I consistently fill my tire pressure at this Belle tire location. There isn t usually any line and if there is a wait, it s usually one or two people ahead of you. If anything is ever wrong with the tire pressure machine, the workers are always able to assist. It s a very quick and easy stop!

Dan is the man! Called 5 different stores trying to get a screw in my tire plugged, Dan was the only one able to do it while I waited. He even put me on the waiting list right after I called while I drove across town! The car was ready much faster than expected, (thanks to Drew, who was the tech) and I couldn't be happier with the service.

Thank you so much for your superb service today. You were the third location my son and I'd visited this morning. Paul was so nice and pleasant over the phone when we called at first. He made us feel nice and cozy. The gentlemen (all three) in the lobby were very attentive and you could tell they were good at multi-tasking. Everyone in the building was working and using their time wisely, I love to see that. Clean lobby. Construction in the area but worth the visit.

I was at Belle Tire @ 401 West 14 Mile Rd in Madison Heights, MI and they took really good care of Me today. I arrived at 8:25am and was told it would be some time in the afternoon before they could service Me. However, I was serviced and done at 9:42am. OMG; I Thank them so much for Prompt Service. Special Thanks to Paul J, Drew B and Yousif A; you Guys are Awesome!

Had taken my vehicle here due to a previous location disappointment for tire repair of their tire purchase,2 times of dropping off my car early at opening on Saturday. Within 2 days of each completed i repair still had the same problem,even the manager said good help is hard to find. Sorry to say take your chance.

Major vehicle malfunction fixed within one working day, impressive (brought in at 8:30 got out at 7:15) very thankful to have competent and reliable mechanics thanks a lot.

I found I had a slow leak, so I went to a local competitor and was told I had a screw in my tire and it couldn't be repaired. However, I remembered I had insurance on my tires so I had to look further into the matter of filing a claim. After I was informed about the process I went back to the same shop and found they were very inattentive, so I left and drove to local Belle Tire. They immediately addressed my issues and I wasn't sure if I needed a new tire or it could be repaired? Luckily my tire was able to be repaired and didn't cost me a dime! I want to give a giant thank you to Belle Tire for doing such a great job! I will definitely be returning when necessary and I would recommend this location to everyone.

I never really leave customer service reviews but this case was definitely a time where I had to. I was leaving work and ended up with a flat tire in Madison Heights, an area I am not familiar with. I went to a few tire shops prior to coming to Belle Tire and they really were not much help but store 10 exceeded my expectations by a million. Paul and Dan went above and beyond and completely turned my day around. They showed impeccable customer service. I needed a new tire and they didn t have the one I needed for my car in stock. My tire was not reparable nor did I have a spare with me. After they saw me struggling trying to find a resolution, Paul was able to find a location that did have my exact tire! Instead of sending me to that location, Dan drove to that location and picked up the tire for me! He told me I would ruin my rim if I was to drive more and it really showed me how thoughtful and caring he was. I work in customer service myself, and it really reminded me the value of how you can turn someone s day around just by being nice and kind. When Dan came back, Rowe quickly and efficiently fixed my tire and I was on my way home. I will never forget this experience. Store 10 you rock!! Thank you for everything. I will definitely be sharing my Belle Tire experience with all my friends and family and will recommend to anyone who needs any assistance with their tires. Paul and Dan thank you again. I can t say it enough.

We have been getting service done at this location for many yrs. They are always helpful, provide good work and very reasonable prices.So my battery died over the weekend. I called around to some of the auto parts stores and the prices were a little high and because of where the battery is located would not change it out.This morning I called Belle Tire Madison Heights and Dan could not have been more helpful. He said to bring it on down. They had the battery I wanted and could get me right in. So I did just that, and they had me in and out of there before I could finish my coffee. Plus this battery with installation and disposal of old battery was cheaper than the places I called on the weekend. Still very helpful folks here. Shout out to Dan!! This is why we keep coming back.

I am so pleased with the help and support I received from Dan. I needed both wheels and tires, and with little previous knowledge, I didn t know where to start. Dan was incredibly patient with all my questions and indecisiveness. (Seriously, it took me a few days of back-and-forth before I finally made a decision.) I really appreciated the recommendations he provided, especially since he always respected my budget and concerns. Overall, I m very happy with the exceptional customer service I received. Plus, look how great my car looks now! :)

I am beyond impressed with the level of customer service I experienced at this location. I called in to inquire about one used tire on Thursday evening right around closing time. Then left with four new tires the following day at noon. Kim was the technician who helped me and she was unbelievable. As stated above, I only intended to replace one tire, but she informed me of all my options, including 0% financing, which I would have never thought about. This wasn t just a sales tactic on her part. She knew I was in need of all new tires and helped me get them quickly and without dropping a dime outa the gate. Its obvious that Kim genuinely cares about getting people the best auto service they need. She even helped me execute all the painful rebate processes. Aside from the amazing customer service, the tires are great, the crew threw in a free alignment, and this was all done before noon on Friday. If you re in the North Metro area of Detroit and in need of tires, this is the place without question.

Steve and the team at Madison Hts Belle Tire are top in their game. Opening the door a few minutes before open (both days I was there), professional yet kind and patient with the customer interactions I overheard. Steve took the time to build a customer relationship with me about my current tire wear and also educated me on why my breaks squeak when I back up. Repairing my flat for only $20 (!) and excellent customer service (a lost art), of course my next set of tires will be from here. Savvy business model with getting people in for flats, but people buy from people and I hope the company keeps doing whatever it s doing to take care of what appears to be a great hardworking team. Thanks Steve!!

