me the "key". I quickly asked him for the other key fob and the auto start fob that was pictured with the vehicle online. James stated he would look in the back and ask the service people about it. After roughly 20 minutes James returned and said there was only one key but he would ask the manager and get back to me tomorrow.So both excited about my new vehicle and irritated about the key I drove home. After sleeping on it and waiting all day (roughly 5pm) I called and spoke with James, and he told me the manager said the vehicle was pictured with the wrong keys. Which I pointed out that the tag on the keys was the same tag that was on the key I had. You could clearly see the VIN printed on it. Then I was given a number to a person that will make the key for me. That key is $300-$400. I didn't try to negotiate the key because there was a very clear picture of there being 2 keys and another separate fob.So I bought an expensive vehicle from them and now have to turn around and buy an expensive key because they didn't want to fix their mistake. Due to this issue, NO, my daughter will not being getting her car from them!!EDIT..... Thank you for responding, I tried to respond to you but it won't allow me. So I doing an edit to respond. I get some of your inventory only has one key, but when you post the pictures online of the vehicle and the very last picture is 2 keys and has the yellow description tag on them that matches the tag that came with my vehicle keys, I expect to have 2 keys. It would be one thing if the keys were $10, but these keys are going for $200 and more. I just bought a $30,000 vehicle and have to turn around and spend more money to replace what you showed was there, and now say you don't have it.

Finance manager was rude and unprofessional, but otherwise the experience was pleasant. My sales agent James was very patient and knowledgeable. The car itself runs good for being 6yrs old, was concerned about the engine shuddering at idle once I took it off the lot but come to find out that their onsite mechanic didn't bolt the battery into the solenoid fully. It needs new front struts + an alignment but for having paid 4k$ over market value it's in great condition.

From the moment I walked in the door, to the moment I drove away with a hell of a great find of a used car at a great price with great mileage especially considering the year, Michael Berra made sure everything went smoothly every step of the way. Extremely thorough, friendly, professional and helpful, I would recommend anyone looking for a used car to go see Michael at Madison Heights Carite. He was nothing short of an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I even walked out with not only a car but feeling like I have a new friend to call on with all of my future car needs! The worst dealership i been too rude ignorant staff yes Jordan and Ben the so called manager they should shut this place down being treated poorly is unacceptable I hope this stops people from buying cars here I'm glad we found somewhere else where they care and treat you like family respect is vital family treatment is special not here though

My friend and I went there. He had already been pre-approved on their app to buy a car. We did some test drives and my friend wanted to buy one of the vehicles. He had to fill out a longer application AND the next day they asked to see his physical Social Security card (though his number had been supplied) and a banking statement! What?!?He works! We had never heard of such a practice EVER. Very odd and intrusive. I was really disappointed I recommended this place to my friend because it was a waste of time. Now, you know.

GO SEE MARK G.! I inquired about a car through CARite website while I was waiting for my kids at the school pick-up line. Filled out the finance application which took 3 minutes, immediately got a text for a picture of my ID, seconds later I got a call from Mark to verify the information on the application which took a couple minutes, I drove to the dealership with the kids to see the car and when I got there he said everything's good to go, I'm approved and can leave with the car in a few minutes after I test drove it. From inquiry at 2:40 p.m. to signing, I was driving home in a new car at 4 p.m. If you're looking to get into a reasonably priced car, reliable, fast and easy process, call and speak to MARK G. You will not be disappointed. I couldn't believe it was that easy and hassle free. Mark, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I came in looking to finance a 2020 Kia Rio as my first vehicle without a co-signer. As a freelance artist and waitress, it is very difficult to get approved for a loan as it is difficult to prove my full income. Mark and his team were able to make my process as smooth as possible and I am entirely grateful. I would definitely recommend!

I got a call from Mike T and since then he s been super responsive and is patient with me and my needs. There wasn t any pressure with him and he helped me find what i needed! Great experience with CARite. I bought a 2018 fusion sport from them and it was a very easy process at the dealer. There was no hidden fees, cleaning fees or bs. The car wasn t filthy when we picked it up and they were very nice and polite! We drove 8 hours to get the car and they stayed 2 hours after closing so I could get the car on a Saturday. Would recommend

I had the pleasure of working with Mark Goriel to acquire a new car. He was very direct, and helpful during the whole process, which is hard to find these days. I hate feeling like I'm being jerked around and that was not the case here. If you are in for a new car I would definitely recommend working with Mark.
