Dropping my 2023 Ford off on a Tuesday and it was repaired and repainted by that Friday. They did a great job can't even tell it was damaged. I highly recommend 696 master collision

So my boy got in an accident on his 16th birthday right in front of this shop. The owner took my call at 7:25 on a Saturday, arranged for the car to remain in his lot until Monday, gave me a very fair estimate for the repair, and completed it in the time he quoted. And the work is solid. What more can you ask for?! A true rarity these days though. Thanks Jack and the team for making a really disappointing birthday evening much less painful. And the emblem is backordered. whatayagonnado?

My husband and I just bought a fixer upper vehicle, after we got all the internal stuff checked and fixed, we wanted some of the cosmetic features to be fixed such as the body works, rust removal, and some paint job, and we brought it to several locations to have it all done and they were trying to charge us so much for the paint job and refused to do the rust removal. Ridiculous how people would try their best to rip you off. Thank God that we were referred to 696 Master Collision and we're very happy we went to have our vehicle assessed for a quote, and Mr. Jack is amazing and very kind! One of the best people I've met. Very fair price and all of our job requests were done professionally. Thank you and to your team, Mr. Jack! Now, we have a place that we can trust our vehicles with when it comes to collision and body works. Thank you, Sir!

Jack at 696 Master Collision went above and beyond to fix my car after a fender bender. Repair was reasonably priced and he was very quick and responsive. He even stayed late to work on it so I would have it back before I went out of town. I d recommend to anyone!

I came here to get my 2017 Nissan Rogue repaired after some major body damage. I tried other collision places and their estimates were so high! This placed gave me an estimate for $3000 less than the others. I highly recommend them! Thank you!

The shop is amazing job on my car. My car looks like brand new even better then it was before from rear collision. It was very affordable and trust worthy. They gave me the best offer from all other shops in metro Detroit. They work hard and are subject matter experts.

The shop did a great job repairing and restoring body work on my car. Jack was straight forward with everything. The repairs were done in a timely manner. I brought my vehicle here for a scratch I noticed on my driver door. Jack quickly noticed that it wasn t scratched and that the shell was cracking. And he turned out to be right. The door had been replaced from a previous accident and the collision shop that I went to did not do a good job. He advised me to take it back to that shop for a warranty repair.The man could have easily made 500$ off of me but didn t. I highly recommend this shop to all my family and friends and anyone reading this. Thanks Jack !

Great place to take your car when you need it looking band new! They made my truck look brand new after 2 major dents on my car. I highly recommended them and wouldn t trust any other collision to fix my car. I was very impressed with the clean work. Very professional, reasonable and timing to get my car back was exactly what they had mentioned to me when I dropped my car off on Thursday and it was picked up on Saturday! This collision shop is professionally ran with excellent service! The service technician s are very knowledgeable and polite. I experience outstanding service and my car came out perfect. It can be very nerve-racking taking a car to a collision shop and not knowing what it s going to come out like but not at 696 collision they used professional grade parts and did an amazing paint job on my Dodge Challenger! They also worked hand-in-hand with my insurance company which made it a less hassle for me. I will recommend to all my friends and family! Thank you 696 Collision!

I've been taking my vehicles to 696 master collision for years and I've always been happy with their work. They are very professional as well as personable. I didn't use 696 Master Collision for any repairs, but when my vehicle broke down late at night the owner graciously let me leave it parked until I could get down to pick it up. I'm very thankful that good people like him still offer to help other people out.

Great customer service. I needed my bumber fixed and was coming for an estimate, the body shop owner said that it was not so safe to drive on expressway like this, and fixed my car right then, within an hour of my visit. I had my 2001 Toyota Corolla being repaired in this place, and the guys there did a really great job, for a great price. Jack' the owner gave me the lower estimate out of 4 places, Jack gave me the lowest estimate out of 4 places that I checked, and most important, he and his brother did great job fixing it. It can't be noticed that there was any job done to my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this place to other people.

I took my 2009 Subaru Forester in about a week ago to have some damage repaired after a deer hit my car. Jack and his staff were very informative and kind. They did a wonderful job repairing the damage in a timely and professional manner. I was especially pleased with the work, having a car with a particularly unique color (teal blue green) they matched it perfectly! Thank you very much Master Collision. I hope that I don't have to go back anytime soon, but should I need more repairs, I would definitely go back!

This place is truely a diamond in the rought. I took my sons car there after he had been in a major accident. We thought for sure the car would cost too much to repair and we would have to sell for scrap. Not only did they fix it, they did it for a great price, and you would never know it was in an accident. Jack and his staff were always very nice and honest. They do great work and I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I was directed to 696 Collision by the company of the truck that scraped the back of my car. I brought my car in Friday afternoon for a paint estimate and was immediately greeted by Jack. He told me to bring it in first thing Tuesday morning and would have it done as soon as possible. I was able to pick up my car Wednesday evening. Jack was professional, kind and friendly throughout the whole process and got the job done as fast as possible. I drove from Ann Arbor all the way to Madison heights and would do it again to bring my business to Jack. My car looks brand new! Thank you, Jack and team!

Gave me a quote while I was there waiting. Nice, friendly, honest and to the point. Ordered the parts and waited until they came in to drop the car off. They finished it in the time they said they would. Work they did looks great. I recommend them.

Jack is a very professional and has a lot of knowledge about cars. My car got hit by a guy whe I was waiting for the traffic light, I went to get a few quotes, Jack gave me the most reasonable price and did a great job on fixing my car. I strongly recommend this body shop.Nan

I highley recommend this collison place. My brother has been going to them for years now, and I had my car fixed by them not too long ago and they did an amazing job and it looked better then before. All of the staff are nice and friendly, but I dealed with jack and he was very nice, honest, & respectful person and he was on top of things and he'll go above and beyond to make sure your happy with the outcome. I am very happy and pleased with the service I got from them.

I contacted 696 Master Collision to find out about having a company vehicle, that had been involved in a crash, towed to their shop to provide me with an estimate, for repairs. I spoke with Jack, and when I explained the nature of what I needed he told me to have it towed and he would get me an estimate by the end of the day. After I let him know that I was calling from the corporate office of our company, and that I was located out of state, he asked if I had already found a tow company. I had not, as I wanted to make sure that I had an address of where to take the vehicle prior to contacting tow companies. He then told me that if I wanted he could give me the name and phone number of a company that he did business with. The customer service with this company was OUTSTANDING! Thank you Jack.