I recommend taking your business elsewhere!!!! Especially women and people of color. Save yourself time and money at an establishment with better customer service and experienced mechanics. I rarely leave reviews but I feel others should be aware of the service at this location. I made an appointment for new tires and a general diagnostic because of road noise. During the changing process, Kim explains to me that they found a broken tire sensor in one of my old tires and that they ll give me a new one and install for free (which i think they only did because the new person probably broke the old sensor taking the tire off ), she also said that I needed a wheel alignment. I get my keys back and immediately notice the tire pressure light is on. While there, the worker just put air in the tire and told me to wait 10-15 minutes for it to go away. It didn t, so i brought it back a second time in the same day and i was just told to bring it back again when a more experienced person could look into it. They also advised me to drive my vehicle at a higher speed to turn the tire pressure light off manually . While driving on the freeway, my tire pressure light began to flicker and my car began to shake. I felt that was due to the new sensor and wheel alignment so I called the store to update them on the status of my vehicle and I was greeted with Steven s condescending and gaslighting attitude even though I m a customer that s being inconvenienced and just wanted my vehicle returned to me safe to drive. I wasn t having these issues before, only had issues with road noise. I bring it back when the more experienced person is there to give them a chance to fix things and all he does is something to turn the light off but they refused to re-examine the tire placements and sensor and ignored my comments of the car shaking. Therefore i have to waste more time and money taking it to another place to fix their mistake.

My family and I have given our busineess for years and always been completely satisfied. Never try to sell you something you don't need and actually care.The Store Manager Steve Sullivan is also very helpful and professional.Would 100% recommend the the Belle Tire location at 401 W. 14 Mile Rd., Madison Heights, MI 48071.

Had a very poor experience. Came in to get a new set of all-terrains mounted and balanced on my truck. I specifically got raised white lettering for aesthetics and asked that the lettering faced out.Got my truck back at the end of the day with the lettering facing in, tires all at wildly different pressures from 30 to 40psi each, my $800 rims scratched and scored from someone going ham with an impact on the lugs, my cab smelling like pot, one of my tire pressure sensors broken, and later found out two of the new tires were out of balance.The guy at the front counter in an accusatory manner asked me if I wasn't 100% sure I brought the truck in like that. The truck was less than 2 years old at the time, had less than 20,000miles on it, and is well taken care of. I didn't lose my temper; I just left. I don't trust them to even make it right and felt better paying another shop to fix everything at my cost.We used to take our company fleet vehicles here but started going to another shop after this incident.

I went on Saturday to bell tier Madison hits with flat tire and the manager was sooo rude and he did not help me and he said come back monody i bought the tires from them ill never give them business ever bad business

the staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to provide the best service possible. Steve Sullivan, the store manager, was helpful to me in choosing the right tires for my vehicle. He answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the service I received. I would give them a 10 out 10 rating.

Do not, i repeat, do not get new tires here. Made a 3pm appointment. At 4:30pm, my truck had not even been touched. I asked the woman (Kimberly) at the front desk and she said sorry we re backed up. I explained you could give customers a heads up- especially after 45 minutes and even an hour and a half of no work!! Don t make appointments if you can t accommodate. what a waste of my time. Never again, I ll stick to the dealership.

Found one tire with low pressure after getting out of work and went straight here because I trust them 100% to fix it. They're straight to the point, very efficient, and were able to fit me in right away. I love coming here and definitely recommend coming here for any issues related to tires. They saved me from a likely expensive tow if I had let this issue sit all day. Life savers!

This place is pretty awful. Took 10 minutes for someone to even come out and speak which he barely did. Told us it would be 3 hours, so we spent money on uber to go home for them to call in 15 minutes... Get back guy dumps the keys and says nothing. Never again.

Needed a tire patched and they had me in & out in just about an hour without a reservation. They were excellent at setting expectations for service, and the price was great. 10/10 will visit again with my other vehicles.Also, ask for Kimberly, the Assistant Manager, she's fantastic!

My Lexus was way overdue for maintenance and multiple Pep Boys location turned my car down saying it was too new and they didn t have the parts for it. I went to Lexus yesterday morning for service and they quoted me $395 and I declined and left in my car. The rep also wouldn t show me the breakdown of the costs on his screen. I Called this Belle Tire location that I ve gone to previously to air fill my tires and Kimberly answered the phone. Said it wasn t busy there and to stop by so they can check out my car and quote me. Kimberly told me my oil type and quotes $103. I said I would not be interested in changing filters since it s a leased car and my bf s lol. She explained the condition of my tires and quoted tire replacements for me to have. She never pressed me to do anything or salesy. She was very direct, welcoming, and helpful. Great service! I was out of there so quick. Thank you :)

STEVE IS THE BEES KNEES!!Amazing Belle Tire location!! I have been to probably 20 different tire shops and other Belle Tire stores but the Madison Heights location has been absolute TOP NOTCH! I will never go anywhere else and would drive 50 miles out of my way to give them the business. Steve (Manager) went out of his way to make sure he got me the best savings and tires for my dollar. Also explained everything and was a no pressure sale! I never write reviews but the way I have been consistently treated as well as other Family at this location I felt I should help others find Steve and his staff! Thanks again!

Steve is a tool and liar. I was lied too saying they don't accept payment over the phone, then lied too again saying glass quotes and appointments cannot be made at the store and was given an 800 number to make a glass install appointment . Made a glass appointment, vehicle was there on time however, not only was there lack of acknowledgement upon arrival just left standing there looking stupid nobody says "hi I will be with you in a moment." I'm told it will take about an hour and a half to install, ok fine. But the installer was well over an hour late. Once the installer does arrive they claim the glass was incorrect and will take another couple days to order. I don't even want to talk about the disgusting markup the cost of the part was $53 but he charges me $240. This was the most grotesque experience I've ever had with Belle Tire.
