Only 30000 miles drove and I have a protection and my car all tire made very bad shape and it will be blow anytime.I was store but they refused to change my tire.I spent money to do smooth service but belle tire cheat with me and gave me bad tire.They only care money but service is super worst and they gave customer bad tire

when we need repair service for our car here don't listen to everything they say and absolutely review what they do, I think the service in this shop only get one star for service here,Belle Tire (Owner)an hour agoHello Kevin -- Our Corporate CS Team is aware of your visit. Women customers avoid this place... My mother took her vehicle in to get her leaking tire patched/repaired. The mechanic/salesman refused to look at it and told her she needed four new tires ($800) without question. Fortunately, she didn't listen to this, and instead took it took to her dealership who patched it for $30, AND said her tires were fine for another 10,000 miles.. Belle tire is a rip off and has dishonest workers. Avoid this place!!!

Man, don t you ever go to this place they took my car to inside 1 PM for alignment and check the tires because they have air leak. they said that will be done 430 I go back on 430 like they said and then they told me we never touch your car. I will be done at Monday and today Saturday that s my only vehicle I cannot leave it I m like why didn t you tell me that from the beginning why you told me drop it off and it will be done today. I don t know what s wrong with those people it s the worst bill tire ever

Very disappointed in the service here. Came in with an appointment for a simple bolt on for winter wheels and tires, took two hours to complete a 15 minute job. The technicians spent more time standing around talking to each than working. And nobody seemed to think there was anything wrong with this service. Sorry to interrupt your day guys...

Took my car here early Saturday morning and left for tire repair of their tires I was called at closing that my car was ready. Also was told they tried reaching me earlier in the day which i replied no one called me,checked my phone, found no call from this establishment. Called back and said on my way now within 2 minutes of arrival was told their closing if you have a spare key we'll leave your key locked inside the car i said okay thanks. When i arrived it looked as though my car was moved but never worked on, The wheel lock kit strown across the seat and there were no papers of explained repair. Again this location take your chance!!!!!!

While waiting for my vehicle, the gentleman at the first desk (can't remember his name), was very nice, knowledgeable , understood my concerns & most of all, a blessing to me, yep, he made my day. Thnx to the gentleman at the first desk.

Went in cuz my tire had a screw in it. Said my tire needed replacement which was from $230-$270. As a woman, I felt like I was getting played so I went to another belle tire and they patched it up for free and said no replacement was needed.

Customer service is not friendly. Went up there to get inspection for Uber. I have a brand new car and they made up a lie Just to try to get me to buy $400 tires from them. They try to beat you at any time That they can when not go up there. They will try to beat you and get you out of money.

I have been here countless times after buying new Kelly tires, very disappointed with the quality of the tires, losing air every couple of days, then mechanics OVER INFLATE the tires, which causes more trips back and forth. My last visit was NOT 9 months ago, it was just the other day

Absolutely amazing.I trust less than a handful of auto shops out of all of the ones I have been to in the 20+ years I have been driving and this 1 has been added to that list.Customer Service/Staff is greatPricing is competitiveAutomotive services are trustworthy, explained, and no unnecessary add-onsMaking an Appointment online or by phone may be helpful if you do not want a longer wait time as it seems they may be busy quite often.*Noted it is harder for some, especially women, to find good mechanics/auto repair shops. About equal number of both genders brought their vehicles in while I was waiting for mine to be completed all were treated with the same respect, kindness, and vehicle concerns were heard.

We had appointment at 12 and dropped it off at 915am and it was done at 1230pm just got 2 tires put on. I would recommend this location

Unwilling to negotiate, understaffed, and overpriced. Other than that it is in a good location for business. Car repair took 3 days to complete basic repair with, according to them, 2 mechanics working on the car.

Worst service ever. If you having nothing to do and you do not want to have your car for the day take your car here! If you choose to wait for your car to be worked on you can enjoy watching the mechanic take a break to smoke or have a casual conversation and not work on your car. I WOULD GIVE 0 stars if I could. The Operations Manager would cringe if they saw the type of service they offer here.

Went here for break repair, unwilling to negotiate at all, took 4 days for break line repair and cost about double what google said it would cost. Would not go here if my car depended on it again.

We bought tires that weren t cheap and with a lifetime warranty. The tire popped and they refused to replace them 6 weeks after the purchase.

They prorated one pot-hole damaged tire and switched it out. They warned me that it might be 2 hours as they were swamped. Luckily, I stayed because they finished my car in an hour. I was pleased with the prorated figure and labor costs, as well as the service.

OOOOMG!!!!!! I had a 4:00 appointment it's 6:30 and I'm still here. Not acceptable AT ALL. I'm receiving WALK IN SERVICE.

