Ken,Just wanted to commend you and your whole crew over there at 11 Mile Truck!I cannot tell you how much we appreciate all of the fast and professional service we have gotten in the last month or so. We had been struggling with finding a service place that could fix our liftgate issues and most wouldn t even take a look. Thank you so much for taking the time out and then actually fixing the issues on all our trucks. We are so grateful, and your office staff (Kristi) is the best.

Ken, Teresa and the team were great! We were traveling in our RV and needed an alignment after getting front suspension repaired. They were able to fit us into the schedule and get the work done in a timely and very professional manner. One of their mechanics, Rick, even pointed out a problem that needed fixing before the alignment which we would never have known about. I can t say enough good things about them. They are the best and I would recommend them anytime!

If I could give them 500 stars I would. Everyone I spoke to within this company is super professional, kind and willing to help if possible. They were able to perform a miracle in my opinion. Picked up a trailer with a rental semi truck, only to learn even with 5th wheel slider all the way back, we still didn't have enough space to make turns. Our rental company wouldn't let us modify the truck at all, so the only option was to modify the trailer or return the truck and try and source another. Which we didn't have time for. Ken was able to get our trailer the same day, cut, trim and weld parts of our trailer so that we could make the turn. I have no idea how they did it so quick, but we made our deadline thanks to everyone at 11 Mile. On top of that, their price was incredibly affordable. Awesome company. Can't say enough good things about these guys.Service: Body & Trim

They ve had my parts for 2 1/2 months and the truck still isn t done. I ve called numerous times for updates. Most of the time I get a well call you back and never get one. Anytime I do get an update it s well it should be done any day for 3 weeks now. They assured me when I dropped it off it would be done in a timely matter . I m not sure what they consider a timely manner but having my truck 5 months total (3 with parts) is not very timely to me.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

They do trucks. NOT cars. I have a Corvette that I would like to have straight and 4 wheel alignment. I can not find a place that will take me.But this place was very cordial and helpful on the phone.They will only do trucks.

Horrible customer service. Took them more than a month just to do the estimate and I had to take my truck to the other company. Save yourself some time, there are better companies who care about their customers.

A great group of experienced people, from the office to the shop. A little pricey but you can expect the job to be done right the first time.

Make sure you get a written estimate of the work you are doing or have them call you to authorize. Otherwise you're going to have a surprise when you get the bill.