I don't even know where to begin with this review...I scheduled an appointment online for 4pm on Friday July 14th. The store did have the tires, and through a conversation (with a little confusion over the phone) my appointment was confirmed. I even joked that I would be there promptly so all could go home on time.I arrived at 4pm. I checked in and all was well.My truck was pulled in at 5:20pm. At 5:35, a salesperson called me up to explain that my lug nuts would not come off. I explained to him and others at the desk that I had the wheels off the week before, and had only hand tightened them back on. I was told I could have over torqued them. I'm a skinny guy with spindly arms. so I had my doubts, but nevertheless was told it was possible. (I'm sure they all left at 6pm by the way) I was asked to come back at 8am. and told they had sprayed "Break Away" on my lugs, and that it would need to sit overnight.Out of curiosity, I went home (4 miles away) and took out my 4 way. I was EASILY able to free every lug nut on the truck!! I've been wrenching on cars a LONG time, and I've never known any substance that could penetrate a surface so well in 10 mins, that it went from an air powered impact gun, not being able to break the lugs free, to a guy with toothpicks for arms EASILY being able to remove the lugs.The next morning I went in, and was taken right on time. The tires were mounted and balanced (I'm aware that I need an alignment, of course nothing was said or offered).Upon pulling the truck out and exiting the vehicle, the tech broke off my inner door handle. He walked in, placed it on the counter and without eye contact or an apology, walked away. Damani explained that they would replace the door handle and install it at their cost. (Which they did). I was called the same day and set an appointment for 4pm on Tuesday the 18th. Later on, Damani called again, asking if I could come in earlier because he was afraid it would take awhile and they couldn't get the job done before close (again, wanting to get out on time instead of serving the customer).I called on Monday the 17th, Damani answered the phone and said "Belle Tire..... you're going to have to wait a minute" (WHO ANSWERES THE PHONE LIKE THAT??!) I explained that I could not come in early on Tuesday because of work obligations and that I also had to take off additional time off of work on Saturday because they SUPPOSEDLY couldn't get the lugs off ( I still think they wanted to go home instead of do the work). BUT, since the store was open later on Monday, I'd come in at 5.I arrived at 4:40 on monday. And in fairness was taken immediately. The mechanic did replace the door handle and it is functional, and of course I was not charged.What blows my mind are a few different things. 1. This was obviously 2 cases of people just wanting to get out of work at closing time. 20 years of sales and customer service has shown me that it will not always be the case in a service related industry. 2. Even down to the way the phone was answered on Monday the 17th at 9:40 am, that this is NOT a professional shop whatsoever.But more than ANYTHING, there was NEVER so much as ONE apology. Not for the delay, not for the fabrication that the lugs would not come off, not for breaking my door handle. None of it. Not from the tech, not from Damani, not from Ryan the store manager. No one!I will NEVER be back to this location.Update: 8/30/23I got under my truck to do an oil change today. Upon inspection... my lower ball joints were dangerously loose, my cv axel boots were shot, and my outer tie rods need replacement. Doe Belle Tire even LOOK at these things while they're at eye level?Don't count on Belle Tire to do anything beyond what they want to do.

Restored my trust. The Mgr corrected minor error on the wrong tire size that was recommended that was put on my car and at no cost to me. Plus, I purchased a set of tires for my back. Tire alignment, cut in half. It's not a bad place to do business. Thanks for your service.

This location used to be good. They wont schedule appointments for all services but was told it would take about an hour. They kept telling me it was going to take a little longer. It ended up taking over 5 hours. I wish they were just honest from the beginning so I wouldn't have wasted half my day there. Also some of the sales team had a terrible attitude when I would try to ask a question

Total waste of time. Dropped car off at 8:10am for an alignment inspection. Was told it would be 2 hours or so.2 and half hours later I was told my car is next up for an inspection, but it will be another 2 hours.What kind of customer service is that? If the anticipated wait time doubles, contact the customer so they can do what s best for them.Poor customer service and zero regard for the customers time. Thanks Belle Tire.

Very well taken care of did not sell me anything that I did not need. Repairs were done faster than I thought it was going to be.

I went here for a Lyft inspection because I could just walk in. After a wait I was told I needed new tires---all new but when I hesitated it became just 2. I said I wasn't prepared to buy tires today, I got a Fail on the $25 Lyft inspection.I found a receipt from my tire rotation in October at Goodyear, and they never said my tires were reaching their limit. So I went to them, they took the measurement and said my tires were well over Lyft's requirement.This Belle Tire charged me $25 to try to sell me tires I didn't need.

Purchased a set of "run flats" for my wife's hybrid Ford as they do not have a spare. After having flats twice at the most opportune time, holiday and Sunday, we opted for the run flats. Turns out this pass holiday she picked up a nail going to work. Could drive on and return home. Got it repaired yesterday at no cost. Great service.

This place is the worst now... Took my truck in complaing of shaking at 40+ MPH. They did tie rods , ball joints and two new front tires , balanced and wheel alignment. Brought truck back in complaining it still shakes at 40+ mph. Now they said it's a wheel bearing and front drive shaft. Did bearing and rear brakes. They couldn't get front drive shaft Take it in cause it's still shaking. Said I can't put a bandaid on it. $2500+ later truck still shakes , they won't look at it make sure they didn't mess up balance cause I haven't done thedrive shaft that's not engaged...To busy getting other people's money they told me , unreal....didn't solve problem with first estimate , couldn't solve with bearing , won't solve or look at past work now....not doing drive shaft because they couldn't even agree which one was bad..TLDR: Came in with a problem , 2500+ later have failed to correct problem and keep me chasing carrot....
